"We've been to our share of play places"
"The place is good and big, kids like it a lot, however if it's broken, it'll never get fixed, there are 4 air canons that throw foamy balls, the kids name the place after them, it's their landmark there and the whole reason why they like to go there in the first place, unfortunately 3 of those canons are broken, they started failing one by one over 18 months or so, last time we were there in Jan, the same 3 canons were also broken! My kids get so disappointed every time because of that"
"Has so much potential! Great variety of different play areas for various ages and interests"
"Waste of money! You think your buying membership there? No, you are buying piece of paper for $85!! I brought my son to play one night at the Amazing Adventures and we lost his 10 playtime pass right there at the playcentre (I think we left it at the check-in desk)"
I took my 2 year old granddaughter here and was pretty disappointed. I understand that there has to be a fee but you should be able to buy a half day, as we only had about an hour to spend there and paid almost $15.00 Some simple suggestions to improve would be 1. play some kids music 2. clean everything 3. repair or replace 4. add some accessories to the play areas 5. have a staff member to maintain and direct 6. add a couple of riding toys/push toys/building blocks. Wouldn't take much to improve things. Not only was the price too high, other then one or two slides, there was really not much for her to do. How anyone could spend a few hours is beyond me. There were many games that she wanted to try but all took tokens and I wasn't really okay with spending even more money for something that should have been included. The foam ball area was horrible with taped up hoses everywhere and nothing to tell you what to do or how to work things. The other ball dump area, again was filled with broken, dirty balls that I had no idea how to get the balls into the basket. If you're not going to have staff to help, at least post a simple sign. The plastic play house, kitchen and pieces of a broken desk had no toys to go with them. they were just empty shells. Very sad and pathetic play land. The plastic tower for climbing was dirty and there were many tears in the vinyl, so many that my granddaughter kept saying "it's broken" and wouldn't climb on it. If you're going to charge top dollar, get some decent equipment and replace what is broken. The staff spent the entire time on her phone and should have been cleaning! I will never go back here.
We've been to our share of play places.... cost not the greatest but then again is average. No incentive for large families as there's no discount for siblings. Gave 2 star cause my kids did have lots of fun.... my concerns were after paying $30 for a 1,4,6 yr old to play I'd expect to see working/clean bathrooms and equipment that functions.... there's a lot of damaged equipment duct tape all over and 3 if the 4 air guns were not functioning. Layout not the greatest if you have varied ages as is hard to watch kids in the large room while watching a toddler in the 1st room. The bathrooms..... one woman's was closed entirely.... the other had only 2 functioning toilet out of three... the one that wasn't functioning was the wheelchair accessible one... un acceptable in my opinion. Not only did that leave no accessible washroom but that's the only place to change babies.... imagine having to change your sweet little human next to a toilet full of paper and human waste.... it was unpleasant to say the least further within 1hr of being there another toilet became unusable due to no toilet paper.... of which staff was informed and it was not replaced when kids went again before we left! Lastly there was some very questionable sticky partially dried substance all over the inside handle of the only woman's bathroom that was open! All in all I'm in no hurry to return but onto find another place that's good for play. ... but also clean ugh
The place is good and big, kids like it a lot, however if it's broken, it'll never get fixed, there are 4 air canons that throw foamy balls, the kids name the place after them, it's their landmark there and the whole reason why they like to go there in the first place, unfortunately 3 of those canons are broken, they started failing one by one over 18 months or so, last time we were there in Jan, the same 3 canons were also broken! My kids get so disappointed every time because of that. That may not be very important but I personally can't stop wondering what else misses maintenance in that place, I mean it's full of play structures, I hope those at least get checked and maintained, forget the poor canons. Sofas there are very comfy but they could use some cleaning, some are dusty where I would extend my arms above my head, also some have worn out spots revealing dirty fabric where the leather once was. I also realized this is the only place in Ontario that has freezing cold water only in the sink, no hot or warm water, not sure if that's a permanent or a temporary situation on a lucky day. In all fairness, the place is not bad, kids enjoy running and playing there enormously, in fact I recommend it for those living nearby, however as soon as we finish the remaining visits left in our membership card, I don't think we'll be returning again, or maybe if they start fixing those things.
