Terri at Action Accountants saved me. My taxes had piled up and become a confusing and utter mess. From owning my own company, to 1099’s as well as W2’s, a complete mess. Terri and Natalie at Action Accountants stole money from our credit card without authorization. She was unresponsive and did not refund money for services not rendered. She did not know how to use the system she pushed us to use. She held our online system hostage and refused to release until we had another accountant log in. Communication was severely lacking and she struggled to answer basic questions. The thousands of dollars stolen for no work done was such a disappointment. Highly do not recommend.
