Very disappointed. They made my paint look from good to worse. See attached picture. These guys are not detailers. I would blame me for this mess. 1.I am a detailer, but not a professional. Do not have the professional's tools to cut and polish paint. So I approached Action Car detailing to cut and polish the paint on my car. 2.Went to their shop to get a quote on correcting the paint on my SUV. The shop did not look like a detailers shop. Still I went with these guys because they are from the same race, also I love helping small business to grow. 2. They quote was impressive compared to the big detailing companies in the city such as Rebirth and Ming. I was told by the owner/detailer that the swirl marks can be removed and light scratches can be removed off the paint. I was impressed by the way he explained the defects on the car and how to remove them. I thought this guy has knowledge and I made the right choice to come here. 3. Dropped off the car at 8 in the morning, picked up 4 in the evening. 4.Before dropping off the car, the car was maintained in good shape. I always get compliments from work and by neighbors on how clean and shiny my car looks. 5. It was a surprise when i picked up the car. There were swirls marks everywhere on the car. OMG it's unbelievable. My body cringed and I wanted to cry out loud. They made my car look from good to worse. 6. The owner/detailer justification was that it's hard paint and this is the best they can do. I can't believe that he said that. He asked me to move 2 ft away from the car to take a look at it. I said why? He said you should look at your car from a distance to appreciate it. In my mind I said, you are a jerk. 7. They smeared the compound and polish everywhere on the car. They didn't even wipe off the residue with rubbing alcohol. 8. He dropped a microfiber cloth on the ground. The sand was sticking on the microfiber. Right in front of my eyes, he wiped my car with the same dirty microfiber. Unbelievable... 9. As a detailer we remove the tags from the microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the paint. These guys still had the tag sewed to the mf cloth. They didn't bother to remove them. I strongly recommend not to take your car here for paint corrections. AVOID. Update 5-13-2019: Reply to the owner's comment---You shouldn't be calling yourself a detailer. Obviously you don't know to how to detail a car. The damaged caused is not fixable unless you are willing to pay to repaint the car. You didn't make my car better. You made it worse as we both looked at the time of pickup. You've a learned a lesson here. Keep your shop as clean as you can like a detailer's shop. Learn how to paint correct a car and then work on your customers car. At the time of pickup, I wanted to avoid a conflict situation. But, I regret that i paid you after seeing what you did to the car.

I have never had my vehicle professionally cleaned before I always clean my own vehicle as I am very particular. Also, I am immune compromised so I need to be extra careful. I decided my shampoo tool for the car was not cutting it. Figured this summer I will take my car to the spa. I felt the price was a bit steep but figured let's do it anyway. I dropped it off and the host was very professional and welcoming. He did a complete inspection of my car and told me what services he will be doing to my car. When it was time to pick my car up there was a customer ahead of me and said "if your car looks half as good as mine does you will be very happy." I was so very excited to see my car. The host took me to my car and it looks and smells brand new inside. The seats are soo clean they are fabric so I didn't think there would be much hope for them. Nope there was they look fantastic. My mats also look brand new and this is a 10 year old car. The body of the car was stunning and they did a beautiful job cleaning my motor. From now on I will be saving up for a spring clean-up with Action Car Detailing. You wont be dissapointed using these guys!!

Had a great experience with Action Car Detailing. 1st detail since I bught the ar 2 yrs ago. Desperately needed the detail as I just finished an 8000 km paririe road trip (can you say an inch thick of bugs on the front end!). Got the appointment within 2 days and it was done at the tie they told me it would be ready. The work was top notch; the interior was spotless, including all windows (streak free and no sun glare), the rugs were perfectly clean and dry, and the leather (incl all the little holes for the heated/cooled seats were all cleaned out) was clean and treated). They even got a sain out that Ithough would never come out of the trunk rug. The engine compartment looked liked the engine had never been turned on, it was that clean. And the exterior was perfect after a wax and a polish; and unlike the detail I ot somewhere else with my ast car, there were NO swirl marks from the polisher. All in all about as God a job as anyone could ever expect. I would highly recommend Acton Car Detailing for all your detailing needs, they did a fantastic job & worth every penny!

