I have been with them at the elllesmere / brimley many years . The rent are per week but I am not sure if I can pay by week caused there will be no refund for cancellation and the cancellation notice must be 4 working days before next debit date. The price had gone up every few months. Previously as a Costco member I can get $25 coupon after the first month rental with a $24 administration fee and half price for the first month . But the promotion don’t seemed existing any more . And not for old clients like me who want to switch to a larger one. There are no light inside individual rooms and had to bring along a light myself. The receptionist have changed . I have quoted a price at $25x on the phone for a 10 x 10 . But , when I got in for the contract the price had gone up like the stock market to $27x . So, we didn’t take it. But, on the next day the price online had dropped back to $26x again! The prices on different locations are different as well. Some higher some lower.

The people that I have dealt with at this location have always been patient and professional and I am always grateful for this. More recently I have been dealing with Michael for the past 3 months, and he is extremely polite, knowledgable and forthcoming. He is not only thorough and transparent, but also extremely pleasant to speak with. It feels more like you’ve been handled by a friend or family member rather than just another customer service rep. I do hope that Access Storage does see the value that he brings to their company and will continue to take care of this wonderful gentlemen. Keep up the great work! Cheers!

I had the best experience from walking into this location from from breaking down the exact price , to the paperwork and all in between fine print lol also Amazing customer service from CHRISTINA & colleague who was right there with her. I really enjoy talking to her I liked her kind and sweet domineer and very on point with her customer service skills and her knowledge in position. So I thank you for that. If I could I’d give you 100 STARS ⭐️ I’ll be recommending to everyone who’s looking for storage.

I had a storage unit here for quite awhile until a staff member jumped to a ridiculous conclusion and made an absurd assumption and terminated my lease on the spot. Only gave me 10 days vacate and I had 2 large units. It was just an awful situation, not to mention the fact that there was cockroaches there and the other people I encountered that had units as well were let's say less than presentable to the general public and that's me being kind lol. I definitely do not recommend this establishment

It was a wonderful experience storing my stuff here. Initially I was super confused with the size I may need for the stuff I have and couldn't figure out what size I should take. Mr.Haniffa is very helpful here and have cleared my confusion by showing me the actual storage facilities of different sizes and boom, booked one. Quickly Mr.Shein did the processing and saved my time.Overall the staff helped me good and saved my time and day. Thank you very much.

Excellent location and staff. The premises and the dollies were clean. The person at the desk when i walked in to get a storage was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail on the billing cycle and storage facilities. The person on the phone when i called in to say I'll be fine in a week's time was also super friendly and professional. Overall a great experience. Will definitely go there soon if needed and recommend to friends.

At first everything was great. Facility and customer service was excellent. However I was told that my unit would be $220 per month all fees included. Now I'm being told that its $260 per month all fees included Where did that extra, $40 came from. I'm very disappointed with Access Storage and this miscommunication is not acceptable nor is it professional. Hope this was a mistake and not something frequently done to customers by Access Storage.

This facility is climate controlled & has 4 bay doors with 2 that are truck height & 2 that you can drive up to that are ground level. There are several carts & a pump truck for use. Michael is a manager who is friendly & helpful. It's good to know that I can count on him if I need any assistance & he comes through for me on a regular basis. Only real drawback is that they are closed on Mondays so there isn't any staff on site that day.

Friendly and helpful staff. The actual storage facilities are satisfactory in terms of meeting needs of storage space, although they could have installed some lighting inside each storage unit (it's completely dark otherwise). Also, they could have placed some tarp over the concrete to prevent items being stored from getting dirty/dusty. Finally, the main complaint is pricing - pricing has gone up by almost 25-30% over a 2 year span.

That was horrible I wish I had a picture of my cut off lock to upload. I found it very rude. I was in your storage room for 3 years and you didn't wait for me to get back to you after 36 days of delay in payment and you cut off my lock and went in my room. I'm very disappointed with you. Very sorry about choosing your storage. I don't recommend you to anyone. Your customer service is very poor.

The entire process of moving in was smooth and hassle-free. Dorina and Dorothy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the move in process. The loading docks make loading and off loading simple and straight forward. The unit was handed over to me cleaned and ready for use. Thank you very much, access storage.

Why is your bathroom perpetually locked? It is a serious inconvenience to come here with the intention of loading and unloading when you’re counting on the washroom being open and then it’s not open. Some storage places don’t have bathrooms and that’s fine but when you advertise that you have one, shouldn’t be open, at least during the middle of the day.

I recently visited this location to inquire about 10*15 ft storage. They gave me the best price and a detailed quote with the amount. It was my first time renting a storage unit, but they were very professional and provided me with detailed information. The manager was extremely helpful in deciding on a good option. They are the best in the area.

Prices go up every few months and they force a protection plan on you… protection plans or insurance should be my choice… not a way to cover your own costs … take care of the “campers” you have who live there. I’m tired of watching my back while going to my storage unit. Do better. For the price I’m paying you should be able to afford security.

Halina and Michael were simply amazing. Halina took the time to explain the entire rental process which was very new to my wife and myself. She also walked us through the entry and exit route for our Storage Unit. The customer service was the best I have experienced in quite a long time. Made moving to our new Condo a lot less stressful.

Great Experience overall! Getting a storage locker was a cinch. Pricing and contract terms are very flexible. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked how they disclosed everything of importance on the contract which is far too often overlooked. 24 hour access, clean facilities, friendly staff....couldn't ask for anything more.

This location is so good . They are more friendly and got good customer care . They are so accommodative for reasonable things . Can be reached very easily . The manager Mr.Ahamed was so helpful and is very patience and answer the questions calmly. I would use this place again just for him. Over all a good place to keep our stuffs .

I didn't know anything about storage but Dorothy made it so simple, that within minutes I had a big locker and an awesome lock! Mr Ahmed Haniffa was a great person to deal with and work with. He took the time to explain the user agreement which no body does. I believe he should be promoted to head of customer of service and should be the person training all Access storage employees on how to deal with customers.

Had my stuff in storage for a year and a bit. The place is wonderful. The units are great and 24 hours accesswith cameras everywhere. At a very good temperature too. Highly and extremely recommend. The staff are awesome too. You will not be disappointed!

Great all around experience. Easy access to my stuff and well secured. My only issue was the entry door to my large 10x12 unit was too small to get anything large inside like a large sofa. So I had to make arrangements to have that moved somewhere else.

Very neat and clean place. Staff is also very helpful. They also have promotions every now and then and you can get the space for the whole month with no cost. Admin fee has to be paid which is just 25 bucks.

Not a lot of parking space. Docks are very high and do not have any levelling plates to easily roll on or off trucks. Limited space to turn around and back into docks even with a 26' straight truck.