Has so much potential! Great variety of different play areas for various ages and interests. Probably the best in the area for different aged siblings to play concurrently. Large eating area with high chairs. HOWEVER.... When large groups (i.e., camps) are there LEAVE. There was a camp there when we visited and until they left it was a zoo! Little supervision from the visiting camp leaders (maybe 3 for a group of 40!) and staff from the playground never paid one bit of attention to them either. There were 10 year olds climbing on top of all the infant play structures. But I suspect this had more to do with the staff working. The day I visited there was one staff member that was particularly awful. Young girl, university age, dark hair. Attitude to everyone that walked in. While I was there another family noticed their baby was smeared in feces after using a slide and after politely informed this staff member, the staff responded that it must have been her baby and she had to leave. The mother was furious (and disgusted!) as her baby's diaper was clean. Needless to say if this staff member is removed and staff implement the policies the playground has huge potential to be a positive and fun experience for the family.
Waste of money! You think your buying membership there? No, you are buying piece of paper for $85!! I brought my son to play one night at the Amazing Adventures and we lost his 10 playtime pass right there at the playcentre (I think we left it at the check-in desk). Contacted them in two days, hoping to get it back, with no success. The card had 4 play passes left on it. The staff refused to replace it, and honour the 4 passes that were left on the card. They used the fact that they don't keep track (like this is my problem) of how many times the membership pass has been used as an excuse to not to give me the 4 passes that I had left on the card. So technically they are selling you a piece of paper that says "10 pass" on it for $85 and if you lose it, it's your problem, they don't care. That is one expensive piece of paper and completely careless staff in my opinion! And I am not going to go in detail how old the play equipment is, how many things don't function there and etc. So if you decide to buy a membership pass there, make sure you keep that piece of paper like a diamond ring, because they don't care if you lose it, and they are not going to replace it if you do. Lil Monkeys is your place to go!
*UPDATED* In some ways it's better than it's competitor down the road. However the most glaring issue is how many broken rides and games there are. Several don't have out of order signs. The foam ball room has few foam balls. Only one employee was working while we were there. There are two slightly bigger climbing structures here but what i do like is that the games are not set to suck tokens from you like the other place does. You do not get tickets like the other place does but here you can enjoy the games with your child. There is less distractions here and it is more focused on play instead of flashy arcade games! It's relatively clean but also has junk food available. ADDENDUM : - Not sure why they exactly changed their name to Aladdin's adventure since it doesn't exactly have any brand relevance. Machines are still good and you don't feel like you're being milked. Some are still broken though. Hoping the new owners improve the space. Its still better and more affordable than the competitor.
Staff is very rude, asked me to leave because I left to get the pizza order. The guy opened the door for mess I was leaving and didn't say anything about rules; however, when I returned after 10 mins he asked me to leave because I broke the rule. When I told him that I didn't know the rule and that hey have their older brother with them he was extremely rude and insisted to kick us out. He could have raised my attention and still allow us to continue the fun specially that the kids wanted to spend more time and were crying. I think if it was a very important, he should have mentioned it when I was signing in or when he opened the door for me to leave alone. He was super rude and he said he was OK to loose a customer when I said that I will not return. I think amazing adventure should care more about their customers and to have a better customer service and better communication.
Not ideal for a birthday party. They promise a hostess but there is only one person manning your party and the play area. No decorations or any help of the hostess. If you ask for extra plates or a knife to cut the cake or even match to light the candle ...all of that has to be bought at extra cost. It's unlike other places where they would cut the cake and serve or provide cust service. It's a total self service with you running after them for so much as even styrofoam glasses and very flimsy paper plates ...(all extra that you need essentially to serve cake are extra charge)..you are expected to give the kids pizza and cake in the same plate. Absolutely a big no no in the name of customer service. You are better off doing a party at home and just bringing the kids here for play.
