It was a pleasure working with Adler's Jewelers. I work unpredictable hours, essentially all hours, so I initially reached out using the contact form on their website late one evening not expecting a reply until the next business day, but an associate named Adam did reach out via email only a short time later and it was nothing but an excellent customer experience from them on. Due to my all work all the time schedule, I was not able to get over to the Canal St store for some time. In my experience, a sales associate would usually interpret that as not being worth their time because they're not going to see an immediate sale. But Adam and I continued to email back and forth from time to time discussing a particular watch and eventually I was able to make it over there. Adam was engaged with another customer at that moment so I had the opportunity to work with one of the owners instead, and like Adam, he was great to work with as well. I did end up purchasing the watch and can say that I'd be happy to consider future purchases with Adler's Jewelers. I've heard many horror stories about ADs being difficult to work with, being selective about who they allow on their waitlists, who they'll consider selling pieces to, or making judgements about customers because they didn't "look the part" or have the appearance of the preferred professional clientele. I'm a casual man but I never got that selective impression while working with Adam or the owner. It was just an all around great buying experience.

I went to Adler’s on a whim to see if they had a watch I was looking to purchase. They didn’t have the model in stock, but I wanted to pick up some OEM spring bars for my watch. I spoke with Adam for about half an hour about different brands of watches. He was more than happy to show me anything I wanted to see, and even volunteered to show me the workings of some of the more exclusive references they sold. He even sent me home with a Patek Philippe catalogue. I’ve spent time at Lee Michaels looking around on multiple occasions. The salespeople there didn’t want to give me the time of day. Adam not only treated me with the utmost respect, but he even managed to remember the reference of my watch when the vendor needed more information for ordering my parts. All in all, I give Adler’s a perfect 5/5 rating when it comes to customer service. If I had to give Adam a review of his own, it would be a 6/5. The man is welcoming, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. He’s a treasure. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future, as I know that he’ll see that all my needs are taken care of!

I was looking for ruby studs for Christmas for my wife to match my wife's engagement ring. I called up Adam the first week of December to see what Adler's had. I've known Adam for a long time. And even though I live in New York and Adler's is in New Orleans, anytime I have jewelry needs, he's my first call. He always goes above and beyond. This time was no exception. He didn't have any in stock, but could get them. He asked when I needed them by. I said Christmas, and his response was "oh, with three weeks, we'll find you something nice." Instead of just going to some online distributor and ordering a random pair ruby studs, he contacted a gemstone dealer in LA, who sent me images of a dozen different rubies to choose from. Once I chose, he had them fashioned in store and sent out the next day. I received them with time to spare for Christmas. Personal gifts such as this require a personal touch, and that is what Adam and Adler's have provided time and time again. I've made purchases from $500 to $5000 dollars with Adler's, and every transaction I was treated like I was the store's most important customer.

One of my favorite first time shopping experiences ever! In New Orleans for my wife’s conference, and I decided to visit Adler’s. Felt like I was visiting long time friends. On my first visit, Tiffany helped me narrow my choices for a precious metal and dial, and she also made killer recommendations for local dining (Mr. B’s and GW Fins are awesome!). Not until the end of my visit did I find out that Tiffany’s last name was Adler, and she introduced me to her brother C.E. It’s so nice to see owners actively creating a fantastic customer experience. Thank you! I then visited again a couple days later, as I had also seen a Cartier of interest on my first visit. I arrived at store opening and met Adam Schwartz. What a great guy! Great conversation and fun banter. He helped me with the purchase, and I was off to meet my wife for a visit to the area’s museums! Adler’s is a historic jeweler on Canal Street in New Orleans, and they offer an incredible selection inside of a building that harkens to a charming part of the past. I’ll be back every time I’m in New Orleans!

Visited Adler’s several months ago on a work trip in search of a specific ring design. Couldn’t find what I needed but the customer service was phenomenal and left me with a very positive impression. Fast forward to another trip to NOLA, popped back in to take a look at watches. Adam was extremely helpful despite me being in just before close. Respectful and informative service, no pushy sales tactics. Left the store to sleep on it and came back the next day to purchase. Adam was in again and was a joy to work with in getting my watch sized, taking a look at other pieces, discussing different brands, walking me through warranty, etc. Despite not being from the area it’s clear that Adler’s has curated a specific experience for its clients and Adam specifically upheld that to the highest standard. Highly recommend and look forward to another visit in the future!

