I’ve been a long time customer with Ace and I can honestly say that they have fell off. I purchase a three layer “Demon Slayer” themed cake for my son and it was the worst looking cake I’ve seen. Looked as if they just threw the fondant on the cake when I arrived. The fondant wasn’t smooth yet it was lumpy, patched up and had small openings. As I examined the cake the woman at the counter began to speed up the process with the boxing. When I addressed the issue to her she was naïve as if she didn’t notice the imperfections. She then went to get a young lady to see what could be done but the only solutions were to have them to redo it and that wasn’t an option know that my son birthday is today. The second option was to see if someone in the back could fox the imperfections, we went along with that only for her to come out with the cake looking the same.I told her that this issue needs to be addressed with the baker because if this persists with customers then this will definitely run customers away. I placed this cake order in 3 weeks in advance assuming that it would give them time to prepare. Thank God I have a sweet kid that is grateful but when you spend your hard earned money on an expensive cake only to receive something they threw together is insane! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY GO TO A BAKERY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CRAFT WITH BAKING .

I placed a cake order with this bakery on Jan.10.2023 , I spent 20 -35mins giving great detail on how I wanted my daughters cake designed . The cake decorators promised us a certain design , they even took pictures to reference to . On January 19 I came in to pick up my daughters cake. The design was nothing like what we had asked for and they even spelled my daughters name incorrectly! When asked for these mistakes to be corrected they refused and gave me a nasty attitude, placing blame on me and associates that were not available. I was not offered an apology or anything . They refused to fix the problem and offered a refund which I didn’t want . My daughter was left without a cake for her 2nd birthday . When I called to speak to the owner all he did was talk about how it was his daughters birthday that exact day (which u would’ve thought he would’ve been more understanding To the situation )instead he offered me a coupon I never received and I still have to travel to receive the full refund . This company does not put any effort into their customers satisfaction they are rude and disrespectful, doesn’t take pride in the work they do I will never recommend this company to anyone nor will me and my family be back this is unacceptable !

I used to buy cakes from here every year for my kids birthdays and other occasions. However the last cake I attempted to buy in August of last year was over priced so I decided to ask for a refund. When I first got there the girls had a horrible attitude so I asked to speak to a manager. The lady that makes the cakes comes out and says that I could cancel my order but couldn’t get my money back. They wanted $108 for a half sheet and a deposit of half price at time of order. She kept coming up with excuses to not give me my money back, one being that she made it already. And my cake wasn’t supposed to be ready till 3 days away. I told her let me see it then, she went in the back took 10mins and came out with nothing. She then told me she will try to contact the owner. I eventually get most of my money back but the lady tells me not to go in there no more. I was a good customer for so many years till there prices went up and their customer service went bad. I’m posting this late because now it’s time to order a cake for my baby and it came to mind of the horrible experience I had there. Only giving 1 star because I can’t leave a review with out any stars.

Very very disappointed at the Bakery !!! It was my birthday yesterday & my sister picked up a cake for me well it had ROTTEN STRAWBERRIES ON TOP I didn’t want to make my sister feel bad so I cut a slice of cake it was dry stale I couldn’t I told please take me where you bought it so she did the young lady that helped me (TT) saw the cake and did see it had rotten strawberries so she took a picture sent it to her manager well her manager didn’t respond so the other employee said we can redo her cake for tomorrow with no charge so they asked me what flavor I wanted it so I said ok chocolate and bananas with whip cream frosting so she took my order!! I went today picked up my cake and the young lady apologized that they couldn’t make it chocolate and bananas they made yellow cake with strawberries well I just cut my cake it’s horrible bread is dry it crumbles and the frosting is worse ‍♀️ I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO ACE BAKERY FOR CAKES AGAIN THEY ARE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I RATHER EAT A BOXED CAKE FROM HOSTESS TBH!!!

I normally drive from Indiana and make large purchases but today I was treated very rudely has never happened before and I won't allow it a chance to happen again. I wanted to order a dozen cupcakes and wanted to make sure there would be no peanuts involved so I spoke with someone very pleasant told me if I wanted yellow it would not be a problem told me she would transfer me to the front so the front person answer and the conversation went as follows may I help you yes I want to place an order for a dozen cupcakes cutting me off You gone pay for everything today it all needs to be paid today twice it was repeated I informed her that I was not told this from the person I spoke with she stated oh she a new lady that's why she transferred u to me everything needs to be paid in full today cupcakes are 3.00 a piece. I said no don't worry about it I live in indiana and I hung up. With that being said very disappointed treated rudely I will talk to the owner but for now I will not be visiting for a while. Truly truly disappointed.

