Terrible company, terrible customer service. I prepaid for the month online and still got false parking violations for “no payment” I contacted them in several ways to resolve the issue because they take forever to respond. And it didn’t even matter in the end because my vehicle was still towed away. Do not park here.
Don't think I've posted a review for a parking service before. But I've had multiple reservations with AirGarage and they've been great. Really responsive and easy to coordinate long term parking as well. Thanks guys, appreciated
