1st. Mula2 call tanya pasal cushion cleaning then dia kata ada servis tu. Then aku tanya dia guna mesin ke then Kak Ada tu jawab ya guna mesin. 2. So aku tinggalkan kereta overnight then collect esok pagi. Bila datang esok tu around 9am, nampak cushion macam bersih takde kesan tompok. 3. Bila keluar je dari kedai dia, tompok dekat cushion tu still ada macam tak cuci langsung cushion tu! (Btw, kedai dia gelap ya..cahaya tak banyak masuk sebab tertutup antara rumah2 and dia pasang atap zink dari belakang sampai depan kedai). 4. After that aku whatsapp Kak Ada tu balik, dia kata dia cuci MANUAL SEBAB GUNA MESIN TAK BERSIH. KALAU CUCI TANGAN SENTAL BOLEH HILANG KOTOR PAKAI CHEMICAL KHAS. What the heck! Tompok2 tu still ada even aku takde expect hilang 100% tapi memang boleh nampak beza kalau pakai mesin. The best part is mula2 agreement during call & meet up masa hantar kereta, dia & husband dia kata cuci guna mesin, okay okay okay bila tak dapat duit lagi. Last2 dia cuci manual pakai tangan je! (btw yang cuci cushion tu husband dia). 5. Aku memang faktab rasa tertipu tapi aku malas nak gaduh sebab masa tu dah plan nak balik kampung. Aku malas nak gaduh panjang dlm whatsapp aku anggap takde rezeki je la. Tapi aku takkan halalkan duit tu & memang blacklist takkan recommend. Scammer. 6. Kak Ada & her family, kalau baca review ni, still ingat lagi ke mamat honda city colour merah? Kalau tak puas hati pasal review ni, whatsapp je aku balik okay?

Dia memberi jaminan bahawa dia pernah melakukannya dan bermegah sebagai profesional...hasil sistem elektrik ditenggelami air, kos pembaikan ialah 2250rm. Saya kembali menemuinya dengan mekanik tetapi dia enggan membayar untuk pembaikan atau pun untuk membuat isyarat komersial. Sayang sekali saya kena letak 1 bintang dia tak layak... jangan pergi sana dia tak tahu kerja dia.

Very bad customer service , gave very hight rate for normal wash compared other carwash so I just asking how was the washing method different from other carwash, instead of giving kind and details explanation, owner felt offended and respond rudely resist giving clear answer. The staff are friendly and do a very thorough job for car wash, water wax, interior vacuuming, and nano mist. They even brushed our car mats after vacuuming which other car washing services seldom do. Car was really clean after. Price is really reasonable too.
