Update: the business owner responded noting the time it takes within the airport to reach the office. It may be true if you’re traveling solo but with kids and luggage and following instructions sent can take time and that’s what Google will not tell you. Furthermore, we showed up late, yes, but I provided my flight details to you ahead of time which was most likely not checked. Word of caution, dial down your expectations! I booked this thinking it was going to be a private shuttle as their website also implies it as “Rome Private Transfer”. This was completely misleading and false advertising on their part. You share a big van that fits 10-12 people and the van is nothing fancy either. It does get you from point A to B if that’s all you’re looking for. However, keep in mind that it takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes to walk to the train station where this office is (it’s hard to find though they send you instructions a day before) and then once you reach to the office, you ask for the shuttle and they call in the driver which takes another 20-25 minutes, ouch! Also, their “exclusive waiting room” is nothing fancy either. Also, I saw that the driver did not even offer to assist other folks with their baggage until I brought it up when it was my turn. I’d definitely not recommend this to anyone going to Rome.

We used this firm for a shuttle from a Rome Hotel to Fiomicino airport. They have a request page on their website which we used, but we also phoned the next morning because we were booking them on less than 1 day's notice... the person on the phone was very helpful, acknowledged our email, and readily confirmed the booking. They followed up with a confirmation email. The shuttle was early to pick us up, and because they did not have any other clients at that same time (we flew out Saturday mid morning), the shutle driver drove us DIRECTLY to the airport. He was friendly and professional. Rate was 30 Euros for 2 people, quite a bit less than the 50 euros quoted by other agencies (and still less than the 48 euro Rome taxi rate). Summary: Customer service above what you normally find in Italy, and of a level that would be readily appreciated by north american visitors.

If you want to arrive on time do not use this company! I went in to their offices to personally book, just to make sure - as there are several airports in Rome, I wanted to be certain that my shuttle would take me to Ciampino (CIA) not Fiumicino (FCO ). When the shuttle arrived, I double checked by asking the driver - he said no this shuttle only goes to FCO - I spoke to the company on the phone and they said they told me it was FCO - which is not true, because I wanted to make sure before I booked. So they left me on the side of the road and returned my money - do not trust these guys if you want to get to the airport on time - They are not careful, and they don't listen!

We had a great experience with Airport Shuttle Express. Their service ended up being about €10 cheaper than a round trip cab, and we'd had some long cab waits so were concerned about getting one on our departure day. We had a reservation and waited maybe 10 minutes on our arrival day before heading toward our hotel with a full shuttle. Our driver on our departure day was at least 5 mins early and we ended up being his only passengers. Staff spoke English so it was easy for us to communicate, and their location right in the airport train station was easy to find.

Went there for Global Entry interview. Convenient and clean. Restrooms. No vending or food. For our interview we could park adjacent to the entrance. Not sure you could park there for cruise other than if you are dropping someone off.

This is the worst idea ever. They don’t tell you that you take the transport with other people, and you have to wait your turn to be dropped off. Just take the train it will be faster.

The bus is not overcrowded and leaves on time. Cheaper than taking the train and takes less time, unless you take a direct train which is very expensive.

Arrived 10 minutes early, very convenient. The price is cheaper compared to taxi but the service we received was similar and even better!
