I planned to take out my stuff on Dec 1st. I went 137 queens plate drive asked the manager in person after coming back( I traveled internationally so i had no time to go through the policies on paper) that my autodeposit is set on monthly basis but I want to take out my stuff two weeks ahead so I want to pay for only remaining weeks but she clearly said no you can't change on monthly basis. I called customer service several time before the paycycle 3 times but they told me that yes you can pay on weekly basis but no one guided me properly that I have to sign some papers in person. The last one told me this but it was already Sunday (Closed) and next day my full money was deducted. I called customer service again and the amazing thing is that the acess storage doesn't refund but the representative forwarded my call to store manager and she clearly denied that she told me that it's on monthly basis very rudely. Also, I wasn't there alone who heard that saying that someone was with me. I don't mind about $60 but the rude manager, and her tone while dealing with complaints , she told me that she remembered me, remembered the detail that i said may be dec 2 but why doesn't she remember what she said to me also couldn't she tell that i have to sign some paperwork in order to terminate the storage on desired date moreover if she is overworked or under stress she can talk politely. I will never ever recommend anyone to access storage.

Never had a storage unit before, never will again after using this company. I’ve been trying to reach them for 3 weeks to extend my storage date, no answer. I get told they will call me back and that they will make a note I called, which they say every single time. I specifically told them not to call me during my work hours (I work evening shifts). I believe they called me twice within these 3 weeks while I was at work so now I’m getting late fees. I refuse to pay these late fees because I’ve done everything I could on my part with almost having to call daily as well as leaving many voice messages. Impossible to get a hold of them. Really frustrating and overall not fair to the customers. 0 stars. Edit: They are now texting me that my storage unit is scheduled for auction. This is a joke.

Be very careful with this company. Be careful in the deal when renting a warehouse. They extend your rental period against your will and send you invoices. They do not listen to your objection. They do not respond to messages. Be sure to get written approval when emptying the tank. I really think it is a very problematic company.

Access Storage was great to deal with. The person I dealt with (Dina) was very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She was able to match a pricing and beat it. Everything that was promised to me was given to me. Would recommend this location to everyone.

It was recommended by someone I met for the first time. I also received a Boxing Day discount for 3 months which was really nice. The staff was detailed and very welcoming, always smiling which encouraged me to ask questions. It’s a great service and thankful I found access storage when I did

Love this location, the lady that usually Works in the office is very friendly and works fast. I needed to downgrade and she helped me get a great price with no stress. The location is not super busy so you won’t be waiting very long and lots of spaces available!

When renting my space I had the pleasure of meeting Dina... she was very helpful and fully understood what I was looking for. During my rental period she was always ready to answer all my questions. Great initiative and professionalism.
