Adelaide Property Network - APN manages my investment property for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I luckily discovered them by word-of-mouth from a friend! I have been burned in the past by property managers who've not done their jobs properly, so I was understandably nervous about appointing a property manager to my new property. I needn't have worried though. APN found wonderful tenants for me and manage my property in a way that keeps all parties informed and happy. On my side I am kept well informed of the condition of my property with regular, reliable inspection reports, the financial distribution is itemised, and they communicate any issues arising that I may or may not need to make decisions on. APN also pay all my outgoings so I don't have to keep track of those either. APN provide a property management service that allows me to provide a rental property that benefits both myself and my tenants - this makes good sense and makes life easier. Faced with an incredibly complex interrelated task of selling two homes to buy a third property, with each milestone having a tight deadline and needing close management to ensure everything worked when it was needed, looked like a huge ask when we first connected with Adelaide Property Network (APN). We started working with Patrick and Alex and had to get good but fair prices, enter into contract quickly and settle all homes in a specific order. The guys from APN worked negotiating magic and very rarely, over many years in business and working cross culturally, have we seen a better contractual process with all parties happy and satisfied … including those who missed out having their offers accepted. Patrick walked us through the steps of the process and how it would be handled and estimates of the time it would take. Everything happened how and when he said it would. We were approached by Patrick to sell our property it wasn’t for sale however said a lady put in an offer on the opposite unit and the one next to that however missed out. We sold with a license to occupy as we are building a house currently and need the current one we sold to live in. Patrick lied to both of us playing both sides to get a sale. After the sale I spoke with the new owner and she informed me she didn’t make an offer on the other units Patrick told her we would be out of this house in 6-9months completely untrue we have no idea how long our build will take . Also my first time selling a property didn’t know I needed a conveyancer was never informed and then last minute was phoned by APN to say if we wanted to make settlement we would need a conveyancer they said this like this was my fault . We were going on an overseas holiday the day after they had us running around. Terrible agent out for a sale couldn’t care less about anyone else but himself

I have rented through agents in the past and also dealt with two agents as a landlord before and these guys are a stand out. You feel like one of the family, they know who you are when you call, they always answer or call straight back, always pleasant and professional and happy to help.