It’s a shame they have completely changed the hours and there’s no consistency with them anymore. We’ve been going here for years but recently they’ve made a change where they can decide to open anytime of day, and it’s never the same as what their google hours say. Twice now I’ve made the drive here after seeing they say “open” on google, just to arrive and find out they are indeed not open. Not only is this a waste of gas but it also leads to very disappointed children. I even purchased a seasons pass that I can never seem to use anymore because they are never open in the mornings. It’s a shame as this was always our favourite place to tire the kids out before nap time. I definitely don’t recommend making the drive unless you call to confirm they are in fact open.
Same day re-entry, you can bring your own food, tons of slides. There are arcade games yes but they aren't quite so shiny and distracting as to draw the kids away from active play. The whole place loots a bit dated but kids don't care. Really comfy new couches and well priced. Improvements I suggest.A change table in the main space. Staff collect up all the balls that have gone everywhere. Remove the shooting arcade game. There should be no toy guns in the space. Buckets for the balls in the ball area. Never change the quiet hand dryers. One thing for parents, they don't do the number wrist bands like at little monkeys ( obviously they have safety doors to stop kids from running out) but if you have malicious ex little monkeys might be a safer bet.
The playground is spacious, a lot of good and different rides but we didn't have the best experience hosting a birthday party. If you book shared space by the room, make sure to see all rooms or specifically the room you are getting. They will say rooms are similar but they are not and preference is given to people hosting before or having larger parties. Not wrong as a policy but they should be more upfront about it then tell you on the day of the party. The place is short staffed and no help is provided in hosting parties which you may in other places. They gave us a 2.5 hrs window but we had to leave the space much before. Just ask all questions and see the place well before you book as the onus is on you.
I've been attending aladdins for many of my friends kids parties and now I got to enjoy daughters first. I moved to Dallas but we planned the party for Canada which I thought would be difficult but was very simple. Zeeshan the owner, manager Melissa and jacnita made everything so accommodating. My party was larger and they assured we had capacity. They didn't Nickle and dime over anything. Food was ontime and warm from Boston pizza. I can't stop mentioning how accommodating they were. This was concern as I was planning at a distance but we're they ever great. Dur8ng the event, they were very respectful and mindful of other parties. I will fly down to Celebrate my daughter's 2nd. Thank you team Aladdin
My son just had his 4th birthday here and everything was just perfect! From the time I called to book the venue to when I received a call back a few days before the bday day to confirm everything and to the actual party today I’ve had a great experience ! The place was not crowded at all, the staff is amazing, everything was clean and organized, the owner Z is a true gem and extremely accommodating and patient! all kids had so much fun including the parents, for those that want to relax there are plenty of couches all over the place and everything is very safe for kids to play while parents catch a break! We will definitely be going back more often and I would love to book future birthdays there!
I've attended this play place multiple times. It's very large in design which makes it wonderful for the kids to have many activities to do and structures to climb. The environment is clean and welcoming in nature with its large layout. I've encountered an older lady who works there that was very friendly and warm upon entry. My only complaint would be to deliver more training to the younger staff at the front desk. One girl barely greeted us and said two words to me when I entered with my baby. My thought is if you work at a children's play place, is that you know how to interact accordingly with families and children. Otherwise, highly recommend this location if you're looking for tons of fun.
My boys and I went to Aladdin's during the Canada Day weekend on a Sunday after 4pm and when we got there they were closing early and I don't blame them as it was dead all day. I walked in to ask and she (Jacinta) mentioned that they were closing which's understandable and I said to her that I totally understand and was not upset at all but the surprising part was she insisted that we come in. I said it's ok and we'll do something else but she continued to insist and we did. We were there for almost 2 hours, the boys had a great time and during that time no one else came in and Jacinta was super friendly and courteous. Thank you Jacinta for being so mazing!
