The young gent who works here saved the day! We had a really poor experience next door at Pottery Barn Kids where we were going to get new bedding for my little one’s move to a big girl bed. Coaxing an unhappy toddler into Adair’s I was greeted without judgment by a young guy who could’ve avoided us but instead helped me distract my toddler with a dinosaur cushion and immediately set to work finding what I needed. He asked my daughter questions and showed her options. I could have hugged him. Nailed it.

Very very bad experience. Online shopping takes more than 10days to receive the item and not as said online 4-7 days. Even worse, no update on orders or any delay notice. And also can not be return or exchange if you change mind or faulty when you get the item no matter you never open the package. Very disappointed.

I called several Adairs stores but no one answered except for the Birkenhead and Chatswood stores. The shop assistant (Alia) at the Chatswood store was polite and extremely helpful with my query. Thank you for your great service! Rosetta

Rude ladies that were working today. Didn't acknowledge me but every other "older" customer. Very rude. was looking for something in particular and no one offered help. Think it was because i'm young.

It almost feels like I am annoying the staff working in there, I left the store even though I went there with the intention to buy a mattress cover for my son. Very bad experience.

Lou the Manager of the Chatswood store is great. The service at different adair’s can be hit or miss but I I will only visit this store from now on for the great customer service

Great place to find home decoration and manchesters. We bought lots from them since they have such a good quality linen with a reasonable price.

Went there once before and service was great but today I came 30min before closing time and store was already closed. Not cool
