Extremely quick pick up and some double checking from the booking office to make sure I was ok so that was excellent, although a bit of a surprise I suppose there is an extra effort for customer service. The gentleman driving was friendly and knew where he was going which is always good too.

Just had the worst drive from the airport to home. Asked a simple question about the charges and got my head bitten off. Driver drove off swearing at me. Never again. If I could give a zero star review I would. The final $ amount definitely didn’t match the lack of service.

The drivers are rude, and demanding you to cut short your appointments. Also they are not the best drivers. Will sit on 70 km in a 100km zone. All over the road. Will not follow directions. Not recommended. If you want to get there on time use another taxi company.

Double the price of Didi for a 20min trip. Took the long route. Approximately $2.50 per minute from Glenelg to Regency Tavern at 11:30pm. Didi had a better more comfortable ride and conversation.
