Flight was delayed for bad weather. They transferred us to Delta. They said the bags would be transferred to Delta. When we asked Delta for our bags back, they did not have them, because the attendants at Air Canada lied about having them transferred. They were almost sent to Toronto without us on the original Air Canada flight. The next day they again reschedule us on another plane. The international flight we paid economy plus for downgraded us to regular economy. This is unacceptable and I will be seeking a refund. As a whole, don't do business with air Canada and if you're flying in and out of Nashville, do not use them for sure.
Our luggage never arrived, hours turned into days and no response, paid for checked luggage and none arrived. The absolute worst customer service imaginable. Nobody returns calls, nobody answers calls, constantly disconnected after holding indefinitely. Waiting for supervisor to pickup call then disconnected with no return calls. The worst flight experience EVER cramped seats, terrible check in experience, lost luggage. Will active Air Canada on all future travels whenever possible…will pay more to use another carrier. Utterly disappointing
The last three days, I have been trying to reach air Canada baggage claim service. No one is answering phone calls, no file reference number to check through air Canada baggage claim side. I don’t know what to do. At the airport they made me fill out a missing baggage report form, but they didn’t give me a file reference number to check the status of my claim because of their director wasn’t available that time. The worse company ever seen.
Lost luggage in Montreal and they told us to fill out a form at BNA when we landed. After 30 mins I finally found a representative. She had me fill out a xeroxed piece of hand written paper as the form. She promised to email the reference number later... 2 days and no email. I've called and no one is available. Driving back to BNA today to do this again. Worst customer service.

If you need anything more then punching in your reservation number,forget it. Won't bore you with our personal experience details, but please do yourself a favor and avoid this unbelievably amateurish operation.
I left passport on the aircraft by accident and trying to get help to locate it was impossible. No AC personnel anywhere and generally people at the airport where indifferent and very busy socializing. I even asked a TSA agent in desperation and he was indifferent too. Awful, awful service in Nashville and airport in general. I am very happy I don't live here.
Our flight was cancelled. Air Canada provided us with no e-mail or telephone call to inform us of this change. When we tried to talk to someone from Air Canada, no one was available to assist us. It's pretty unnerving having your air line ditch you like this. I used to think this wasn't possible for Air Canada. Completely unacceptable.
Pire service à la clientèle que j’ai vécu de ma vie !!!! Mon sac de golf ne s’est jamais rendu à destination. 3 jours de passes sans nouvelle. J’ai perdu espoir de revoir mes bâtons….. si vous allez à Nashville un jour assurez-vous de ne jamais faire affaires avec Air Canada !!!
Every review is one star that should tell you something. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. 48 hours and no updates on my bag. I don’t know what to do. Employees are no help. There was no one at the desk when I landed in Nashville.
Would give negative 1 out of 5 if possible. Lost our luggage, both ways. Uncounted delays. No staff at terminals until 2 hours before flights when something does go wrong.
International flight from Houston to Vancouver which is almost 5 hours…. No meal offered but you can spend a load on a “bistro” meal. What a rip off airline.
It has been 5 days and my bags have not arrived yet to Nashville. No one is answering phone calls. No customer services available to help locating my bags.
It is impossible to get a human service representative on the phone and the check in desk staff are completely helpless. Choose another airline.