I had purchased this as a Groupon gift for my dad. He went to use it and they told him they wouldn't wash his windows, despite it saying in the Groupon they do windows inside and out. They charged an extra $9.99 to do them. While he was there for an hour and a half they was no heat on inside the building so you can just freeze while you wait for your car to be cleaned. The employees that worked there were rushed and scrambling to get cars "detailed" and cleaned. Obviously at the end of the cleaning the inside had been vacuumed. But the windows that they charged extra for were quickly wiped with visible streaks left. I get it, people are busy and make mistakes, but if you're supposed to be a car "detailing" establishment, live up to your name. I was embarrassed to have given this gift to my dad. The reason I got the gift for him is because he is not physically able to clean his windows himself. Now he had to clean them anyway after this "detailed" cleaning. Just be aware, and make sure you speak up and get what you're paying for.

I chose to take my car here for a full interior clean because of all the great reviews. I had high expectations but unfortunately was let down. The staff were great but I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. When I got into my car and started to look around at everything I noticed a few things. There were streaks from where they cleaned on both sides of my dashboard, cleaner that got onto the window that wasn't wiped off, cloudy streaks on all of my air vents, door handles, center console, steering wheel, pretty much anywhere there is chrome or plastic and streaks on the leather seats. For spending $150, I wasn't expecting to have to go home and wipe down the car again. I don't think I'll bring my car here again unfortunately.

Had a gallon of milk spill in the back hatch of my van. Ended up having to make an autopac claim because is smelt SO BAD! couldnt get it clean enough myself so took it in to have it remediated. Normally in this situation they would have removed the carpets and replaced them with new ones but with all the import issues and shortages they had to do their best to clean the carpets themselves on top of the undercarriage (because milk seeped through the foam layer onto steel). I got my vehicle back and it was cleaner than when I bought it! No smell whatsoever! Well.... there was a smell of a beautifully clean vehicle! Pleasant staff and incredibly impressed. Would defenitely recommend.

I brought in my 10 year old minivan to get a complete makeover, and I’m amazed how good it looks now. I’m hoping to keep my vehicle another 5 plus years and wanted to make it look as good as it can for it’s age. My van hasn’t been waxed in 6 years and now it looks nearly new, the majority of paint flaws are gone. If you plan you keep your old car this rejuvenation is well worth it, for a complete makeover it cost about the same as two/three months of a new car payment. I’m looking forward to enjoying my van for a number years. The shop treated me in a professional manner and didn’t try to up sale me into extras I didn’t want. Thanks for a great job.

Holy Cow, what can i say about this place. They did an extremely amazing job on our Ford Escape. Our dog got into something while camping and puked all through the back seat and in the door cup holder and speaker grill, It was bad, plus just a full year of neglect on my part. I swear the job Bal and his team did made the car cleaner than we bought it. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. It was too clean to drive. Thanks again guys. This was an excellent experience!!!!! Far beyond expectations! My vehicle is over 10 years old and the interior has been neglected quite a bit. They did a beautiful job and magically the car now feels like new.. completely flawless cleaning job. I had no idea my car could look this good! They even managed to fix some dents in the leather, which I was not expecting. The man I dealt with was kind, professional and easy-going, and the whole experience was a breeze. The pricing is very reasonable too! I've already recommended them to two other people.

Very professional. Excellent service. Only downside for me was that it was a bit too pricey and they wanted to charge $40 extra for complete pet-hair removal on top of the $155 for the silver detailing package which is supposed to include complete interior detail. Other than some pet-hair, completely changed the appearance of my car and made it look almost new. The seats and carpet were pretty stained and they managed to remove 99% of it. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a used car.

This is the second time I've used this company. They are great. I have a 12 year old car that they make feel new again. Other detail places don't wash the headliner (the felt covering the interior of the roof) which gets very dusty and musty smelling. Action Detailing does this. They are professional and do quality work. For their full service plan - the Gold Plan is what I had - you'll need to leave your car with them the whole day. It'll be worth it though. I'll use them again.

