I had a very disappointing night tonight thanks to KLM Dutch Airlines in Accra. Because of poor weather in Kumasi all the connecting flights were delayed by several hours. As a result I missed my flight of which I was pretty understanding. I arrived to the airport check in desk at 9:30 PM for a 10 PM flight. The check in was, understandably, closed. But then I expected to be able to re-book at the KLM travel and ticket desk and the staff were very rude and refused to help me re-book my ticket stating they were going home even though they helped the two people in front of me in line re-book theirs. Staff literally just walked away from me and other waiting customers (there were several who had missed the connection). This is not the level of customer service I would expect from an international airline.
I was traveling with my 4 and a 1year old there. We have five check baggage amongst us. I decided to take the bags first to go and check-in so that I will come back for the kids. I went very early there was a queue, so I waited till it was my turn. To my surprise, they will not check the bags in because they needed to see all passengers traveling. I explained why this happened the way it did, and no one there will help, so I called for the kids to be brought, and just before they could get there, the manager closed the check-in counter and moved all the staff. This was at 10:40 am for a flight leaving at noon. They ended up canceling our ticket we have been waiting forever to get. My kids haven't seen their mother in 4 months. How can they be so wicked?
We went there this afternoon in order to register and book for our dog that we would like to bring back to France. We were attended by a staff person that was not willing to help. We drove to the agency hoping to : 1. Book for the pet 2. Give dimensions and weight of the box and pet 3. Pay if possible 4. Get requirements to travel with a pet We left the agency with nothing of above. Only an instruction saying we should go to terminal 3 because they close at 8pm. End of story : we went to terminal 3, to be told that they were able to take care of us only if it's the same day as we are travelling. We lost 3 hours of our time. Thanks guys
This office customer service is extremely poor.My flight schedule form Accra -Barcelona from 10:10 pm to 12:40am only for me to arrive two hours before departure and told check in was closed. I went to report to KLM Accra office only for them to ask for extra payment for rebooking and that they couldnt do anything about. It took the office in Barcelona to get my issue resolved. I wouldn' t even give 1 star.
Just went there and the agents gave me wrong information about rebooking my ticket and urged me to cancel it. The office in South Africa confirmed my ticket is still valid and I'm able to rebook. I wonder how many poeple were told to cancel valid tickets because Agent L. doesn't know airfrance's regulations on rebooking tickets during the pandemic.
Please coordinate better between your operations and Zenith Bank. A customer can't drive all the way to your office to get information and be told that the bank will tell you everything and all you need is PR number. Only to get to the bank and be asked questions like exchange rate and ticket details. Ridiculous.
Located at the Kotoka International Airport, adjacen the airport post office, this building houses the KLM office. My only problem is that the car park is quite small and the building news a facelift. This office building is also close to the Ghana Civil Aviation Training Academy (GATA).
Official office of the Royal Dutch Airlines and Air France located within the airport. Have very little parking space, so if driving there kindly look out for alternative parking. Security can be rice sometimes but if you are clear about your activity they can be often helpful.
This is one of the Air France KLM offices at the KIA in Accra. Is one of the best. They have a nice place to wait before it gets to your turn. Have good customer service. If you want to book your flight or pay or even change dates, you can come over to do so.
If you don't pay Cash they Will change you more. They explained that they need To change the fee To US dollars( we paid with ghanaian bank card) and had To pay 1000cedis more than the Original fee was( from 5600ghs To 6600cgs) And when they

Was trying to get a refund for a trip canceled before the travel date. Agent refused to give any reasonable directions, instead gave wrong instructions hoping to discourage the refund process. The agent was very rude too.
I was supposed to get there at 10am, I got there at 9:38, waited till 10:20 and the person I am supposed to meet isn't even at the office yet. I am thinking of leaving cos I need to go to work. This is so inconvenient
My favorite airline. They invest considerably into technology and customer experience and it shows. Downside is this office doesn’t open on weekends. Then again, that’s why they invested into online and mobile apps...

Easy to find. It is located in a well developed and mapped area. It is located on the premises of the Kotoka International Airport. The streets are tarred and they also have a parking lot for their customers
I simply had to change my name on my ticket to correspond with that in my passport, and the entire team could not help. I had to call your office in America to get it resolved. Unbelievable! Disappointing!
We had to wait outside in the heat (35oC) for 3 ( three hours)before we could actually go inside the office!!! It is impossible to call the KLM office in Accra to rebook etc ..it is really a NIGHTMARE
When there are more than 3 people in line please add more ticketing agents. Wait time is ridiculous . Customers have options with the competition and are willing to pay more for better service.
Takes too long waiting in queues to get served here at the ticketing desks. If you can do it online please don't waste time going there. Agent was very nice and helpful once it got to my turn.

Location of this office is far away from the terminal 3 and 2 and you have to walk outside to make changes in your ticket. New office in terminal 3 is always closed.
Very professional and friendly staff...but the prices for our extralugage are still expensive. Anyway there is not other way to send stuff to our country. Thanks