I ordered a construction theme birthday cake and two dozen cupcakes for my 3yr old, it was a little pricey but that was okay. Cake looked great, my son loved it, also tasted great and everybody enjoyed it. However I’m giving four star because the cake was not well packaged, the box could not be closed because of the number 3 design on it so the cashier wrapped baking sheet around the gap to cover it, I was told to put the cake on the floor of the front passenger seat which I did, but when I tried to put it in the fridge as I didn’t want my son to see the cake before the party the number 3 design broke, the lid was resting on the number, I had to glue it back before the party and prayed it didn’t fall off. The cake could have been packaged better to avoid this, the box could have been double or they could have use a longer box, the business have been around for a while this is something they should know.

In the last 2-3 months I’ve made 2 orders from this place usually they are great but now the pregnant lady taking the orders is really rude BOTH times I made orders she was very rude. The first cake I didn’t like but I didn’t complain. The decor looked horrible! But it taste great! The second cake fell apart soon as I put it in my car so we didn’t have a birthday cake & I didn’t get my money back or anything. They didn’t care at all. They say once you out that door it’s out there hands. They took the cake from me & told me to come back on a weekday to see a manager and then when I came back there was nothing they could do. Not only did I not even take the cake to the party but the broken cake stayed with them and I was not compensated a DIME!!!! Only reason they get 2 stars is because the cake taste good.

I order cakes from Ace at least 5 times a year. The past 3 times have been just terrible! Just 2 days ago my sons cake was supposed to be chocolate with strawberry filling, WHEN I CUT THE CAKE IT WAS VANILLA, it was so old and dry, the board the cake is on was full of oil and butter from how old it's been sitting in their cooler! Obviously not fresh! The owner never returned my phone call so I went back today with more than half the cake and received a full refund. Couple months ago they had the wrong image on my cake, took 40 minutes to "fix" it. It was so messy and was very disappointing. Next time I ordered they made my Mickey cake an ugly maroon color, not Mickey red at all and the cake was so dry! Never going back! Their work has just been terribly disappointing over and over!

I have been going to this bakery since 2005 and have not once been unhappy. Every year my kids get an extravagant cake for their birthdays and they are always the highlight of the event - being talked about for years. I have heard there are other bakeries out there who do good work, but I only want the best and Ace Bakery has always provided that for me. I even have other people getting their cakes from here because they know great quality when they see it. Lorraine is the best customer service clerk there is and Ellie has always been my baker/artist! Ellie no longer works here, but her mother does and is also awesome! I love how the three of us work diligently together to create the masterpieces you see in the photos attached. -Updated photos below

Decor is nice inside and there are a few tables to sit which is why I gave 2 stars but the pastries themselves were not great and this is coming from someone who has a major sweet tooth! Almost every pastry was 99 cents which should have been a red flag. So we bough apple fritters, caramel and chocolate donuts, strawberry crumb cake, raisin cranberry pudding cake, and walnut brownie and it wasnt worth it. The apple fritter didn't have any filling only tasted like cinnamon, the donuts were dry, the crumb cake was soft but flavorless didnt taste like anything, cranberry pudding cake tasted all sorts of weird cant even describe it and the brownie was just okay. I would not recommend nor return. Street metered parking.

I just picked up my kids moana cake and it looked fine at first. I had to call them for them to tell me they couldn't fit the character on top. As I'm driving to my daughter's birthday party the cake just starts melting and falling apart. Then on top on the its strawberries in the cake instead of lemon fillings. I called them and asked them can they make another cake or something. They tell me there nothing they can do about it and they where very rude to me. I wont be back. I'm so pissed right now Update: They called me back the next day and said they would do my cake over correctly so I'll up it 2 stars. But the cake was still dry and cold. Thanks anyways for doing my cake over

2/5/2020 Today I received a cake from Ace bakery as a surprise for my birthday from my daughter and I was terribly disappointed. The cake my daughter ordered was vanilla with whip cream and strawberry filling. The cake, filling and whip cream had absolutely no flavor. The decorations on top were disgusting. They tasted like food coloring with medicine. I had not had a cake from this place in years, but I remember their cakes being good. However, as far as I am concerned food 4 less bakery have them beat making cakes with whip cream and strawberry filling. Furthermore, the top of the cake had some other funny tasting frosting that was not whip cream. I am so disappointed.