While visiting New Orleans, specifically Bourbon Street, I stopped into Adler and Sons Jewelers. I was in search of a 126710 BLNR. My expectations were not high. Although, I did not find my grail watch, I met a great sales representative named Adam Schwartz. We kicked it/chopped it up, and exchanged watch stories. (His, better than mine). If your are in the area, and are Looking for a sales specialist that is personable, knowledgeable and, accommodating, ask for Adam. He will advise you from watches to the best restaurants in the area. If you are looking for the Tiffany Santos, I saw at least two mens additions in stock. The displays are beautifully organized. The boutique is spacious, with high ceilings. I enjoyed my visit, and will return whenever I'm in town.

I have been an enthusiastic customer of Adlers for almost 20 years. My first purchase was from their Royal Street location in the French Quarter before their move to Canal Street. They are a family owned business and provide unparalleled customer service and professionalism in a time when others have forgot the meaning of those words. Coleman Adler III in particular has helped me with multiple long distance purchases from outside the New Orleans area. I just let him how what I’m looking for and he always comes through for me. On one occasion, he found a special set of earrings for my daughter’s graduation last minute and had them to me in time to present them as a gift. He did this despite being out of town! Outstanding! Why would I shop anywhere else?

Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. They carry the most exclusive watch brands (e.g., Patek, Rolex) and lots of high-quality antique and custom jewelry (including some really beautiful diamonds and emeralds). Adam was my sales associate, and he was warm and gregarious, and clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the products he sells. As another review mentioned, Adam is clearly a watch enthusiast himself. I had a great time just looking around the store, with no pressure to buy. I did end up making a pretty substantial purchase, and Adam was patient and transparent throughout the transaction. This is clearly the premier watch and jewelry retailer in New Orleans, and I'm really glad I found it. Thank you Adam!

Deeply knowledgeable — but not condescending — dealers. I have visited New Orleans many times and try to stop in as often as I can. Adam was especially helpful in helping me find a high quality watch, with an emphasis on value. I own quite a few “prestige” brands (e.g., Rolexes, Omegas, and other Swiss brands). He helped me choose an outstanding, lesser known brand — a Nomos. Outstanding value and extremely attentive service, no matter your purchase history. I always will make it a point to stop in when I’m on New Orleans. I’m from the Northern Virginia/DC area and frankly, many dealers in the area (and up through NYC) are simply “too busy” or otherwise pre-judge upon entering. I will never buy another watch at another dealer.

Coleman Adler III and the entire staff and store define what excellent service means. Coleman personally reached out to me via telephone several times over the course of a year until he was able to find the watch I was looking for. He told me he would find it, and put my name on the top of the list, and he did. None of the other jewelers in Louisiana or Texas even came close. Coleman is my friend after meeting him only a few times - not a salesperson. Most importantly he treated me with the ultimate respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Adler's to everyone. They will have what you have been longing for or they will get it in a timely matter. And they are even engraving my watch for free!

Adam S. Made this Christmas a wonderful experience for me and a family member. We came in for a surprise gift - he had security reserve a spot out front on Canal, so we didn't need to park. We walked right in and had the utmost of every respect and courtesy. We worked together on the phone to find the perfect gift, and Adam knocked it out of the park, locating a hard to find item in the nick of time for Christmas. Truly above and beyond. And this was my first experience with him or this store. All of this was done for someone he didn't know, but he still extended every resource for a great experience. He was ready and able to give us a wonderful memory, and for that I am very appreciative.

Stopped by at Adler’s while taking a cruise from New Orleans. Walked in as a total stranger from out of town and talked to Adam Schwartz. I was interested in a specific model Rolex that is almost impossible to get. I travel for work all over the country and have been to many a Rolex authorized dealer. Adam went out of his way to take the time to talk to me like I was a regular customer. They didn’t have the watch in stock but I truly enjoyed Adam and the experience. It was a breath of fresh air in todays Rolex market to talk to Adam. I would gladly do business with Adam and Adler’s as I found their customer service to be exceptional and you will too.

