This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The staff were unhelpful and treated me with a complete lack of respect. I have been suffering from an illness and decided to purchase a Groupon voucher for a spa treatment to cheer myself up. I called Advanced Natural and confirmed they could fit me in that day and there would be no more to pay. They confirmed this so I purchased the voucher for $59. Upon arrival, they told me I had to pay an additional $5.50. Unfortunately I had left my wallet at home, so I offered to transfer the money using my phone, pay by PayPal, pay straight afterwards or even pay twice to ensure I got the treatment. They would not accept any of these options and refused to treat me at all despite the fact I had already paid $59. I was quite upset and ended up crying in the store. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into a nightmare. The manager accused me of causing drama and threatened to call security. I left the salon feeling distressed and completely disrespected. Thankfully Groupon agreed to refund my money, but I certainly will not be going back.

Not only will you be able to relax and know that you are in the hands of professionals and experts within their field the Advanced Natural Products that I have ever used. Lena and her team will assess your skin and provide you with the right treatment and management plan for your skin. I have used lots of different skincare products over the years and the Advanced homeopathic basis to their products has given my skin the best results. Justine is fantastic. But there’s a growly angry woman who really ruined it for me. I had to change an appt and called over 48 hours in advance. She said I need to make a deposit because I was getting multiple treatments. When I made the appt initially no one told me I had to make a deposit. And worse she grabbed the phone off the first person I was talking to. I was going to pay for multiple treatments but she turned me off and reluctantly settled for one treatment. I would’ve cancelled that too but have a special day coming. All the other people I spoke to were nice. Other places I’ve been to never did this to me.

Would not go back here unfortunately very disappointed with my service for a collagen facial I had booked I think the collagen mask was not applied correctly as it was over a plastic sheet and not directly on my skin. My skin we no better post treatment and for $139 I was hoping I’d be glowing. I also felt the whole process was rushed, my face was also dried with tissues which I thought was unprofessional. I’ve been to a few other places in the area for facials and have outstanding experiences. Would recommend trying endota spa instead sorry advanced natural

My rosacea has reduced markedly, the redness reduced and my skin feels clean and non greasy. Cleanser is so easy to use in the shower. A little bit goes a long way too, so economical in the long term. I haven’t had the pleasure of attending the salon as I live in northern NSW, but online ordering is really easy to do and products supplied quickly. Friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoy my treatments with Kim Ngan. I love how detail oriented she is. From the skincare products, vitamin recommendations to help my skin concerns but also getting the heater blanket ready just before I go into my treatment to make it more comfortable. Their products are fragrant free which is a bonus for me as I'm quite sensitive with my asthma. Highly recommend.

I had the 'Pick me up' package today and my therapist (Bernadett) was simply amazing! I've been looking for someone that I feel comfortable with that is knowledgeable and can help me look after my skin as best possible. I booked a wax for my back and shoulders and everything has been great!! Usually after the treatment the involved part suffers an irritation (delicate skin), well this time it didn't happen thanks also to the professionalism of the staff especially of Martina that I meet for the first time (I hope not the last) but who has done a great job. Highly recommended!!!

This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes I have had the best wax job I have ever seen while other times it has not been so impressive. The staff seem to change a lot. Overall a so so place but it is close so I still go there till I find another recommendation.

Olivia is very professional and polite. I went there for a IPL consultation. She was very knowledgeable and told me that my skin colour is not appropriate for their laser machine as it might burn my skin. Concern for the client.

One hour facial was over in 40 minutes , didnt include any massage and the lady was just concerned about advertising their products rather than deliver the exhorbitantly priced facial. Absolute waste of money. Very disappointed.