Update: The place is in worse shape then ever, the current owner just clearly wants to run it into the ground without investing anything into maintenance. Too bad, the play structures and slides would be good, which is why we used to come here from time to time. I think I had my last visit today, look at the pictures, they worth more than words. Not well maintained, some equipment like ball dump and video games are broken for months. Rules not enforced irresponsible women walking around in play area with hot coffee in their hand, a disaster waiting to happen. Not sure if maximum occupancy is checked either, on some days seems heavily overcrowded.
UPDATE: under new management (used to be Amazing Adventures). They cleaned up the place completely, repainted everything, redid the washrooms, fixed up broken games - now they all work!! The new owner is very friendly! It's our favourite indoor playground again! Old review: we used to love to come here; it was the best indoor playground in town but not anymore. They replaced free toys/equipment with token operated machines that don't even work. Old equipment is not repaired or refurbished; it is now a birthday party cash grab. Today my experience was one star but i give three stars to be fair as we had lots of fun here over the years.
The good - play area was decent. Kids enjoyed - since we were using the last slot for the day, they were flexible with the timings - they took care of the post party clean up The bad - We took the big party package meant for 25 kids and 25 adults. But the room we got was too small to even accommodate the kids. There was some common space which we had to use. - most of such party package in other play areas in gta also include coins/credits/coupons to play the in-house arcade games. But not in this - there was suppose to be one juice each for every kids and adults. But well only received it for kids.
This is a very good place to bring your babies, and young kids to play with many different things built in such a way that they are safe and don't hurt the kids. There are a number of different play areas where sofas are there if parents need to seat and watch their kids. The floor has foam/plastic layers, so if kids fall, they won't get hurt badly. There is a small food shop where you will find mostly kids menus. But you will get coffee also. You need to have socks on always before entering the place. This place is very reasonably priced and I would definitely encourage others to visit the place.
First and last time at this place. Staff members are very rude and can careless about the well-being of the children. I witnessed a little boy who ran into the air hockey table and a staff member barked at the concerned mother of her hurt child. Instead of asking if the child is ok or offering any assistance (clearly the little boy needed ice for his bump), the staff member decided to speak in an ill-tone to the mother saying, "what do you expect, kids are going to get hurt?!" His voice was so loud that I heard him from the toddler area. And this is supposed to be a place for kids?
I called them at 6pm and asked for their hours, the girl on the phone said they close at 8pm as it shows on google as well. Drove all the way from Hamilton and got there at 6:50 for the girl to tell me that they are closing earlier because nobody is there. Even tho I was there with 4 kids, she said nope it’s closed. Asked her for the managers/owners number and she replied “she doesn’t have to give me anything”. The only reason I called was because a friend of mine told me to make sure because if they are not busy they’ll just close earlier. She could’ve told me on the phone.
Not too bad for an indoor playground. Some areas need some TLC, but that is to be expected. The washrooms on the far side of the building were closed again (they were closed last Sunday when we were there for a birthday party and actually back in January when we attended another). The arcade games leave something to be desired. I'm not sure their purpose since kids don't win tickets or prizes. Several were not working when we were there either. Free coffee and tea for parents attending the birthday parties was a bonus and the staff were friendly. My kids quite like it.
Recently visited with our toddler and the experience overall was good. We had the entire facility to ourselves and our friends due to the time of day we visited so it was nice not dealing with tons of kids running around. Will certainly return as my son enjoyed the slides. Few comments of improvement. Clean and vacuum under the couch cushions as there were a lot of crumbs and even some plastic cutlery left behind. Concession item prices were high for things like a can of Pepsi. Overall as long as my son has fun that's all that matters.
