Have worked with both Paul and Pierre and have had great results within one to several treatments. Individual focused + private rooms with traditional hands on manipulation (as opposed to the open room - machine focused that the physio chains engage in). They have been game changers in my recoveries from my various sport injuries over the years. Cannot recommend them enough.

I attended Activ Physio for Pelvic floor physiotherapy with Marie-Josée. She was very kind and knowledgeable, and helped me out tremendously. The front desk was also very fast and responsive after I had some issues with my insurance, which they sorted out quickly. Would higly recommend MJ if you need pelvic floor physiotherapy :)

Pierre is an amazing physiotherapist, he's extremely knowledgeable and has helped me recover from shoulder and knee issues. He is also very affable and easy to talk to, always with a few jokes or anecdotes up his sleeves. This combination makes for the best kind of physiotherapy appointments.
