I booked a removal,which the man refused to do it on the day as my lift broke the night before,the man that came into my property was rude and point blank refused to do my move! Very unprofessional and left me so upset due to his manner . I also rung the company and spoke to a lady which she wasn't helpful seemed to think her driver done nothing wrong! Still very upset over the stress of it all Really not a good company at all And such a rude and horrible man to come into someone else's property and make them cry due to being so unprofessional The man also didn't even wear a mask when entering my property!!!!!, as to your reply your driver did not wear a mask! And as for being Racist how dare you,that is so far from the truth and if you think by putting that down as your reply to gain some reactions you even more unprofessional then i thought,so i will be taking this matter futher as lieing about something like that isn't something im going to put up with! So i will be looking into matter futher so you will be hearing from the relevant people regarding your untrue comments You and your colleagues are a absolute joke!

I can't recommend this company enough. Absolute heroes. They stepped in to save our house move in a tricky delay situation after our original removal company dumped us. Incredibly responsive, they were there to take over within an hour of being called. When the money finally made it's way through the chain to us, and our keys were released - the next day, at about 4:30pm on a Friday (!) - they were able to start moving us within about half an hour. The stuff that there wasn't time to move that evening, was safe in storage, and delivered on Saturday morning. This was an incredibly stressful time for us, but the Affordable Removal team worked with us to find sensible ways forward, and were absolute rocks throughout. We are now happily settled in our new home, and I have them to thank for it.

Five star service. Affordable removals moved us from South London to Dorset last week. After obtaining a handful of quotes they came out the cheapest.
