Horrible customer service from my original inquiry right through to account closure. The facility itself is fine and the fees are reasonable as long as you are clear on what you actually HAVE to pay for vs. what they make you pay for. Was mislead about using my own lock, purchasing contents insurance as well as closing account. Was impossible to get ahold of anyone at the location by phone and emails or voicemail messages weren’t returned. Ended up having to call another location and having them confirm my rental had ended as per my request as this location was completely non-responsive. When I asked about a pro-rated credit since I vacated my unit before the end of the month I was advised this would only be considered by the manager if I posted a 5 star review. Needless to say I’m not interested in posting this falsehood and would rather not receive a refund if it means I can warn others against the true reason behind many of the 5 star reviews on this page. Prior to posting this review, I did also ask Jason that a note be added to the account to have the location manager contact me if they are unwilling to issue a refund as I did want to share my feedback — of course this didn’t happen.

These people removed my credit card from the file of their own accord to do me a favour. Since I didn't confirm I was leaving and no longer had auto billing they have billed me late fees and refuse to remove them. Instead they call to harass me for payment and want me to sign another doc to re-authorize the auto billing, which I did but since they refuse to remove the late fees... I decided they don't deserve my business. What they don't realize is that I work as a realtor and recommend Access storage to dozens of clients. I'm calling each one of them back and never recommending Access ever again. You will lose so much business... For me its the principle, for you it was $6.00. Stupid move.

I was helped by Uthman, he did a great job in persuading making me to switch from my previous storage house in Etobicoke. Great customer service and I will be looking to upgrade my unit soon when there’s more availability. The location is in the perfect place too right off the highway. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Great experience, Highly recommended storage in this area. Staff is very friendly helpful and approachable. Facility is very clean and well designed for loading and unloading purposes. I also must give Arnold a 5 star rating for his customer service and positive attitude. He is very flexible and very helpful

I recently used the storage facility and had a fantastic experience. Najma, the employee who assisted me, provided outstanding service. The facility was clean, secure, and easily accessible. I highly recommend this storage facility for its excellent service and convenience.

The staff is helpful and responsive, sometimes difficult given corporate structure that makes their tasks more complicated that necessary - in my opinion. The place is well-kept with good oversight - again, sometimes difficult given the tenants they deal with :)

Recently went to this Access Storage location and the customer service was really great! Manny took us to see the unit first and helped us set up our account. The unit was clean and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this location!

It's ok .Over priced .no lighting in storage containers and the security is very poor .At over $500 a month they better have lights and climate control and video security .Shouldn't be paying more than $150 a month