I have been taking my kids to this place for years and we loved it but as of today, we will not be going there again. They no longer allow anyone to have food delivered to their facilities because for ONE day they had several deliveries done (during the Christmas holidays mind you). And, if they see you getting the the delivered items outside of their facility, they will not allow you to bring it inside to eat it! I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy; I will take my business somewhere where they won't be inconveniencing us!
My two boys ages 10 & 8 had an absolute blast here for over 2 hours! There are so many different zones for them not to get bored. There are loads of seating areas for parents including tables and chairs, and many clean sofas scattered throughout. I was impressed by how clean the whole place was. I've been to many indoor playzones and this has been by far the cleanest! Even the sofas looked new. There are washrooms and a small snack bar, though I'm not sure if the selection is allergy friendly. We will definitely be coming again.
At first glance looks small but is actually spread out very strategically and spaced out well. Plenty of room for a lot of kids without getting crowded. The bring your own food policy works very well for us as we have a few food allergies and always struggle with buying in-house food. The guy at the counter was very kind to help us retrieve a stuffy my son threw over to an inaccessible space. A few things were not functional and the couches could really need an overhaul but niceness trumps all that!
Me my husband and two children first came to a party last month and had a fantastic time. The front staff at reception were extremely polite and explained how everything worked. Since our first visit, we now come to play at least once a week! It is great value for money, very very clean – the staff are constantly cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day. Just go early when its raining or a holiday – it tends to get busy! My little guys always have a great time wearing themselves and me out.
Although you will see feedback that indicates that the equipment is "dated" and this is true. However the kids don't know that this is the case, they had a great time. Running around playing, jumping, climbing and generally having a great time. Additionally, the price you pay is an "all day" pass. Go in the morning, break for lunch then go back in the aft. Tire them right out Do remember to take socks for all. It's something we didn't know, however the have them for sale at the counter.
I hosted my daughters 5th birthday at Aladdin’s Adventures and I have to say I picked the perfect place. Everyone had a blast and were looking forward to having their child’s birthday here. Clean, COVID protocols and screening are up to date and just what we need for children facilities. This is a great space for child play areas and birthday parties. The owner and staff are amazing and were very helpful. Well done Aladdin’s Adventure Burlington. I will be returning and recommending!!!!
Best indoor playground in Burlington 100%. Lots of different climbers, games, slides and playgrounds for our toddler. She absolutely loves it here and we often have the place to ourselves. Hats off to Malissa, who also made our experience that much more enjoyable. She is lovely to chat with, amazing with our daughter and is always paying attention to detail/cleanliness of the centre. This place deserves to have more families visit and experience what we did. 5 stars all around.
Kids had a blast(3 and 6yo). Lots of stuff to do for different age ranges. We did enjoy some of the arcade games. My only 'complaint' is that you need cash to get tokens for the games but there is no ATM on site and I had to drive up the road to the gas station. Wasn't too much of a problem for me as I wasn't the only adult but had I taken the kids alone, we would've skipped the games because I wouldn't want to load them both into the car to go grab cash.
Nice indoor playground with enough to keep kids of all ages occupied. It was clean and eell majntained. The seating area is slightly small and I can imagine it might get crowded. The kids attended a birthday party here and they had a blast. The party room is decently sized however they don't provide any decorations etc. Also no hostess was present for handling the birthday party events. Overall a good place to kill a few hours during inclement weather.
My kids had a blast. However I did feel that this place could benefit from some timed release airfreshners. With so many sweaty kids running around it smelled a bit like a gym bag. They have snacks for sale as well but 1.50 for one little bag of welches fruit snacks so bring your wallet.the admission price isn't bad though considering how much fun the kids have. We stayed for 2 hours and we will be back next time we are in the area
Incredibly friendly staff and huge place, two units combined and they even have a ball launcher area which was very unique. Very clean and something for all ages my 20month old and 4 year old loved it. Everyone's wearing masks, signs are posted, they take temps before entering and it's big enough that you're not running into other kids all the time, def feels safe. Will most likely be getting a season pass.
