Two words ... Rebecca Sonier ... she is the ROCK STAR in this agency, in our humble opinion. I could go on and on about different examples of how she has provided ABOVE AND BEYOND customer orientation and response, but will focus our most recent exchange as of July 1. Our company has 6 business related policies and two personal policies (for owner) with State Farm, administered by Adam Chase's agency. Recently Rebecca PROACTIVELY reached out and pointed out our company owner had a window of opportunity to take advantage of a Medicare Plan that was being EOL'd. We had NO knowledge of this plan nor how Medicare, in general, works for citizens of a certain age. She took it upon herself to organize the right resources within the agency to educate the owner, provide a plan of action, assist with transitioning the current health plan (for others impacted with the insurance change), getting this done by a hard deadline of July 1 AND subsequently saving the company ~$500 A MONTH for health care costs!!!! HUGE!!! This is just the most recent example of the EXEMPLARY customer service she has provided to us since moving all our business to Adam's agency. Although I am sure other's within his office are very accomplished and capable, Rebecca is my "go to" resource and I am honored to recommend her, and Adam's Sate Farm agency for any insurance related services and needs their portfolio offers. I would highly recommend Adam Kase for your insurance needs. I am a long-time State Farm customer and a few years back, upon retirement of my insurance agent, Adam became my local agent. As with insurance matters in general, I was at first reluctant to sit down with him as I was certain that our meeting would turn into a sales pitch to add more policies and coverage. The time I spent with him was anything but that. Adam took the time to find out who I was and was straight-forward and professional in laying out all of my policies and coverages. I found him to be helpful, friendly, and practical about my insurance needs. There was no pressure to add or increase coverage. It was beneficial to review my current coverage as it helped me realize that there were several areas where I had overlooked the need for coverage. I made several important adjustments to my policies based upon his recommendations. I also found Rebecca from his office to be extremely knowledgeable about ways to ensure that my life insurance policies were consistent with the needs of my family and my long-term career and retirement goals. She had excellent insight into the many options and programs that were available to me. I have been with Adam since moving to AZ in 2019. I had the same insurance person in CA for years and had great service, so this is very important to me. We have had a few bumps during the transition with getting the policy (for me and my son) set up appropriately, staffing changes, and then COVID happened, which was an adjustment for everyone. Then, we bought a house and had to do a lot of transfer of stuff due to that, including adding a homeowners policy and renters transfer. Eventually, we got it all sorted out. There was a lot of back and forth with communication in getting all the details in place, but I appreciated the communication and attention to getting it all resolved to satisfaction. Adam is customer service oriented and communicative throughout.

Quick story, I'm telling on myself. I live on a fixed income so after a number of years with Adam Kase Agency I thought I was smart and switched to another major carrier. Wrong! After a few months with the other insurance I am very happy to be back with Adam Kase Agency. Recalling the years with Adam, I realized in every case, every situation I was always .treated like royalty. Adam, his agents and his staff truly know the value of a client. They are all very responsive, prompt and courteous. They will virtually take you by the hand and walk through every step of how they will handle whatever your needs might be. So you decide. Save a few pennies and be treated like a dog left out in the cold or be treated like a king at Adam Kase Agency!

Words cannot describe my deep and emotional satisfaction with this office. I had wretched Geico before and called in for a quote and worked with Rebecca and she saved me and my partner over $900 per year and bundled in life insurance as well. What a saucey deal, right? Samantha is an amazing help. I had a call today with her in which she absolutely blew me away. She came onto the call ready with a list of ideas to help me problem solve and throughout the entire time I never once questioned that she cared and was there to help me out to the best of her abilities. I never new I needed general liability insurance. I called coupled places and was greeted by voice mail, one I couldn’t understand. I called State Farm and Elle answered.
