The lady that did my eyelashes was very nice and did a brilliant job on my lashes so that would be a 5 star but the glue was too strong as my eye continued to burn and water for an hour after treatment...a week later a couple of lashes had come off and therefore I went back without appt and the lady that did them wasn't there so was told to go back the following day which I did I saw a different lady that proceeded to tell me that I will be charged a further 10 pounds so I objected to this and was informed you only get up to two days no charge if lashes come off...wasn't happy about this I paid 40 pounds so why should I pay a further 10? I was told that as I refused this to come back in 2 weeks for infills and I will be charged only 20...I will not be going back there.

I booked an appointment for cluster eyelashes. After being invited to take a seat whilst the lady was still busy I then got asked to wait another 15mins as she had to finish another client. As I sat on the chair my hand got stuck to some wax left on the armrest…Gets worse. The lady rushed the job and it looked terrible straight away. When I pointed at a spot that looked pretty messy she said that it was fine. I left as at that point I was running late. Got charged more than it said on the sign (£20 instead of £18). After four days my lashes are half fallen off, when they’re supposed to last at least 2 weeks? Bought some remover to take them off myself. Won’t see my face anymore and won’t recommend this place to anyone

Sonal a was very welcoming and lovely. From the moment I entered, she ensured I was accommodated and received the best service. Listened to my needs and offered suggestions! She gave an honest opinion, whilst taking to account what I wanted, which is exactly what is needed. She even checked on me after my appointment to see whether I was happy with the results! She was very detailed and thorough, noting any imperfections in my eyebrows and was quick to rectify them! Place was very clean and tidy akso staff was very helpful as well.taking all the necessary COVID-19 precaution .Great level of service that has hooked me as a loyal customer.would recommend to anyone. I had my eyebrow threading done on 16/09 (Saturday). The lady that did my eyebrows screwed it up by removing a bit extra on one side. The brow looks so inconsistent in size. Additionally, I have bruises on my eyebrow.I am very disappointed with the service. I usually have my eyebrows done here by the owner and my experience has always been good, but this time someone inexperienced handled my eyebrows as the owner had to leave. I did mention to her about the inconsistencies she kept asking me if she can remove on the other side too. I felt she would screw it up even more and hence left. Never felt so disappointed. I am a bit skeptical to go back again.

Adara beauty bar is such a lovely and warm place . I visit them occasionally and both the girls running the bar are great in their work and perfection . sonal is very much experienced and her suggestions on your grooming are really realiable . Recently I visit them in Dec 2020, Before Christmas . Sonal did have me hydraulic facial and a head massage with in the package . The facial has been glowing my skin until 1 month as I was away from country to attend a marriage . Do visit these professionals If you wants satisfying services . Value for money Quality Reliable

Incredibly warm and kind beauty technicians. Whilst having my nails done I noted how supportive and informative they were towards potential new clients (stopping by to ask about services) and return customers (stopping by to ask about booking or if what they wanted was available). I think a loyal customer base is a good sign of a business that works professionally and well. Will be using them again when my nails next need refreshing!

They have always been professional and good in the past but today, the threading price has suddenly jumped from £3-3.50 to £5. There is no mention of this increase anywhere. We went there oblivious to this increase and then had to pay the higher price. The staff member who attended to us was good but inexperienced. Eye brow threading is done without clean lines and lots of sporadic hair left behind. Disappointed

My daughter had her ears peirced here today and she loved it! Quick and caringly done! She is six and has come away very happy! I have gotten my eyebrows and upper lip waxed here, aswell as eyebrow and eyelash tint. I also tried the lash lift last week. Absolutely beautiful every time, Sonal is very kind and easy to talk to and does a great job to help me feel beautiful! Thank you guys!!! ❤

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A MAN. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE FOR MENS EYEBROWS. I told her to make my eyebrows look natural by not over doing it but she ended up making them look much thinner. She clearly does not know how to do mens eyebrows even though she told they do eyebrow threading for men as well. Do not come here to get your eyebrows done if you are a male.

I use Sonal to do my eyebrows and she is brilliant. I always get her to thread me , she does it so well, listens to my needs and most importantly no pain! I usually get my eyebrows tinted, but last visit she mentioned HD and did a patch test, and I did HD this time and loved it. I appreciate the consultative approach, don't feel like they rush me.

I've been coming here for eyebrow threading since the last one year. Dhwani does a perfect job each time , she knows exactly what looks good on me and executes it brilliantly. Dee is a lovely lady. She did Shellac Manicure on my Natural Nail, brows, Pedicure, Manicure and lashes.. she does it so perfectly. I would definitely recommend Adara beauty salon. This is definitely my go-to salon for quiet a while now because they take all the safety precautions and give best customer service everytime I visit!

Horrible application of lashes. Way to much glue. Payed then had to rip them off because they were so bad! I asked for clusters and got individuals. Glue would not come off eyelid leaving a throbbing pain on my eye. Do not reccomend

Shocked and discussed with the haircut my daughter received here. No way they should be cutting hair. Removed 4 inches of hair and left one side long. Ruined her hair. She loved her long hair. Avoid this place for haircuts.

Even though it was just a few days before Christmas and they were super busy, I was treated in a very friendly and professional manner. I am visiting from the US and I will be back again before we go home.

My usual eyebrow place was busy, so tried this for the first time. Good customer service, lovely lady. Eyebrows dont look good.

Quality of tops were bad. It lead to the infection in one ear. We have to replace it with the gold tops to get it healed.