I first would like to thank Nerbert for his AMAZING customer service. I emailed him what I wanted and he made sure I had just that… but that’s not it! You know how a custom cake can be sooooo beautiful but the taste doesn’t match. Not this place! The cake tasted so good my entire party wanted to know where this bakery is located. Some want just because cakes because my cake was so good. So if your looking for a birthday,engagement, wedding, anniversary or whatever requires a cake for that occasion or just because this is DEFINITELY the place to go. So I lived in Chicago my whole life my family always get Cakes from Ace bakery since I was a little girl I moved out of town but was coming home for my baby birthday I called they told me they didn’t take orders over the phone I had to come in I wasn’t able to come in because I wasn’t going to be in Chicago until the day before his party so I spoke with the manager and explain that I stayed out of town they worked with me I sent them in a picture of the cake I wanted but the cake I got they killed it way better than the one I sent which was a very detailed harry potter cake as always never been disappointedpicture in photos

I paid $400 dollars for a big 2 layer boss baby cake . But I received a very small version of what I paid for . On top of that the cake was very dry and crumbly no moist to it at all . My 1 year old nor anyone else at the party could enjoy this cake because it was disguising and not enough to go around for me to have spent so much money on it . I'm so disappointed. This was my first time ordering from here . I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU ALL NOT TO GO HERE !! They charge very high prices for very disgusting/ small cakes . Over all the display looked nice . But who cares about a display if the cake couldn't be eaten ? I was played !!!!!

They completely ignored the picture I gave them of how I wanted my baby shower cake. They added colors I never even asked for and glitter I never even asked for. They even took it upon themselves to change the writing I wanted on the cake and instead wrote whatever they want. I am not satisfied with this cake at all!!!! I would think if I am paying over $100 for a cake it would be exactly how I asked for it. They ruin the cake for my baby shower and said they could do nothing about it because the lady who decorates is gone for the day. I would not recommend this bakery to anybody especially for a special occasion!!!!!!

I will love to rate this bakery higher because in the past I've gotten some delicious and pretty cakes. I don't know what changes has been made with the baker but they need to change back! I've spent lots of money at this place over the years for all my special events. The cakes are usually good, till the last few months.I bought a cake in October and it was not so good, picked up cake this past Friday and the cake was dry, tasteless, and hard. I can tell the cake was not fresh seem to have been made days before pick up! I'm calling Monday morning to speak with a manager, those cakes are too pricey to be bombers.

When I entered to place an order the first time the young girl behind the counter was rude, and seem like she was in a rush she didn’t greet me when I walked in, I spoke first and from there she just had a nasty attitude the entire time. Picking up the cake two days later the staff was much friendly with different people behind the counter The cake design was ok but the cake itself was horrible the cake was dry and the buttercream was overly sweet. I’ve tried other deserts before and wasn’t pleased with them either, they have fallen off a lot I use to order all my birthday cakes from here but never again!

I order this cake for my 2yr kidneyversary and found hair on the inside of my cake took the cake back to the store the customer service was they gave me the run around about a manager told me to come back next week when he was back from vacation long story short I got my refund and will be going to speak with the manager next week no one apologized its the middle of a pandemic im a transplant patient and I have hair in the middle of my cake and Noone showed any kind of anything I will never buy a cake from them again my family has shopped with this establishment my whole life and im 32 never agai

Was recommended this bakery because I needed a specialty birthday cake at the last minute (a number cake). The staff was friendly and helpful. A+ for customer service, the cake was pricey at $100+ for a 1 and 6 cake. I expected the cake to be delicious.. boy was I wrong. I consider myself an avid home baker and have baked plenty of desserts and cakes, although the presentation was very nice, the cake was dry and the icing way too sweet, definitely not what I expected from a $100+ cake. I've had better cakes at Target bakery, which will now be my go to when I don't have time to bake myself.

I have ordered 3 cakes from Ace Bakery over the pass few years. They have all been absolutely gorgeous and beautiful! The downfall is the actual cake itself. The frosting is good, filling is good… the cake is dry like cornbread… I hate it! I started opting for cakes from Food4Less, Walmart or Costco because the taste of the cake is waaaaaay better for much less money! But, I always wind up back at Ace when I want a more decorative cake… but I have to find a bakery that does it all because these cakes cost too much money to not match the look. Customer service was great tho.