Our visit to Adler’s today was amazing. I had called ahead and our sales representative, Adam Schwartz, encouraged us to come in and see a new Cartier watch. “The most exciting watch in months.” And he was so right. A brushed beauty, The Tank Francsaise is a bit traditional but a very sporty. After a bit of my usual attempts to talk myself out of a purchase, and with encouragement of my wife to get it, a deal was struck!! The array of watches and the quality of jewelry in Adler’s has always been spectacular. I walked past it a thousand times as a resident physician, And finally became a very satisfied purchaser! The Best in Town (all the way to Baton Rouge)! During a long stay in LA I was interested in a hard-to-find timepiece. Called around and most stores were not helpful. But the call with Adler’s and CE was different. “We’ve got it come on down.” And so I did. Adam greeted me. The two of them helped me cool down from the summer heat and patiently walked me through options. Loved the piece, bought it, and wore it out. Spoke to Adam a few days later. He gave me some great advice about other timepieces and asked me to text him anytime I needed anything - even though I’m not a local. My go-to store for fine watches in LA from now on.

C.E. and the Adlers team has truly been there with my family and I throughout the steps of our growth. My first purchase was a pair of diamond earrings for my then girlfriend, next was a engagement ring which we built from a family heirloom, following that was wedding rings, another set of diamond earrings as a wedding present, and lastly was the purchase of my first Rolex. The first set of diamond earrings are going to our daughter and the Rolex will be going to our son when he’s mature enough to wear it. I was in New Orleans on vacation. Decide to walk in Adler’s to see if they had any Rolex’s in inventory for sell. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Adam. Unfortunately he didn’t have any Rolex for sell at the moment. However he showed me a few timepieces that were just for show, & he was willing to let me try them on. Went out of his way & didn’t rush me, seeing as though the store was getting ready to close for the day. I bought my first watch from Adler’s 25 years ago. When it was time to get another watch for a personal milestone, I contacted Adler’s and spoke to C.E. C.E. was tremendously helpful in getting the watch I wanted. He explained in details what my new watch has compared to my old watch. I could tell that his passion is watches. The whole process was silky smooth. I left very satisfied. I can’t wait for the next experience in picking up another new watch from Adler’s. Although this time, I won’t wait another 25 years.

I've been shopping at Adlers for years, and always dealt with Adam in their Metairie location. Last time I came to town I called Adam to look for a gift, and he told me to come see him at their downtown location, which I had never been to. The store in unbelievably beautiful with a level of charm I've never seen in other jewelry stores. Their selection of jewelry is outstanding and Adam was able to get me a great pair of diamond studs which my wife loved. Definitely visit Adlers on Canal if you need anything.

My husband and I have made two purchases from Adam at Adler’s and have been more than pleased to say the least! One is a watch that Adam and my husband created a core memory for me with the surprise and delivery of for my birthday! The staff at Adler's, in particular Adam Schwartz with whom I have worked several times, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I purchased my wedding band from Adam, some jewelry for my wife, and a watch. Adler's has always taken very good care of me, and they can get pretty much anything you may want in the jewelry and watch space. I also purchased our rocks glasses from them, and they have a fantastic selection of glassware, tableware, and things of that nature. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a Cartier Panthere from Adam at Adler's. I thought my wife would like a Cartier, but I didn't know much about their watches. Adam showed me a number of ladies Cartiers and helped me choose the right watch. While he had a gold and steel version of the watch I wanted in stock, the exact configuration wasn't available. He worked quickly to order the exact watch I wanted. My wife loves it. Without Adams help, I doubt I would've settled on the right choice.

I was looking to get my wife a nice watch for our anniversary, specifically a Tudor. I called the store and spoke with Adam. He was a tremendous help and was able to order the watch, which was not regularly kept in stock, and have it in by my anniversary. I met with him in person once and dealt with him over the phone throughout the process. Adam and the Adler’s team provided a very high level of customer service. I have great sentimental attachment to those items, so I really appreciate the thoughtful attention. I highly recommend this shop!

Adam was a great help. I needed my watch battery replaced so he made sure it was done correctly as it is a divers watch and requires a vacuum to ensure water tight seal. It was ready the day that he promised. Simple issue solved with expediency at little cost. No fluff charges or add ons. Amazing place. While on vacation in New Orleans the wife and I walked in off the street to look around. We were greeted with smiles and the offer of water by the owners. Had a great conversation about my home state and their home of Louisiana. They where so friendly and welcoming that I ended up buying a new timepiece.

Adam Schwartz is a great. He knew I was from out of town and was able to get my battery changed before I had to leave town.
