BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY – THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Accurate Express Movers runs a con on their customers. They give an initial quote over the phone based upon an inventory list you provide. The quote is based on cubic feet – not on weight. This initial quote will be the lowest quote you receive, and it becomes the contract that you sign when you book them. Once you sign this contract, you must pay them 25% of your moving estimate via bank wire (so, cash that you will never see again). For us, that was over $2,000. When moving day comes, the foreman will tell you that, upon a visual inspection, your stuff is going to take up far more cubic feet than the initial estimate, and you must sign a MORE EXPENSIVE revised estimate and pay them more money IN CASH or they won’t move your stuff. Keep in mind you have already paid them thousands of dollars IN CASH, so turning them down here would mean losing that money and having to start over. THEY KNOW THAT THEY HAVE YOUOVER A BARREL, WHICH IS WHY THEY DO THIS. The foreman will tell you not to worry - that you will “only pay for the cubic feet that your stuff actually takes up on the truck.” THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE – you will never be given the actual cubic foot number that your stuff takes up. At delivery, the delivery crew  - which will not be an Accurate Express Movers delivery crew - will demand you pay the inflated price for your stuff IN CASH or they will drive away with your stuff. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED TO US. WE OVERPAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS  over what our stuff took up on their truck –we even have photo evidence. On top of that, they never wrapped our mattress, soit was filthy and destroyed from being dragged around for weeks, and they brokeour stereo system BY LITERALLY THROWING THE STEREO INTO A BOX – WITHOUT ANYPACKING MATERIAL – ON TOP OF OTHER RANDOM STUFF. Accurate Express Movers refusesto pick up our calls or return our messages. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Think of the worst experience that you've ever had with a vendor that was entrusted with your most personal and valuable possessions and then multiply that horrible experience by a factor of 10 + you are describing what will happen to you if you use this company. I am certain there are more professional, less costly, and better moving companies out there. Goodness knows, for your sake, and for our next move, there had better be. From start to finish, they are a group of indifferent, uncaring, conniving, and manipulative people who's single focus is to convince you that they have your best interest at heart and are on your side. All that is true, of course, until you actually poke further and engage with them and realize that you are trapped and that no amount of phone calls, texts, and requests will improve the quality of the service, their communication, or their concern for how much they inconvenience you and make you genuinely fear for the disposition and delivery of your items. Yes, we did research and interviewed them, but despite my generally suspicious and cautious nature - a product of my Jersey upbringing - I fell for the pitch and believed that we had made the right choice. Bottom line: Make 2021 a better year for you and yours by not hiring this company.

All of my items were thrown into boxes without labeling them at all. As a result result 2 weeks later I'm still unpacking. I found my file cabinet but two wheels are missing off the file cabinet. My brother found a way to get them to drive an 18-wheeler through a storage unit area and they unpacked everything into the storage unit but yet two weeks later I still don't have half of what's in there are even a quarter of it unpacked. Anyway at least the people who packed it up work friendly and polite but they did not ask me about labeling and well at least it's done and what they managed to get packed arrived here did I can see so far.

Please DO NOT ever use this company to move! They misquoted me, had me pay thousands extra for space I didn’t use, broke my furniture, never responded to emails or phone calls. The people who loaded my stuff up asked me to tip them hundreds in cash so they could give me a “discounted fee”. Our unloading time was postponed several times, and the person in charge of my unloading left the site for 3 hours. I had to unload my own stuff!!! This was the worst experience dealing with a company that I have ever had. DO NOT USE! Bad business. Horrendous customer service.

After reading numerous positive reviews of various moving companies, I decided to work with Accurate Express Movers for my relocation. Although moving can be stressful, my anxiety significantly decreased after speaking with Richard. He promptly responded to my messages, accommodated our discussions, and understanding of my schedule changes.

We really appreciated the excellent care we received today. The guys put in a ton of work and were really respectful. Even though moving is a difficult process, we knew they would do a good job once they got going. They were efficient and competent in their handling of the situation.

I am grateful for the hard effort and positive attitudes of the skilled employees, as well as their careful handling of my personal possessions. Throughout the course of my move, I enjoyed dealing with them and want to do so again in the near future.

Solid movers, they aced my shifting in no time and without damage. I have no complaints, just admiration for these hardworking and amazingly skilled movers. Our experience with Accurate Express Movers was extraordinary.