I was just in the location picking up my birthday cake and I experienced the owner I’m sure yelling at the staff about the windows not be raised and people passing in the morning not knowing it’s a bakery. She was very mean and obnoxious while customers were in the store. It was like she was reprimanding children and made things very uncomfortable!!!! I’m been coming here since they were down the street on the corner and THIS LEAVES A VERRRRRYY BADDDD TASTE IN MY MOUTH!!!!! YOUR EMPLOYEES DESERVE DIGNITY AND RESPECT!!!!! The Young lady by the name Nelly was very rude . I have never been to a bakery where customizing is so limited. I had a simple request for cupcakes/cookies, which was a edible bow tie be added on top. I was first told that they couldn’t add the tie . then I was told if they were to implement the bow tie the price would be $5.00 or more a cupcake and as for the cookies it would be $10.00 or more per cookie. The service at this bakery has declined dramatically through the years I will definitely never return nor will it ever be a place that I refer to anyone.

My kids are 17 and I've always ordered their cakes from Ace Bakery. This past Monday I picked up a cake for my 14 year old. The cake was so dry. We cut like 4 slices and didnt touch the remainder because i wanted to give it back to the bakery. I called to speak with the manager several times. I was told he wasn't there everytime I called. I left messages and they went unanswered. I WILL NEVER ORDER A CAKE HERE AGAIN. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN. MEIJER, WALMART, JEWEL AND SAMS CLUB HAS BETTER CAKES.

I attempted to give this bakery another chance. I was WRONG! I ordered my son second birthday cake. They gave me a totally different cake. The only thing that was correct was the trolls logo, which was something I wanted to add. The first cake is what we wanted. The second cake is what we received, with the Trolls logo. They do not give refunds but store credit. I will not give them a third chance to mess another cake up for me. If you cannot meet the expectations of your customers, do not attempt to make the cake. I’m sticking to Roeser’s Bakery!

I ordered a cake for March 13th, 2021 and I have been trying to make alterations before the date. I have called several times and have been left on hold for an half a hour. Then when I called back I get put back on hold. The very last time I called I was told by an employee they will call me back still nothing. I know this is a bakery and business is chaotic but still you have to make priority to deal with all customers and not the ones in front of you. I am a first time customer and this is my last time shopping with you guys.

I've come here on several occasions with the hopes that I might have a better outcome since I live so close. I have bought all of their cake slices to try since we couldn't decide what to get for my daughters birthdays. The cakes are dry, lack flavor and the frosting isn't any better. Their red velvet is not bad but the frosting is ridiculously sweet and overpowers the whole cake. Its funny since I always see people walk out with cake boxes. They must buy them for the look over the flavor. Also they're pricey. No thanks

My daughter bought a atomic cake for my birthday at this place. Needless to say it was awful the cake was dry,the icing taste like too much butter and they had Christmas colors for the decorations. This was the second time they messed up a cake she ordered. Also my grandbaby is allergic to bananas and they had the bananas and strawberries on the same layer. And when speaking to char she's rude and and out talk you and over you like you're getting on her nerves. The manager/owner is always too busy to talk to you.

I ordered my baby’s cake a month in advance I pay for Cocomelon characters to be on there and also my baby picture when I came to pick it up a month later her picture wasn’t on there and they charge me for that. It was the day of my baby’s party when I went to pick the cake up, I had to wait a hour and a half and the Cocomelon characters were glossy, and my baby picture was dull. Then I got to asking for my money back they bring out the cake with some paper Cocomelon characters also, they are very expensive.

Ace Bakery’s cakes are always both beautiful and delicious! The staff is friendly, and they want to help you select what’s right for you. This is a family-owned business with long-time employees, and they all really take pride in their work. I’ve had Ace Bakery cakes, cookies and doughnuts for many different occasions, and they’re always a crowd-pleaser. The owners also help the community with over two decades of support of Midwest Workers Association. I encourage everyone to shop at Ace Bakery.

I have ordered 7+ cakes from Ace Bakery over the years. Every cake has been delicious, amazingly decorated & I always add my own toys/ cake toppers to set off the Fondant decorations completed by Ace Bakery. They’re prompt & I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders. Prices have increased over the years but I’m always prepared to pay for exactly what my daughter wants for her birthday cakes. If you’re price shopping, expect to spend at least $100+ for a fairly sized decorative cake here.

