THIS IS THE SAME AS STEALING The car is reliable, the crew seems to be on top of things, but we truly know the integrity of a company when they have to deal with customer service experience. After they dropped me off on the airport, I noticed I forgot a very nice and expensive winter jacket in their car. Yes, I agree that it was very nice of them to take me back to airport, however; my point here is the integrity of the business. A trustworthy business have an extraordinary customer service, they know how speak with clients in a passive not aggressive manners, and they value their customers. I am beyond speechless with the fact that I called them to notify regarding my jacket, I told them that I was going to send a paid package for them to send it back to me, they never mentioned about the company’s policy regarding not keeping customers lost and found items, and when I finally took a day off to go to the post office to send the paid mail, someone who addressed as “the manager” said that they don’t have any jacket there. With this type of mentality and behavior, I can already assure that this company is. It a trustworthy company. The manager was beyond rude on the phone with me, and demonstrate a huge lack of respect. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Next time, I’d rather pay more BUT KNOW IF A SITUATION LIKE THAT HAPPENS, I WILL HAVE BACK WHAT BELONGS TO ME. That is the jacket on the picture!

A terrible experience with Airport Rent-A-Car, and would strongly advise anyone against using them. Our connection to them came a consequence of Nu Car Rentals not accepting a UAE driving licence for our pre booked vehicle. The agent at Nu Car Rentals who refused our booking called a guy at Airport Rent-A-Car, who came to collect us and took us to his small lot containing a few cars. We expected to be offered a Dodge Charger, but they only had Toyota Corolla and Camry cars. These cars were not to our liking, and were significantly higher in price than the Nu Car Rental models. When we advised the gentleman at Airport Rent-Car that we didn’t want to go ahead with the rental of his car, he immediately became extremely rude. He asked us to leave his office, locked the door and climbed into his car. We asked if he could return us to the point where he picked us up. He said we had wasted his time and would not assist us further. When I said I would write a review about his negative behaviour, he said I had no right as I was not a customer. He then drove away and we were left to fend for ourselves on the street. Both Nu Car Rentals and Airport Rent-A-Car were off site and away from the main airport car rental centre. I would advise anyone looking for car rental to stick with the reputable companies within the airport rental car centre.

I got to Phoenix and realized I needed a rental car, and this was in March mind you, amd all of the major players wanted in excess of $200 a day! Yikes! I called them and they had a car for me at a fraction of the price. The car suited my needs. This is a family owned operation, and I would rather the money I spend stay local, so I was happy to stumble on them! The car that best suited my needs was just returned and not cleaned yet. This didn't matter yo me one bit amd I had disinfecting wipes, so it's the one I went with. The cars aren't pristine, but they aren't bad, either. They look like normal cars, which I prefer. I don't like being marked as an out-of-towner; people may break in hoping luggage is in the trunk. From start to finish, the service was great. I got stuck in traffic and was worried about not getting through TSA in time, they got me yo the airport with a quickness! They will even pick you up and drop you off as a regular part of the customer experience! Seriously, don't let the exterior of the building fool you. If you are a practical person and need a car, look no farther!

Our dream trip to Sedona started off a bit rocky, we showed up to our previously booked Turo we were surprised to find it had no insurance or license plates. We started calling car rental agencies, no one was open but the fine folks at Airport Rent-A-Car. Stranded in a parkade were prepared to either spend the night in Phoenix or pay an arm and a leg and just take what we could get. Not the case! Arion immediately put us at ease, picking us up within 10 minutes. He quickly hooked us up with a great car right in our budget, gave us some great travel tips and sent us on our way! Returning the car was also a breeze, Jesse was super quick and efficient, check out was easy, he took us right to our gate, helped us with our luggage. This is a great family biz, with super reliable and happy employees who genuinely care, on top of being open late with great selection and prices — we would 100% recommend this company and will happily be a return customer!

We showed up to the airport to find issues with the company we had originally reserved with. While hopping from counter to counter to find another car, one of the reps said they knew an off site company that had cars available for less than what I’d find at the airport on the day-of. We felt a bit uneasy about getting into a car with a random guy to pickup a supposed rental, but we did it anyway and it was a great experience. The rental was a little more costly than my original reservation or what you could get if you pre reserved with one of the bigger companies, but we were just thankful they saved our butts in our predicament! The car was new and in great condition, we had zero issues with the pickup and drop off process. And they shuttled us to and from the airport! We will definitely contact them in the future for a car when we visit.

This place is a joke. I was unable to rent from your traditional rental car places because all I had was a bluebird pre paid card. So I was directed to this place by a cou get worker at another agency. I go there they wanted to charge me $300.00 for the rental of a six year old Toyota 4runner for two days and limited to 150 miles a day. Then they wanted an additional $200.00 deposit as well. I needed the car so I was willing to put the money out for it to the tune of $539.00 he then wanted to see m y Insurance card and then.proof of income. .... What difference does it make if I'm a banker or a drug dealer, I've paid the mo in ey for the re in tal a bad the $200.00 deposit. He didn't.need to copy it he stated it was his company policy he had to only see those two items. I reversed the sale and left. Do t waste your time with these clowns.

