I want to express my gratitude to Mr. AJAY, Manager for making the purchase of my i20 Magna Plus model a very pleasant experience. He answered all my questions honestly and happy that he was able to meet the delivery timelines.... PROS : Friendly staff and I was treated with respect. I was able to register for a car after providing them with booking fees. They delivered the car within 4 days without any issue even in this National lockdown period.. All Advaith Hyundai staffs are visiting our home and with safety protocols (Including wearing masks and carrying sanitizers). My car was fully disinfected before delivery. The dealership was carried out complete sterilization of the test-drive vehicles before aligning it for the customers ensuring maximum safety. I booked my new i20 magna plus model on First week of May 2020... He informed that he would be able to provide delivery in a week of time ... I got the car delivered within 4 days adhering to the timelines. It was a great experience from the day 1....If u ever visit the showroom u will meet Mr. Ajay Manager of Advaith Hyundai, Bangalore. The explanation on the variants was very clear and it helped me to finalize the variant with out any confusion... Organizing the test drive was great and all my queries were answered clearly. I was able to park the test drive car in my parking lot which helped me to make clear decision. I got regular updates from Mr. Ajay after the booking which helped me to plan at my end...On the day of delivery, the details were explained by Mr. Ajay and recap on the features of the car was provided. I got a call after reaching home to check if every thing is good... Well, I was there to buy my first car their before sales service was good they helped me out with which car should I go with and what are the accessories that can be fitted in the car, but when I went there to pick up my car, After that all the service and maintenance check were done very smoothly nice service after sales... About my new car i20 Magna plus that i bought from Advaith Hyundai the peppiness of this car was really awesome. I really liked the refinement of the petrol engine .... Mileage is low but the comfort feeling is top notch. The music system of this car is extremely good. The sound is well balanced ... The car have a good design and stylish.The headlight is superb it will show better than normal headlights.... Today morning I have taken delivery of my Grand i10 NIOS AMT Sportz Diesel. This is my third car from Hyundai, 1. i10 Petrol Magna - (May 2011 to Aug -2015) - Dealer (TN, Erode ARAS & PVPV). 2. Verna S(O) 1.6 CRDI - (Aug 2015 to till date) - Dealer (TN, Erode ARAS & PVPV). 3. NIOS Grand i10 AMT - (5th March 2019) - Dealer (KA, Sarjapur Advaith Hyundai). Among the above 3, the best experience is with 'Advaith Hyundai Car Showroom, Sarjapura'. I never had an experience like this ever before during - deal discussion, post full payment, before car delivery and during car delivery. They are very good & professional. They did what they said, all deals were done through proper Hyundai booklet itself. I was impressed with that approach and it was surprising, usually it happened in a paper with my past experiences. They never asked one single rupee extra after the deal is closed. I started with the sales executive Narendra Kumar PN with test drive. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was with me during test drive and explained the features of NIOS properly. When I cross questioned about other brand cars with NIOS he was able to justify why Grand i10 is best in this segment. Thanks much Narendra. Once I convinced with the car, model & color, for the price part I had started the discussion with Narendra and his team lead Srijith. Srijith was polite, informative and he has very good communication skills. Within 10-15 min the deal was closed for the price I’m looking. Thanks Srijith. The next day I started with the payment, the payment team also so good and they were very helpful. During & after the payment I had discussion with branch Manager Ajay. He is very kind, cool guy and have very good experience to deal the customers. He is genuine, professional and very helpful to sort out small requests, or issues and other queries. He made me very confident with my decision. One day before the car delivery I requested Ajay to clean, polish & fit the accessories. He did it as promised. On the day of delivery, I requested Ajay and team to deliver the car before morning 10 AM as per the sentiment. He did it as promised without making a min delay. Before delivery Ajay has explained the features, warranty, service intervals, documents, the parts which will not cover under warranty, basic operations and many other details. I wanted to iterate again, this was never ever done before with ARAS & PVPV, TN Erode showroom. So, with Advaith Hyundai Sarjapura I’m extremely satisfied. Kudos to the entire team.

Got the delivery of new car today and it was really a great experience in purchasing a car from this showroom.During the booking the commitment given by Venkatesh and the sales manager was up to the high standards, we were told car will be delivered in 7 working days and on 7th day we got the delivery. We bought our Hyuandai i10 from this showroom. It’s located on Sharjapur main road. The sales representatives are warm and courteous. They ensure quickest possible delivery of cars inspite of a backlog from their supply chain. The showroom has its service centre just behind it. All our services are done here. They arrange pick up and drop facilities of cars for services. They can deliver all Hyundai cars through this showroom. Sandro, i10, i20, Aura, Venue, Verna, Alcazar, Tucson and the new Creta are sold through this showroom. They also have time to time camps for car services with schemes etc.

This is the nearest service Center to my home. When I contacted them for my car repair they denied saying the reason that no slot available and if I give for repair (dent removal and painting) it will take 1 month to get back the car. This is so unrealistic. When I contacted other Hyundai service center, they said it can be done in 5 days. This particular service center doesn’t try to keep the old customers.