The worse bakery now, customer service is horrible they are slow. My cake was supposed to be ready at 3pm it wasn't ready until almost 4pm. Please do not spend your money with them. I received a ticket from waiting on them and they didn't discount my cake at all because I paid in advance. The worse bakery every. Horrible, horrible and horrible. They only care about your money and not providing good service. I will never go back to this place. I would rather buy my cake from Sam's Club.

Very disappointed this place has unprofessional people working at front desk. Young lady in glasses has a attitude as if she was in the street. Always got my cakes here and prices went up the cake wasn’t fresh and it was old and not worth what I paid for. Some of it was falling apart and I didn’t even leave the toys on the cake or anything. So multiple things about them, 1 - I needed a cake to take to work for my coworkers birthday and preferred to avoid one from a grocery store, so Ace opens at 5:30 I think it was 2 - Their prices are great. 3 - The cake (Chocolate w/ strawberries) is so light & fluffy - it's absolutely perfect 4 - Rose (the lady that helped me this morning) was extremely sweet and mind you this was at 6:30am 5 - I'm all for family owned businesses and this place def deserves not to be overlooked.

I was very unsatisfied with my cake. I have been ordering from here since the 90s. It used to be great! This last time my cake had a very sandy texture. It fell apart as I cut into it. I tried to give them another chance but it's just bad. I asked for a two tiered cake. They didn't want to do it. I asked for a fondant cake. Didn't want to do it. What the hell is the point in showing pictures of cakes that you can't or won't make.

My mother purchased this cake for my younger brother’s birthday and the cake tasted absolutely TERRIBLE. Immediately when I took my first bite I realized that the cake tasted very old and dry as if it had been sitting out for some days. The design was nice but definitely not worth the price. You are better off going to your neighborhood Jewel Osco and ordering a birthday cake. I do not recommend this bakery to anyone.

We were in the Bridgeport area visiting our daughter for her 21st birthday and needed a nice birthday cake. The ready made options available met our needs, tasted great, and were sold for a reasonable price. The woman helping us took the time to explain the options and even wrote out “Happy Birthday” to our daughter on our cake. Well done Ace Bakery. Next time we’re in town we plan to try your other baked treats.

Two stars they did have very nicely decorated cakes in the window, everything looked nice. Cute little bakery. Very disappointed when we got home with our selections. I got a cannoli which was soggy.... my guy got a slice of Oreo cheesecake which was very sweet and reminded me of something you would get at a grocery store deli. We didn't even finish what we got. Bummer! Staff was friendly and nice.

My family use to get cakes here when I was a kid and they were awesome. I ordered one a few months back and it was dry and over baked. They also need to learn about cleanliness. The cashiers go from ringing up, to fixing orders. One of the cashiers put her hand in my bag, to open it, after handling cash and cards and I politely asked her to use a new bag and gloves. They need a sink up front...

The picture was presented to the baker and as you can see from the reciept she stated that she can make the cake exactly to the pic provided on change was that instead of the stock face they would replace it with my face. As you can clearly see it was NOT NO WHERE NEAR what was promised! My birthday was ruined and the cake treated like a box cake i could have made at home. $130 down the drain.

Love this place! They did that Cookie Monster cake and Sesame Street cupcakes picture that’s posted for my son 1st birthday! It was beautiful and delicious! Everybody loved it there wasn’t any leftover cake from the party! Next cake ima have them in their creativity bag again! They definitely did they big one with that 1 and I’m very appreciative!!

The cake itself was tasty. I would definitely recommend the fudgey filling. I am, however, slightly disappointed with the cake itself. It was so dry it crumbled as we cut it and kind of felt Sandy... I’ll give the bakery a second chance as previously I have had good experiences. Side note... it’s okay if you don’t cover it up if you don’t finish it... it can’t dry out...

I tired this bakery with my friend who enjoys them. However, I order what was suppose to butter cookies and if you grew up in CPS you know what a butter cookie taste like. These cookies taste as if they were made with oil instead of all butter and that had to be old because they lacked the crisp freshness of a properly stored butter cookie. In short, horrible!!

The service was impeccable. All I had to do was show them a picture of what I wanted and the young lady showed it to the Baker. The Baker told her that they could recreate the image with no problem including the large cookie sticks completing The Moana image by Disney. It was a great experience because they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My grandson had a cake from ace for his birthday the cake was done from a picture and it looked better than the picture and the cake was so light and moist! I used ace bakery when my children were little they are now all adults so i have known about them for over thirty years,thank you Ace bakery for your many,many,years of doing quality desserts

My mom has been ordering cake for years from Ace. So I decided to order my little sister a Minnie Mouse cake for her 2nd birthday. The cake was decorated very nice. But the cake itself was dry. I was very disappointed. Because my birthday cakes my mom use to order me use to be very delicious. I think it’s time to part ways with Ace Bakery.

