Love the colour scheme layout of the women's clothing, especially the underwear section. It makes shopping a joy when you get to experience such aesthetically pleasing order in displays. Would just like to see some more size 38 & 40 dresses in store for the fuller figured Ackermans fashionistas to enjoy and indulge.

A good store. Service was okay. Just one thing, as a guy working in retail I would say that customer service the most important thing. The lady that was helping us didn't have a way of talking and no smile was presented when helping us. It may sound petty to some but I know the customer pays our salary.

Cape Gate Ackermans should really work on customer service. Starting with thier shift managers / Authorisers people Helga.. A leader leads and the rest follows. If they get this right than maybe next time they wont loose sales due to items placed in the wrong places.

This is a big branch. They have a large variety of all types of clothes, from adult men to babies. Prices are clearly indicated and clothes is neat and clean. Friendly staff, but they are slow when customers want to pay, as only half of the tills are open

Pathetic! Pathetic! I love shopping at Ackermans but most definitely not the Cape Gate branch. There is at least 9 counters for cashiers but only 2 is being used with a que of at least 10 people. And it is not even a busy day. Please attend to this.

There are TEN till stations in this store. Only two were being operated despite the queue being long and slow moving. One cashier called for back-up three times over the intercom, but no help arrived.

Four staff members at the till attending to no customers and I had to wait 5 min for someone to acknowledge me and to process my purchase. Found it very rude. Last time I visit this store

It's really bad service. Long que, and most tills were open, but they were so slow and inefficient. Some people had less than 3 or 2 items and waited for other people buying a trolley

On month ends theirs always long cues, really need to work on more tills and faster cashier's. Otherwise it's a great store to shop at, always a bargain or two too grab

Manager had noand I mean NO customer service skills. Got treated like a nobody. Please stop treating paying customer like they nothing. Honest review.

Clean shop and racks are always full.. Staff just need to up there game few time I've waited by the tills and nobody is there at all
