Steer clear. Liars and cons. Called and was quoted 10-15 minutes away for £5 to go to Upminster station. Half an hour later, no sign of them. Called cab office, who apologised but gave no explanation for the delay. 5 mins later got a call from the driver who said he was inside the carpark: given that we were standing in front of a locked gate at the entrance, he was clearly in the wrong location! 10 mins later called the office again who didn't pick up. Cab eventually came. Nearly took an obvious wrong turn on the way. When we arrived he said £8, rather than the originally quoted £5, saying that route was always £8. When I started making a scene that we were quoted differently, he capitulated and gave the appropriate change. TL;DR: Don't believe a word the say when you book the cab. The timings are a lie, and they try to change the charge at the end of the trip. Either they're not talking to their drivers properly, or they're straight-out lying to get your business.

Rip off merchants! The reason I say this is because 4 people plus luggage travelled less than 3 miles. The RIP OFF MERCHANTS. We called into the office for a mini cab to take 4 passengers plus luggage a distance of roughly 3 miles. The office contacted the driver on route and told him to charge £20. We got dropped of first - a journey of 1 mile, possibly less. Then our friends went another 1.5 miles further. When our friend complained about the charge, they reduced it to £15. My husband went into the office this morning to complain and was told that it was the rules because it was a 6 seater car. My husband told them that there should be a notice up making customers aware that if they send a bigger car, there is an additional charge, which we were not told of before the journey. This company did not take the journey on mileage, which I understand is what other mini cab firms do.

Had booked a cab to arrive at 10:45pm. I got a text at 11pm from the taxi office saying that it would be 15-20mins late. I then rung the cab driver to see ask of his whereabouts and he said the same as the text. After another half an hour he still hadn't arrived so I rung him again. This time he started to get stroppy with me and telling me to just "let him do his job and to leave him alone" another 20 mins went by and he finally arrived. Obviously at this point I wasn't to happy so asked if we could have some money off the journey. He put me through to the main office and I asked if this was possible and they said the cab driver wouldn't go anywhere until he got the full amount of money (again this was shouted at me rather then just asking me). All round a completely terrible cab services. Would recommend to avoid at all costs!!

I was completely scammed after a lovely night out. Firstly he was 30 minutes late even though we called an hour before, secondly he was going the wrong way at one stage which was frightening and lastly he overly charged me by double. The driver charged me £25 for a 6.7 mile journey with five people which I thought was fair until he dropped me and my friend to mine which is precisely 3.4 miles away from the last drop of then charged me another £25 I thought maybe it was because of less people however there was no device to monitor how much the journey would of cost. I strongly don't recommend to you or anyone you know. Just for the company to know the drivers name was "Roberto" and I am incredibly disappointed with my service. Just to clarifier the total should of been about £35 for a normal cab.

I called to book a cab for pick up from the airport and the guy was extremely rude from the start like I was putting him out. You’re a cab service, taking bookings for pick ups is literally your only job. He then proceeded to get even more tetchy asking for full payment upfront which is something they had never asked for before. I can understand paying a deposit but apparently there’s a policy change from Lord knows when but this policy definitely wasn’t in place 2 weeks ago when I used them last for another airport pick up. They didn’t even ask for a deposit then. Use Alpha minicabs - they’re so much friendlier.

Gave a pre arranged price then when in the cab the driver tried to take advantage and change the price. On way home advice was given to the driver on a more efficient route to take, driver accused passenger of lying about their address and kicked 2 young women out the cab in the middle of nowhere.. the cab had been paid for up front, literally took the money and dumped 2 young women leaving them in an exceptionally dangerous situation at 2am. When the office was rang they were also rude and unhelpful. Disgraceful behaviour, no wonder women feel unsafe, robbed and dumped by a mini cab.

Have called today for a quote for an airport transfer to a nearby London airport as the website said they were changing their pricing and to call direct. The man on the phone was very abrupt and rude. When I enquired about an additional charge about the return journey he shouted at me down the phone and insinuated I had special needs. I promptly hung up. This is obviously how they conduct business and treat their customers confirmed by the customer reviews I have read after hanging up, I wish I had read them before hand. I would not recommend using this service at all.

