Omg my nails are absolutely stunning I am so beyond amazed with them!!! Such a stellar job ******** I originally posted this review last night after my nails were done but now I feel I have to clarify something- I just saw that there was false statement made by someone claiming that the receptionist was rude to her and that they were discriminating against her - I was there last night when that customer came in and was yelling at the receptionist. I give that receptionist props for keeping her cool and being respectful to her. They were all busy and they came up to my friend and profusely apologized but asked if it was ok that they interrupted her manicure to help this very irate customer which my friend had no trouble with. She was causing quite the scene. They accommodated her and she even thanked them and left smiling. So please don’t believe that review as I can assure you it is false. I actually tell all my friends to go to this salon because of the customer service and the amazing job that they always do.

I shared this when I was emailed for feedback and haven't gotten a response: I came with a friend, she had been there before and everything was great for her. It was my first time (and I didn't know what to expect) but everything was good until the end. My person kind of abruptly said 'done' and left quickly. I looked at my friend and she looked quizzical. I asked her if I said anything that could have been taken to be offensive and we couldn't think of anything. On top of that, my legs and feet were covered in lotion - lots. I had to use the used towel to wipe off my feet and legs - and even then in my socks leaving my feet felt wet. When I dried them off I noticed that my nails didn't look great (uneven/choppy), theres 'messy' skin by one of my toes and the dried skin wasn't dealt with well on the underside of my feet. Again - not sure what to expect I asked my friend for her opinion and she said 'not great'. I didn't say anything at the desk because I wanted to process a bit. But at the end - I'm not happy.

I needed my nails done before heading off to an out of province wedding for the weekend. The week got away from me, so I had only an hour before I had to leave for my flight. Joanna literally worked a miracle! She took off my old gel from another salon, shaped my nails and added shellac in only 45 minutes! Thank you so much Joanna for doing an amazing job on my nails, you are an angel in disguise. I love that she was still able to have a pleasant conversation with me even when I could tell she was working fast for my benefit. I really appreciated the service and her willingness to help me get my nails done before my flight. Joanna is the best!

Loved my experience with Marianna. She took her time to prep my nails properly and was meticulous with everything. I had initially chosen one color and after applying the second coat, she felt it did not look good due to the nail polish's texture. After discussing it with me, she found another similar color and it looked much better. I appreciated that she took the extra time to do it right, instead of just trying to finish the job and on to the next customer. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Store is very clean. I dId not feel rushed out after the manicure was completed. Will definitely return..

It was my first time at the Bridgewater location (I normally go to Southglen) and I was really impressed. I love the layout, it was very comfortable (where we sit for pedicures was nice, I liked the bench and pillows, and the chairs for manicures were extremely comfortable), the staff was awesome and extremely friendly and the outcome of my pedicure and gel fill were beautiful. Lots of colour selection, esthetician’s were very knowledgeable and I’m very happy with my overall experience. Definitely coming back to this location!! I normally see Chloe but I loved Bing and Jesse, they both did amazing jobs!

I’m a mom of 6-month-old and I was constantly hoping we can have a spa in our community, so I can squeeze in some time to treat myself on weekends. Lucky for me! I don’t need drive to anywhere else in the city anymore! They meet all my requirements and I had a wonderful experience here! Love their relaxing, cozy vibe. All the staffs are super friendly and professional. They make sure their clients are satisfied with their service and they’re doing their best to keep everyone safe by following all the guidelines during pandemic. Already booked my next appointment with them, definitely recommend!

I generally love going to Ai. Kiranjit and Bing are my favourite employees at this location. Chloe, who I’m reluctant to go to, always makes me feel like I’m a nuisance when I’m choosing a colour and rushes to get her job done in general. Got my nails done for my birthday here and regretted it because the experience is extremely subpar for a 60$ fill. You never wanna feel like you’re being annoying for simply existing as a customer. Definitely going to stay at Southglen from now on, or choose some other artist that doesn’t make you feel bad for simply being there.

I had a great experience here today. After not having a pedicure for a year, my aesthetician did a wonderful job in cleaning up and massaging my feet and legs and applied the polish perfectly. It was clear all of the staff took covid and cleanliness precautions seriously, I noticed a few employees constantly wiping down surfaces, polish bottles, even the shellac nail wheel was wiped, which I can definitely appreciate. Everyone was very friendly and I feel the price I paid reflected the exceptional service I received. Would definitely return!