Action Car Detailing will be my go to detailer from now on. Professional, polite and they brought back that new truck sparkle back to my Nissan Frontier. The interior was spotlessly clean and fresh without any masking cleaning scents. The exterior polish was well worth the price, rejuvenating the depth of the colour and shine. Very happy. New customers need to know that they work out of the back of the 1380 Sargent location. The store front is locked, no access.

The team at Action Car Detailing did an amazing job with my car. My leather steering wheel and my gear shifter were fading in colour and they also touched that up with the silver package without charging me extra, which was great. My car feels brand new and I've recommended all my friends and family to take their cars to these guys. Dropped my car off at 8AM and picked it up at 1:30PM. Amazing work and couldn't be happier with the price tag. Worth every penny.

Had my truck detailed & ceramic coated after a long winter & they did an awesome job. Didn't look as good when I picked it up brand new. I had the Ming new car treatment done to it when I got it brand new & was never really impressed with the results on the exterior paint. The ceramic coating is far superior & wished I would have had it done right from the start & saved my money with whatever Ming does with it. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I dropped off a really, really dirty SUV battered by winter and three messy toddlers and got back a vehicle that looked and smelled as good as new. I couldn’t believe how clean they’d gotten everything - no more scuff marks, a shiny dash, a nice smell, and the leather was so smooth and shiny! Friendly, accomodating service and amazing prices! We will be back for sure - probably more than once a season since the prices are so reasonable.

The car has not looked this good since the day we picked it up new at Honda. These folks do an excellent job and they are more economical than anyone else in the city. I had a remediation claim done here. I don't recommend them at all. Whoever did the work has no idea how to remove plastic from pillars to take down headliner. They had used a screw driver or something and gouged them up on the outside. Also punched a hole in the headliner which they did say they can get someone to fix but they would not touch the other stuff. I would not trust them with anything again.

Door panel fabric hanging loose... I picked up my vehicle in the middle of the night so that it wouldn't get dirty from spring melt so didn't see these problems until daylight. Owner offered to fix problems in "10 minutes", but why should I get my vehicle dirty driving it back when they never should have let it leave their shop in this condition??? Interior shampoo left carpet and upholstery dirty, too.

The owner was really thorough when explaining what the package covers, I also asked them if they could paint some stone chips for me with the touch-up pen I provided. They did it for me and also addressed my issue with the car doors. For the interior they also did an amazing job, all the dirt from winter was all gone. The price could be on the high end but do the auto detailing once a year is worth it.

I'm super happy with the fantastic work done by action car detailing. They did an incredible job, making it super easy to sell my Subaru Outback. It looked better than it did when I bought it, and it's six years old. They have to be the best on this planet. I own a golden Retriever, and there was a lot of dog hair, which they completely removed. Thank you so much. Super high quality and professional.

The appointment booking and process was straight forward and easy. I thought they did a good job and addressed my concerns. The only suggestion I have is to maybe update the booking info to include ‘drying time’ for shampoos, as you don’t find out about the extra time it takes until you bring your car in. That way you can plan for being without your car for 5 hours instead of two.

Action did an amazing job on truck. When I was a smoker unfortunately I smoked in it. It had a faint musty smell in it but with the smoke removal service they were able to remove the smell completely. I also have two dogs, both of which shed immensely. My truck looked brand new when I picked it up and I will definitely make a seasonal visit to get my truck detailed again.

I am very sorry to write these words so late. Actually they really did great job. I hope I could find the store early, because of my minivan has odd smell since I bought it. This is the first time to enjoy the service right here and I think I will come back to have my other vehicles washed . So keep going! Your guys are the best of best in this field.

This place treated me really well. In spite of MPI giving me problems and delays, action detailing had exceptional communication and great, accommodating service fixing water damage.

Had my Sentra here for a 2 stage paint correction. I'm happy with the result. Older swirl marks are pretty much gone. It isn't a super fancy car, but looks like a million bucks now.
