AWFUL service, AWFUL food, and a RIP OFF; the guy overcharged 4$ and since I paid with a card and was on holiday, I couldn't get a refund. No wonder why the place is empty. The whole experience was AWFUL. NEVER go there unless you wanna be ripped off and have bad food. If there were no stars at all, this is what this place would get.

Monday 16 Aug 2021. Very bad service. Very unwelcoming and rude staff. Food was good though (we ordered kafta and shawarma pitas). But ordering food was not a pleasant experience. My 6 years old daughter went inside for a fork and the staff didn’t even bother to look at her.I find that just rude! Will not come again.

Friendly staff but only ok food. We didn't check reviews first and I wish we had. Dropped a star because they microwaved the potatoes and rice. The floor near the bathroom was so greasy it make it dangerous to walk back to my table. However the meat is cooked right in front of you straight from the fridge.

  • David Waltzer

it was average at best. Some of the salads were not fresh. We ordered two kebabs for take out . They didnt put them in our bag. We didnt bother to go back for the kebabs because the quality of the rest of the food was so mediocre. We prefer the other place down the road.

These people are a disgrace to shawarma and middle eastern food. If you want to eat 5 days old food … and plastic beef, only then it’s the place for you. I wish I could rank this place in the negative - best thing about this place was a semi cold bottle of sprite

  • Miroslav Karakolev

Foos was good, but done in a very slow pace. Second order of same food was made different. Chef was not working clean, no gloves, touching food with bare hands and operating money and cash, no masks during covid19, no disinfectant for him too.

  • Mar Montero

It’s an ok place to grab a bite if you have no other choice. The food was not bad, but I don’t think it’s fresh. The rice and potatoes were microwaved, the shawarma meat seems like it was prepared days before and kept refrigerated. There is

I just bought two shawarmas and the person handing the food was also handling the register. I’m revolted! He was wearing gloves however the gloves were not serving a purpose as he was handling money and food at the same time! I was not able

Stay away from this place!! The restaurant is unhygienic and the food is terrible. The server made the food in front of us..cold food that had been sitting there for don’t know how long and microwaved it in front of us, but it was too late

  • Philippe Rambour

Sorry to give a bad review....it's rather a "wake up" message for the owner. You are well located, you can do something fabulous. Revamp the place, clean and put a good oriental smell in the air. For the food, you can do better, I'm sure..

My partner had been here a few years ago and said it was great. Went there today excited for a good authentic Lebanese meal, but we were really disappointed when they took the meat out of the fridge and then proceeded to microwave that and

  • Sam Azhar

Their shawerma is actually not bad at all especially considering the really bad reviews on here. The place is a bit run down but the shawerma was really good - not loaded nor dripping of sauces! The real kicker was the pickled cabbage and

I wish I read the reviews before deciding on this place while walking by. Its location is in an excellent area on a lively street full of restaurants and patios, but the experience here was sad and disappointing, and that comes as someone

  • Fahad Tariq

Would give no stars if I could. First and only visit. The food was stale and had a weird smell to it. It definitely wasn't fresh. Chicken came from lunch boxes stored in the cooler probably heated 4 times already. Also found a hair in one

With the falafel plate reheated in microwave, the falafel must has been really old because it was as dry as the Atacama desert, not even old hummus or garlic sauce could save it. Possible day-old potatoes were as sad as your down on your

Very unhygienic, i ordered a shawarma wrap , the person put it on a wooden edge which was dirty he then had shredded cold chicken in a plastic box which was not fresh, the persons hand was very dirty can see dirt on his fingers , i also

I was desperate for a quick late dinner - but I should have known to never eat at an empty lebanese place. Meat in tupperware microwaved onto a questionably fresh pita. Some coleslaw on it and called it a shawarma. Give me a break. Trio

I’ve never entered a restaurant without reading reviews, but my hunger got the best of me, and God, do I wish it hadn’t. The meat was terribly sour and gross, the rice was greasy, the only edible parts of my plate were the raw carrots,

  • Tarik M

Food quality ok but portion is small compare to the price. If you want something quick and relatively cheap comparing to the other places in area then you can try this place. Another reason for me to choose as this serves halal food.

