Went there for a bday party . It’s fun for the kids 12 and under . Not much seating for the parents that wait and aerosports socks are a must . The staff are very friendly and helpful. No outside food allowed but bring a water bottle for the kids. Overall all good time and fairly reasonable in pricing - in comparison to other venues.

kind and brilliant staffed made us feel welcome, dealt with any issues with grace and ease, and provided us an amazing experience. Good place for kids. We visited on a Saturday and it was crowded. The staff is good. Restrooms are ok. The cafeteria/ Snack shack didn't have any fountain soda like coke , sprite as the machine was not working. I felt the Brampton location was better in terms of space.

It's a huge place. I had my son's bday party here and I would say it is and can be a little chaotic.. overall the facility has everything the kids needed to have fun but socks are now not included when it was included when I booked the party package. So be aware.
