I’ve visited Admiral Casino in Manchester on a few occasions when visiting Manchester and I’ve always received great service from all the team, especially Becky and Adilson during the evening and Gonçalo at night - all of whom were super attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wishes for a wide variety of gaming machines and great service - you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Door staff were rude as hell and bullying the homeless. Not acceptable behaviour, spitting every other minute. Disappointing, also wouldn't let me use the toilet because I said I had 2 drinks, it's 3am and no where else had toilets in use... wish I could give 0 stars.

Door staff punching homeless guy outside for no reason other than they knew the could get away with it. One of them even offered him out when his shift finished. Absolute disgrace, both are absolute melt and shouldnt have a job. 19.07.2020

Appalling customer service- in there for 20 mins and not so much as an Hello Drink ? Forget it Staff happy to stand around talking and chewing the fat - a manager walked in and it was all eyes on her Avoid at all costs utterly disgraceful

Would be 5 stars but the French girl who makes the best microwave burgers and pizzas I've ever had doesn't seem to work there anymore, the other workers just can't get them as good as she did, does anyone know if she's coming back?

Intimidating. Had finished playing but a group of guys were around me looking at the machine, talking over me to each other, one leaning against my chair. Tried discretely to get someone's attention but couldn't. Did not feel safe

Great customer service, a lot of interesting games/ machines and of course fascinating promotions. But the latest news is that now it's open 24 hours.

Was there last night, nice place, good decor etc. I think there's a woman who works here called Connie is sexy and was something to look at.