  • Alex Shipaluk

This place is so bad that my wife and I have a running gag where we say "Al Wadi!" to each other when we see a terrible restaurant to this day. They microwave their food and there were flies on a ton of ingredients when I entered.

  • KP H

The food is tasteless amd stale. It is warmed up in the microwave and seems like it was cooked days earlier. I hate writing a bad review but to the owner get a real cook and serve fresh food or you'll go out of business

Delicious food at a great place! We arrived in Quebec city at night, and many restaurants were already closed by 9pm. This was open and had great food! And the people working here are also very nice - which is a plus!

  • NF

Paid $7 for a shish taouk wrap which had 4 small pieces of chicken. The pita was stale and overall food had no flavour. Have had way better Mediterranean food. Below average food for how much you’re charged.

  • Mob A

Never had Lebanese food before. The falafel was really good, along with the presentation. So were the potatoes with garlic sauce and the baklava too. Staff was very pleasant. Would go again for sure.

  • Reneta Bitar

Do not order from this place. They did not get any food item right. The food was old and stale. All of it. The hummus was unrecognizable. The delivery guy was great. This has nothing to do with him.

  • Mohammad Siddiqi (Farman)

Worst Experience! The food was terrible! Restaurant was nasty and there were flies all over the place. I don’t know how this restaurant is running with such a horrible service and food. More

  • Fahd El Hassan

Great food. Pretty tasty. The place is not very neat. It needs some work. Very friendly staff and were happy to comply with our custom requests. I recommend for a quick and good meal. More

  • Savannah Jackson

Such delicious food! We come every year, at least once a day when we visit for FEQ. Generous portions, and the people are so kind! Absolutely the best place for food in Quebec City! More

  • Will

If you like microwaved potatoes of unknown age, microwaved rice, and raw carrots, with falafels that would drain the St Laurence for being so dry, this is the place for you.

  • Jesse Jaeger

looking for a quick bite, large variety, made fresh, popular with locals, shawarma, and if you're not into hummus (like me), a sausage wrap w/ delish sauce (tzatziki?)

  • amay kumar

The restaurant was very dim and dingy. The food was not fresh and was poor quality. The falafel wrap ordered was raw so we had to throw it. Would not recommend

  • Amirabbas Alavi

Delicious shawarma and nice customer service although he wasn't able to speak English which is weird in Quebec city with so many tourists...not very clean

  • sanjana sarna

The place is not neat. The food was okayish and not fresh because the fried potatoes had a weird and stale smell. Would skip it if I was not too hungry !

  • Bhanu Ahuja

Dont go ever. Because RACISM. Denied food said we are closed because apparently we werent ‘french’ enough for them to be open for us!! BOOYAAAA More

  • Mohamed Boudouar

I would give a zero if google allowed it. We had to wait for a long to get microwaved food. the staff is rude and the food quality if disgusting.

  • Alex Furman

Walked in for a take out. Expected fresh food. The guy took kebabs out of the fridge and reheated them on the grill. Very sub par for the money.

  • P L

We got food poisoning. Only thing we ate/drank in +7h. Very old product… cheep but not worth the stomach trouble. No wonder there’s no line up….

  • Nas S

$13 a plate for microwaved food!? Hello no, wish I can give zero. Owners should Come to Toronto and see how this food should be made.

  • Fabrizio Meli

Food is very basic. However the problem was the check was grossly wrong and the owner played dumb for a while before fixing it. More

  • Marina Rudenko

The food didn't taste fresh, even though we came in when the restaurant was supposed to open for the day. Staff didn't wear masks.

  • Hilal Pilavci

Always open when I'm craving a shawarma. The food is great and fresh even during a pandemic. Hope you stay open for a long time!

  • Paul Nicholson

Great lunch time quick Mediterranean eats option- also seemed a popular lunch time spot for local office workers. More

  • Amin Sheini

Horrific system to take your order. Confusing and stressful just to get a below average meal .

Not sure how this can be called a gyro wrap. $46 for empty wraps? Don't waste your time.