Pretty standard airport Avis. In and out quickly if you're preferred. The exchange lot is a bit of hit or miss in terms of options. This is Arizona so even if you book a compact or intermediate car you will end up with a pickup or SUV or even bigger. Google maps sometimes will route you somewhere else before the airport if you search for "airport rental" or "airport car rental" because there is actually an old rental place called airport car rental. When returning it's better to just plugin a search for phx airport and watch road signs to "Rental Returns". From return lot there is a long escalator ride up to the ground floor where the shuttles are. Same ones used that you took to get to the rental pickups.

1st off I would like to say that they saved our vacation.. We booked through a 3rd party site pre-paid for a car that we couldn't even get out of the parking lot at the airport rental place over the fact we couldnt use our debit had to be credit card for the hold. They came to our rescue.. Gave us a ride. Gave us a car at a great price.. Drop off was easy. And they are extremely easy to work with and dare I say were our angels in the beginning of our vacation..(seriously my 2yo had it after 6 hrs of flight time and over 2 hrs at the car rental place at the airport) Thanks for all the work you do and we will be using you anytime we go to Phoenix.

Don’t trust this company. Called and reserved last car in PHX. Angel said he had a great car for us and in fact would pick us up at airport. I felt so relieved coming down from WA, knowing I had tried to no avail to rent a car. When we arrived, I called expecting to get picked up. He had rented it to someone else! We were stuck at airport. Finally had to take 100 taxi and then 60 bucks this am to get to rental agency!!! Then we have to do it all over again to get back. Again, Angel is super nice but DO NOT TRUST him!!!

Car should be taken to the junk yard. Check engine light was on, alignment was needed, dented & banged up inside & out. rusted hood, torn dirty seats, infotainment screen broken and when we did get it to function the speakers were blown. Trunk looked like a wild animal was stored there. Ripped to shreds. If I wasn't in a last minute jam & needed transportation to attend a funeral I would have gone elsewhere. Make sure your tetanus is up to date before renting from here!!

They are very professional and really nice guys. Family owned business, and it shows. Whenever I had to call them, the phone rang twice and I got to speak to one of them, instead of spending 30 min going through automated prompts. They pick you up from the airport, and will bring you back to the airport free of charge. Their rates are great! Saved me $200. Angel is the man and made it the easiest and best car rental experience

Was sent here by Nation car rental the Airport in phoenix AZ because they were out of vehicles Had some problems with a couple of vehicles finally got everything solved there and had a ok vehicle . The seats were soaking wet the whole time I had the car when it came time to pay for the time I used the vehicle was charged way over price and had to cancel payment with bank. Worst junk yard og a car lot ever!!!

I was flying in from Chicago, I just had surgery on my knee so Im on crutches. Air ports are the last place you wanna be! Anyways, the guys here we’re waiting when I walked out of the terminal. They catered to my every need and we’re very patient. Great customer service. The car I rented was a Toyota Camry and it was In Excellent shape. Great prices . I highly recommend

I would not recommend this place to anyone. All the employees do not communicate or not following their policies. I will never do business with them. The guy that works there, had me sitting outside in the heat for 10 minutes..the gate was not open. They opened at 8am..I was there a little after 8am. Just terrible business! I would give me a zero star if I could.

Originally had a car reserved at the airport. They told us it would be a 4+ hour wait for a car. Luckily I found this place and it was fantastic. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. They got us in and out in 10 minutes with a new car. We will never rent from any other car agency when we're in Phoenix. Thanks Anthony...

Very unprofessional people, Everything seems shady in the beginning and I had troubles with my deposit everything seemed shady and I had troubles with getting my money back for the deposit. Will never go there again terrible business!!!! I had to call the cops an threaten to sue them just to get my money lol scam artists

My friends and I arrived at 10PM at the airport to discover that the rental company we’d booked with months prior had no vehicles and 35 people ahead of us waiting for a car. These guys were able to get us in a vehicle that night and were incredibly nice and helpful. They literally saved our trip.

Ryan was the man! He was professional and polite ! Family owned business and the cars were dependable..he was extremely kind and this business should be used instead of the big companies. Phoenix airport had no rental cars and this company is a 5 minute drive!! Keep up the great work!!

They are doing some construction work when I am writing this review. So it is not so easy to get in and out but it is very easy and quick to get your car and go. And return was very fast and easy for an extremely large garage. I was impressed by there service.

Angel saved our vacation. Fox rental did us wrong and denied our pre paid car with no options. Everything at the airport was sold out and a vendor called here. He came and picked us up, and dropped us back off when it was time to return. Highly recommended.

After issues using a national chain to rent a car we we're referred to this place. The neighborhood is sketchy but they are really easy to work with and a little cheaper because you aren't paying airport tax.

I did everything online. Once at the airport, just checked in, got the keys and we're off. Drop of extremely simple. Pull in, someone asks if anything is wrong with the car, hand the keys over. Done!