Best pedicure ever. I had tried to book with white Elm but they cancelled my appt when I said I would be bringing my baby (she is very quiet and was quiet during this procedure). AiNails was very accommodating and allowed me to bring my baby and my sitter. The experience was amazing. Had ingrown nails and badly cracked feet and now my feet look and feel amazing. Will definitely go there again. Absolutely enjoyed my experience. Staff is friendly and the ambiance is so relaxing. Highly recommend to new moms needing a break!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was very kind, courteous and attentive. The salon itself was well appointed and very clean. My husband and I both received spa pedicures but opted for no polish due to wearing boots (I didn’t want my polish to smudge and also like the look of bare nails). The service we received was impeccable and surprisingly fast! I will continue to go back for pedicures in the future and may try some of the other services they offer.

My appointment was with Karanjit. She was absolutely amazing. Such a talented girl with a beautiful smile and welcoming nature. Even though I was in rush, I couldn’t get better service. The overall place is wonderful, clean and organized and you absolutely won’t regret coming here during this covid time. I’m very happy and I would more than happy to come here again and will recommend to everyone I know ❤️❤️

This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Vita was amazing. She was very thorough and took her time. I often find some staff are very rushed and it doesn’t allow the experience to be as great as it can be. 5/5 for Vita. I hope to be able to continue seeing her. She just kept the pedicure going until she was satisfied with her work which was VERY appreciated. Thank you, Vita!

Bing is absolutely amazing! I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and Bing far exceeds any other, I highly recommend. She makes sure every nail is perfect! The salon itself is clean, the staff are diligent at cleaning after every client & Brandy is so welcoming and helpful. The experience is always a 10! So happy to have such a great salon in Bridgwater, thank you Bing!

Nice and clean place to do your nails! They sanitize all the tools very well, each client get a new sanitized pack! A nice lady Bing did my nails, I absolutely love her! Very professional and gentle technique! I got very short and wide nail bed but she trimmed my nail shape perfectly! She is also professional on picking the color for your nails. Highly recommend!!!!

Marianna is amazing, a perfectionist in the best way. I’ve been to her a few times now and will probably continue to book only with her. I go to Marianna for shellac manicures with builder gel and she does a beautiful and meticulous job each time. I would recommend her to anyone looking to book at the Bridgwater location.

Karanjit is the most amazing staff member, I had an amazing pedicure with her. She is professional and does her job very very well. All of our family goes to AI nails only because of her. First time ever going to AiNails and definitely not my last! This has by far been the best mani pedi experience of my life. The environment is relaxing and the staff are amazing! The colour selection is a little overwhelming but if you want something specific they definitely have it!

Marharyta is amazing! The picture doesn’t do these nails justice. She was super nice and very good at what she does. Overall, everyone at the salon was nice and I especially liked how sanitary it was compared to other salons. All new and clean tools, gloves, etc.

Yulia was very sweet and dedicated to her work! She gave me a fabulous spa mani and pedi and I would definitely book with her again in the future. It's a nice atmosphere but the St. Anne's location has much more comfortable seating than the Bridgewater location.

First time here and I took my daughter & her friend for the Princess mani / pedi - full experience of a “ regular” mani - pedi but a bit cheaper! The girls loved it and their nails look great. Will definitely be back with them and for myself !

Only two reasons why I still go to this place is because it’s close to where I live and because of Jules! I have been seeing her for over 1 year now for my eyebrows. But I need to be honest, other staff’s customer service is below the par.

Karanjit did such a wonderful job on my brows, I absolutely love them. She keeps their natural shape but just makes them look so clean and sharp. My nails also look fabulous and I can’t wait to show them off in all of my Christmas photos!!

Wonderful spa mani and pedi! Tons of polish colours to choose from and they still offer regular polish, so I can remove it at home. Very clean salon, and all COVID protocols were followed with frequent surface disinfecting.

I was very pleased with how thorough my technicians were for both manicure and pedicure. My massage portion of the treatments were extremely relaxing. My polish looks top-notch. I would certainly recommend the salon.
