I had booked a private transfer in advance to avoid any kind of stressful situation with public taxis at the airport. Unfortunately it was even worst. I reached the meeting point at Istanbul Airport at 11:06 AM. I was with my wife and 3 young kids, including a 6 months old baby. At 11:07 I sent a Whatsapp message to the local representative, and two minutes later the person arrived. The person was rude, impolite and almost agressive toward me. He was eating and smoking whilst I was speaking with him, he said that I had to wait. When I mentioned about my kids, he replied that I had to wait. I was in a foreign country, he looked very aggressive and there was very little I could do. We had to wait for over 25 minutes to go to the parking where the car had just arrived. We left the airport at 11:37, after more than 30 minutes waiting. The service received was far below expectations and clearly not acceptable. When I returned home and wrote to Airport Taxi Transfer, I was forwarded a reply from their local partner saying that I had waited maximum 15 minutes. All my statements are fully documented, this is the picture of the local representative. If you are flying to Istanbul I strongly advise to avoid using this company. Overall I was very upset with Airport Taxi Transfer because I didn’t receive what I paid for and did’t receive any kind of assistance when I mentioned my very stressful experience. Not recommend at all.

Excellent service. Our driver was waiting for us in arrivals. We got to our destination in a very efficient, comfortable, spotlessly clean car. On departure we were kept up to date with our pick-up details. Our accommodation was on a main street in Alicante City, our departure day was New Year's Day. Outside of our hotel there was a street party for locals, visitors etc to ring in the New Year. The street was closed off to all traffic. On New Years day the street was still closed off, therefore our driver was unable to access the pick-up at our hotel. He advised us to wait outside the hotel and assured us he would pick us up as booked. The driver went out of his way and walked to meet us and take us back to where he was able to park his taxi. An absolute gentleman, warm, welcoming and pleasant. All in all I would and will highly recommend this taxi company. Excellent service, excellent value. Thank you!

Absolutely disappointing experience. Our flight arrived 16 minutes late and we took a little while to clear customs when landing in Tokyo. When we cleared customs there was nobody waiting for us. We had no communication from the service. We called the emergency line and twice were told they would call us back but never did. Ended up catching a very expensive taxi. We complained and were told it was our fault for taking too long to come through customs. The evidence provided showed the driver tried calling us 3 times before we had even landed. Absolute waste of money and the communication on the night was hopeless. Atleast their complaints team were responsive but otherwise an absolute shambles on the night. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent service! Very efficient. Ample space in the vehicle provided and really clean too. Our Italian driver showed the right mix of professionalism and friendliness. Would definitely recommend to others. Seeing quite a substantial amount of negative reviews across various destinations, I think it would be suitable to explain my recommendation. The taxi service was booked for use in Italy. Our flight was delayed by an hour. I called the company to inform them. They advised our driver, and we found him at arrivals waiting for us whilst having been notified of our delay. Our experience seems to have been quite the opposite of what some others are reporting. I hope this company can offer our same positive experience to others.

The overall experience was excellent. The drivers were on time, courteous and great to talk to. The cars have excellent also, clean and in good running condition. No worries. Their reservation website needs work. There were two things that I had problems with, first do not book if your pickup is less then 48 hours away. The Web site defaults to a date 48 hours away even if you entered it under the 48 hours and changes it in the confirmation with out telling you. Also if you need to change your reservation their customer support needs work. I needed to change my pickup time and it took a lot time, many conversations on Whatsapp. Once they changed it I did not get any confirmation of the change.

We used Airport Taxi Transfers, to make it easy for my wife and I to get out of the airport and go straight away to the hotel. Our plane was slightly delayed up to almost an hour and our driver was waiting patiently which was a relief. Our driver: Reddy was very helpful, took us to a supermarket on the way to get some bottled water and supplies before we arrived to the hotel, no charge. My wife even accidentally left her mobile phone with cash and cards in the car and before he left, he came to us at reception to let us know the phone was in left in the car, we were extremely grateful and pleased with his honesty and service. Will definitely use them again!!

