I have been a Customer of Access Self Storage in Romford since 2019. I remembered meeting Migel and Mahid. but I haven't seen Mahid in the last 2 years then I saw him today. I could not recognise him at first, but surprisingly, he called me by my first name and told me the year he saw me last and the business I was doing that made me come for storage. That really felt so good. he didn't only recognise me, but remembered my name. that to me is an excellent customer relationship and an intelligent staff. Weldone Mahid! I also saw Rav today. Rav is relatively a new staff and the few times I have seen him, he has been very helpful and friendly. Migel has been my all time Favourite manager. I will miss him from the romford branch as he told me he is now moved to manage another branch. Well done to all Romford team. you all are great example of how an ex exceptional Customer service should be. Kind Regards Tolu

It seems like Review written by Asif below was very similar to what happened with me, the manager who was a tall arrogant asian guy was lazy and did not want to show me around the store. I went in around 5.30pm and said would it be possible to come back tomorrow as he wanted to go home at 6pm. The carpark seemed dirty and the rate promised over the phone was not honoured by the manager, i have stored at access before at other branches but this store is run by a cowboy. How he became a manger is beyond me, some customer service training is required. I ended up storing at big yellow. I have just seen the facebook page for Access Romford and the person i met was Moiz Syed, it seems that the manager has writted a review himself, although it could be another person with the same name.

Absolutely disgusting service. I am a business customer. I was mis-sold to by a call centre rep by the name of James. I wanted storage for just one month and was given a price over the phone. I cut short my Sunday and made my way to the site. Upon arrival at the store the the manager Matthew was such a lazy guy that I had to prompt a store tour. After selecting my room I was advised I couldn't do the contract in the remaining 25mins before they closed. I had to press the fact that I needed it set up before I arrived with my goods. When doing the contract I was given an incorrect price, much higher than the one promised by the call centre. No explanation given. When I asked for my refund of the £10 I had reserved with I was told I'd receive a cheque at some point. Shambolic.

I have used Access Storage for over 15 years for both personal storage and business storage and during that time I have rented many different unit sizes. I genuinely would not use another self storage provider. I have been with Romford Access Self Storage for the last 6 years, and I have always been pleased with the condition of the units I have rented and the friendly and efficient service I have received from the customer service team at Romford. I feel that Romford's pricing has always been and remains very competitive. It is also perfectly located and easy to access. I would highly recommend Romford Self Storage!

I have not used any storage places before . I went to Access and was so pleasantly surprised. The staff in particular Maher and Ravinder in the Romford Branch were so helpful, professional and very unbelievably caring . I was so happy with the service I did not look at any other comparables . As far as Maher and Ravinder are concerned, they are a credit to your organisation. I work in a firm of solicitors dealing with conveyancing . I will always recommend my clients to this company. After researching storage around Romford, Access Storage came out on top! Totally professional, customer service is fantastic and staff Alastair and his team are extremely helpful. They made this very stressful process of moving/ packing so much easier. Also sold packaging boxes which really helped. The storage area was clean as I'm very cautious where my belonging was being kept, but just generally value for money - brilliant. Staff - Excellent and very polite. I'd really like to commend the staff who work at Access Storage Romford, they really go the extra mile. I popped into my unit recently and after leaving realised I didn't lock it properly but was too rushed and thought I'll take my chances and pop back early next morning. The manager phoned in the evening to let me know that my unit isn't properly locked and would I like him to put a new lock on, I can get the keys when convenient to me. This kind of service and attention to detail is so rare these days. More than highly recommend.

It is the first time that I rent a storage, and I am very happy with the experience I am having, mainly because my English is not good, so I requested that the information be sent to me by email so that I can use the Google translator, as I am using it now for this feedback, and they had no objection to it, and they responded very patiently the countless times I sent email. An above and beyond service which goes a long way from a customer point of view. I've been with this store for just over a year now. I used them because I already did a few years back and all was OK although I have to say that this time I'm even happier with this store. I can only have good words for the excellent work, help and polite attitude of Miguel, Mahid and the rest. Competitive prices, clean store. I would recommend this particular Access store to anybody needing storage in the Romford area

Premises look a little run down, but space and security is very good. Also vfm - they charge monthly, not 4 weekly like some other sites. Hours of access are good - 24/7 is also possible for those who require it. 1 little niggle - there used to be a very handy entry from Bryant Ave at the rear; very handy to avoid the usual A127 queues. It's no longer operational - shame, otherwise review would have been 5 stars.

Not great. There was only one lift that took us to the second floor, there was abit of waiting as we were queueing with other people who were using it too. There also weren't enough trolleys. You also need a pin to get in and out if using a car, this wasn't shared with me at first, had to call to find out. The temp who worked there was lovely and friendly though.

Excellent facility with very professional and supportive staff. I have always found the premises well maintained and tidy. Been a customer for few years now and all the staff members Mahid and Rav including the manager Miguel are always on hand to help when ever in required. Would highly recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

Good selection of storage units at reasonable prices. Always good for introductory offers. Things that stops me giving 5 star is the entrance and exit arrangements to the complex now that the back gate has been made exit only and the keypads are on the wrong side of the car as you leave.

Store opening hours are wrong on google! Went in to follow up enquiry to rent storage, was greeted by rude women saying were closed, read the sign on the door. Sign on door actually read 'come on in' with a small printed note under this sign with some other opening hours listed!

We are using this as we are between houses currently. Superb service and friendly staffed great facility and easily accessible when we need to. Very easy to set up and start storing. Good range of storage materials also for sale with a discounted price for storage customers.

Has entrance, loading bay, lifts everything at the front and the back of the building so u can come in off the a127 or the road tesco is on. Also good value as u get individual alarmed units and 24 hours. Staff are nice too. Probably bit better service than the rest too.

Great service! Well mannered, helpful and go out of their way to help you. Mahid is a brilliant employee with excellent customer service skills. I was assisted by Mahid today and I wish more companies had staff like Mahid. Access Storage Romford are lucky to have him.

So far so good, the only problem i had is the confusion with the staff for the 24hr opening time. One staff will tell me that i have access to the storage aytime and another will say that i only have access on opening times. Please be clear and work as a team.

Pros: Low price Mail Box option is one of its kind in the area. Also have variety of small to large units for self storage, easy 24/7 access to storage units. Cons: Mailbox access during office hours only, but still a good option with weekend opening hours.

Good storage facility in an excellent location. Ravi was very friendly and helpful, fantastic customer service. The only negative is that the access is not 24 hours, making it inconvenient for anyone working full time outside of the area, hence 4 stars.

Sad to say the back entrance has been closed permanently. You now need to go along the Southend Arterial Road to get into the site. Excellent security, a wide range of unit sizes and helpful staff. Could do with a few more trollies but no other comments

Well organised and friendly staff. Just one annoying thing, on the outside of the building it says, in giant letters, 24hrs access but it closes at 6pm!! Caught me out the first evening I tried to use it.