Cannot fault the service we received last night. Sam, the driver, was prompt, polite, friendly and drove my parents safely home and made sure they got in the door before driving off. Uber were charging £40+ for the 10 minute journey whereas this was £10 after midnight (due to weather conditions). Aero will definitely be my first choice from now on. My parents are particularly grateful and felt safe. Thank you.

Excellent mini cab company. I dropped my wallet containing cash and cards in the back of the car on my way to the airport and only realised inside the terminal. Telephoned the office who contacted the driver and he found it, took it back to the office where my son was able to retrieve it for me. Can't praise Aero Mini Cabs enough, they are prompt, reliable and honest.

Called them up and asked for a price for a short ride and they gave me an astronomically high price. As soon as I said no they lowered the price. When the taxi arrived they then quoted the original price and that they could not change it. They took advantage of myself and brother because we were young and polite. Would not advise using this taxi service to anyone

Booked without any problems at all. However, on the night of the booking, we called twice asking where the cab is. After 25 minutes and 2 phone calls, we finally got the cab. Unfortunately after the second phone call complaining the cab is late, the company put the the phone down!! Overall I thought this was a very poor service.

DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE! Booked a cab with Aero to take us to Heathrow in the early hours of the morning, they assured me it was all booked in, I even called the day before to confirm and ensure my number was correct. No one turned up! Tried to ring the office, but no answer. Horrific service, just don’t risk it honestly!

Awful, arrived hour late at airport pickup and lied about traffic when tracker showed he had not departed. Then claimed he wanted to give us enough time to get hold luggage when he knew we had none as he had dropped us off outbound. Tried to do the right thing and use local firm but get rubbish service. Uber next time.

We have used this cab service, and found them amazing and help full. we have booked them for airport and the driver was here 10 mints before time, he help us with luggage to load and unload it. There charges are very competitive and drivers are well mannered. We will use them again without any question.

Terrible service. The car did not arrive so I phoned up to chase, to be told the driver would be 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes the driver still did not arrive, after two more phone calls the driver had still not shown so we had to drive our own car. We was going to a wedding and nearly missed the ceremony!

Booked a cab for Sat evening going to Upminster Station so very important to be on time. Received a text to say cab has been "dispatched"....but where from? Arrived 10 mins late and we missed the train. Tried to call them when it was 5 mins late and I guess they saw the number and did not answer....avoid!

I got a taxi from the jobbers to Corbets Tey just now and they charged me £10, I usually pay £5.80 they have tried there luck a couple of times but this is the last time I’m using them, just letting people know so they don’t get ripped off! ✌ …

Rude driver - I was quoted over the phone once within the car, driver tried to up the cost of journey. I called the office to discuss who said to keep the quoted cost and the driver moaned the whole way to the airport... great start to our trip!

Would NOT recommend. Taxi driver arrived an hour late, when we called the company asking why he was late we got the "he'll be 5 minutes speech". When the car finally did arrive taxi driver was rude! The price of the cab didn't help either!

My elderly parents use Aero cabs, the people there are Always on time, very polite & extremely extra helpful as my parents have walking aids & need extra help, I ( daughter) always know my parents are in good hands...thankyou all …

Booked a cab to collect me for a train station that was pre booked for 5.30, no body turnt up, rang office no answer, git in own car went to station then got phone call at 5.48 to say driver outside home. Not happy

The worst cab service I have ever used. Extreamly ruud. Tried overcharging me. I would strongly advise not to use this company and to top it off I was a regular customer. I was treated really badly.

Ordered a cab for 2 adults & 3 kids at 11pm on Saturday night going to Romford. Controller said 10 minutes, driver was on time and helped family with loading. Really good service, would recommend.

Poor I live 2 minutes away from this cab office and the cab was 30 minutes later than arranged time. Got worse since changing name. Called up 2 hours earlier to arrange, still late come on.

Shocking company. Tried to change a set price quote once customers were in car then forced 2 young women out of car in middle of nowhere for suggesting a quicker route. Do not use. Avoid.