We booked our ride from Valparaiso port to Santiago Hotel. We disembarked an hour before our scheduled pickup and the driver came early after we contacted him. We were also impressed with the booking process. The customer service called me immediately after we booked online to confirm the date and time . They made sure that they could contact us with whatsapp. They sent a reminder 2 days before the ride. They also whatsapp us 2 hours before pickup time to give us the driver’s name and phone number. We feel like we are well taken care of at all times. Thank you for the great service.

My experience with Airports Taxi Transfers was excellent. Starting with the booking which was extremely easy, the steps and the process were simple, when we arrived, although our plane was delayed and the immigration check took long time the driver showed understanding and he waited for us at the exact place that was mentioned in the confirmation Email with a clear sign showing my name. The driver was very welcoming and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. The whole experience was more than satisfying especially after a long day of traveling. Easy 5 stars.

On January 1, we booked a service from a remote location on the coast 2.5 hours south of Manila airport to Manila airport. 20 hours before departure. Despite holiday mood across the country the booking was promptly confirmed through email, the driver arrived in time. Pleasant driver with safe driving style, proper car, altogether a good experience. Only small wish is to send the the driver and car details a bit earlier (mine was 1 hour before pick up, through WhatsApp). Other than this, perfect.

Great ride, very punctual super relaxed journey to the airport . I booked the transfer 4:20 am and the driver arrived just on time , polite and responsible driver. I will recommend it if you want to book in advance and have a hassle free journey. the only criticism is that I would have like to receive a message from the driver 30 minutes before arrival just to know that all was going to be as planned, to avoid the stress of uncertainty with my early morning flight and travelling with children.

I booked a different flight home last minute and had to arrange a transfer within the hour. The local taxi companies were charging quite a bit more and I found this company online. I filled in a quick form and within just a few minutes, I had confirmation my transfer was booked. I received a text 20 minutes before pick up from the driver and he arrived just a few minutes after the pick up time. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the drive was smooth. Very helpful process. The booking was super easy and the driver arrived in time. Only feedback, the car was parked further away from the pick up point so we were left on the side of the road for 10 min with bags so the driver could get the car. Not sure it’s the booking service that are at fault of the airport at Delhi is chaotic!! Car was clean and the driver was very helpful. The best transfer I have ever used. I made a mistake by missing one digit off my flight number when I made the booking. The company messaged me ten minutes after I had made the booking as they realised the flight number did not match where I was going and had it fixed in another 10 minutes. You are giving the phone number of your driver so if you have any issues finding them you can ring them. All the drivers were really friendly and were on time. Overall a great service.

Great service and very cheap in comparison to alternatives. I personally needed to ring the emergency contact as one of our flights had been cancelled so had to rearrange the pick-up time at Faro airport in Portugal. This was just not a problem for them and taxi was rescheduled. Both drivers each way were on time and very good drivers. The vehicles were clean and in good condition. Overall, can't recommend them enough, great service thank you.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I prepaid for a london airport transfer, no car came at the allocated time and I was told the car had broken down on the way, which was clearly a lie given they did not contact me to tell me the car was late. On top of this all my refund was not processed… Please avoid at all costs. Happy to be contacted for further details but would recommend a more reputable car service provider, these guys are not legit.

We had an excellent service. We were kept up to date with details prior to our departure which was reassuring as we have not used this service before. Our hotel pick up driver was late because a previous passengers flight was late in so he informed the hotel who kindly reassured us of the delay. The price of the transfers was very competitive, overall we were very pleased with the service and will be using them again in the future.

Good communication for the transfers and the drivers were really friendly however they were late picking us up for the return transfer, as they didn't anticipate the traffic in New York despite me informing them earlier in the day that the traffic was bad. We had little time to make our flight at JFK however if that can be improved at this busy time of year then it's a good service with great communication.

Everything was perfect. It was easy to locate the driver at the airport (even though McDonald’s has turned into Burger King) and the driver that took us from our hotel to the airport also arrived on time and drove us there with safety. The only thing: it was 8 in the morning, we had just woken up and his music selection (metal music) was a little too much.