This is my second time coming here. This is the second cake order not correct or ready.. My daughter cake was expected to be ready at noon. It's currently 1:30pm and it's not finished. This has pushed my time back and completely inconvenience my daughter's and I time. Her party is about to begin and we're waiting on a cake to be completed.

Called store to get prices of German Chocolate Cake. The employee that answered had a very condescending attitude. She could not answer my question as to if real German chocolate was used. She then proceeded to rush me of the phone when I had another question. Customer Service rates an F ! Would never refer this place to anyone!

Beyond disappointment Jewel would have done a better job on the cake they gave me and would have tasted a 100 percent better! I told them I didn't want Fundent! My cake was nothing but fundent. I ordered a piano cake for my Daughter's 17th birthday. I am by no means a baker but the cake I received was pretty mediocre. The cake was a little hard and tasted old and the frosting didn't taste much better. Their customer service was bad as well; I couldn't get in touch with them. I HAD BETTER CAKES AT FOOD 4 LESS!!

I have been come here since my kids was in high school and now they're grown with there our kids. I come here for all my cakes, my mom is a chocolate cake person and for her 60th get together me and hubby got her cake from here she's in love with the cake and all her co-workers love it too. Ace did a great job on my mom's birthday cake. On sight, I received many inquiries on where her cake came from. Guests also loved how the cake tasted..marble/white. I figured I couldn't go wrong since they nailed my son's high school graduation cake about 6 years ago. They still have that special touch.Thank you Ace.

Its been 5 years since my last visit and thought i would try again, cuz I love a good bakery. Still Just very disappointed. Last thing I had was a chocolate croissant and dear Jesus it left an after taste of vomit in my mouth. Worst thing is I saved it so I could tell everyone in family to taste it as a joke.

The service here is horrible the young ladies giving prices for cakes have an attitude. I still made my cake order it was old and didn’t taste fresh. Most delicious cakes, muffins, cookies, and other desserts. The strawberry cream cheese muffins are so tasty, and that's my usual choice if I don't get the lemon. On the last visit, I got the cake cake. The slice was large enough to share with my spouse. It was moist, dense, and tasted amazing!

Trash bakery, Trash Employees. They open and close when they want. The owner needs to rehire the whole front counter team. I cannot take this bakery serious, with the crumbling cakes they sale to people. The colored icing taste like medicine. The cake was tossed in the trash by every kid.

The cake looked rushed. Customer service was horrible. The cake decorations was falling off the cake. The cake was nasty. The frosting was bitter. Cake was dry. I will never go to this bakery ever again. Calumet bakery is the best. I wish I would have went there instead. Ace is horrible.

Given the wrong cake had same design I ordered for my daughter’s birthday party but had a different name on it that wasn’t able to be seen unless the cake was taken out the box. Couldn’t return because they was closed and party was on a Sunday. Also the Cake was dry and had no taste!!!

The cake wasn’t fresh! The decorating of the cake was very good but the actual taste overall of it was horrible. I returned that cake and another one was baked for me in which it took 7 days later to receive, and that cake as well had a refrigerator taste to it! #Money wasted

Absolutely delicious cake! Whipped cream and strawberry. The most friendly service and you can tell it is made with love. The baker said he would use spring colors and make a beautiful cake for my mom. We loved it!!! Thank you so much!!! Can’t say enough good things !!!

Amazing cakes and desserts but the time management is terrible. Bakery never opens on time and you can hardly ever reach someone by phone. On the contrary the staff is super respectful and creative. The head chef is kind and genuninely cares about the client

My daughters birthday cake was not what I expected from Ace Bakery. Quality has declined over the years. My cake was not accurate from Inspo picture I showed upon ordering. Cake was dry and no moisture at all! Frosting taste like plastic for buttercream!

I was standing waiting, was never greeted or acknowledged when I walked in the door then in comes another customer a few minutes after and they immediately greet and take care of them 1st. Guess my money wasn't good enough.

The pastries are delicious; the artistry is fantastic! Bang for your buck considering the work that goes into making works of art with dough. They take EBT which is a plus. Great for families trying to stretch those $'s.