Came on a rainy Saturday morning because soccer got canceled. 1 mama and 2 kids (1yr and 3yrs). The place was nice and clean, the staff was SUPER friendly and I loved that we could bring our own snack and they had highchairs available. I felt like I could manage both safely as there's only 1 exit point and was super impressed with how big it was and that there were things for both kids to engage in. 10/10!
Great family friendly kids fun centre. Location is clean and bright. Climbing structure is in great shape. Was nice to see some classic arcade games and in working order as well. And being able to use tokens is always grear, something about the old school nature of it is nostalgic. The staff was also great and a nice selection of snacks as well. Great place to visit. Worth a trip for sure.
Terrible customer service. They are normally open until 8:00pm. We showed up at 4pm, to find out they were closing at 5pm. They still charged FULL price, even though they weren't operating normal business hours. The manager did the classic deflection that the owner sets the rules, not them. The staff couldn't have cared less. Cost me $48 for my kids to okay for one hour.
Liked the design of the place, as party rooms are away from play area, and there is ample space with two rooms. Decent assortment of slides as well. Arcade games were decently priced mostly 2 tokens($1), but half were out of order. Mats and play balls were a little worn down and ball shooting machines were hanging on by tape. But otherwise a great playground.
Great place and very spacious. Multiple play structures in two rooms and my little one had a blast. It is very clean and has increased levels of physical challenge for my little one with each structure. I was very impressed with how clean everything is and the carpeted surfaces. Last but not least the moms are hotter in Burlington. Will definitely go back.
Fun indoor playground with lots of climbing structures and slides. Lots of playhouses and toys for children to play with keeping them entertained. Also have some video games to play. Great playground to check out on a rainy day. Wasn't crowded so social distancing was not a problem. The lady working the front desk was friendly and pretty cool. Thank you.
The ridgeway one is like a madhouse, extremely chaotic! They should limit the number of people during parties. I had my sons party there, and there was no place to move around with the amount of people in there. Service is not great as well, they focus more on just making money for every small thing. Worst experience for celebrating a birthday till now.
I chose this place over Little monkeys becuase of the reviews here. Upon arrival we found the front desk staff (fat chick) extremely rude and arrogant. She just wasn't happy to see people coming in. I will never visit this place again. We are paid customers and don't deserve this kinda treatment. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disrespected !
Generally speaking this place is a great place for kids to let loose and burn energy. Clean. This place is noisy, and that is to be expected when children have fun. The staff is usually very helpful, however last week I had 1 bad experience. Not bad given that I have bringing my kids here for 4 years. Let's put it down to new staff member.
Our family visited and were blown away at our experience. This place is designed with kids joy and safety in mind. Kids can be entertained for hours while parents and guardians can relax on the couches and watch your favourite sports teams play. One of the highlights is the designated area for toddlers and mega slides for older kids.
We visited the playground last weekend and I didn't find the staff sanitizing the area beyond the reception. Safety of the kids and parents is crucial and this can be taken care by following precautionary steps. I am disappointed because this was the first time in months we came out door and now my child is sick with cough and cold.
A fairly decent indoor playground - Went on 03/04/17 - there was one attraction that was not working with vacuum tubes and balls. Also the boys bathroom was a bit tricky to change a baby in the handicap stall, no paper towels and baby was not a fan of having his hands put in the dryer. I didn't like the poo smeared on the floor.
It's great, their vertical slide is way too steep though. Kids try to slow themselves and end up rubbing their elbows and knees really bad against the slide walls. It does have a little smell in the structure but I guess an enclosed kids place is bound to have that. Overall it's a great place. Has sections for all ages of kids.
Great place for kids to play specially in winter time and burn some energy. The play equipments are a bit old and the air quality is a bit stale. The environment is a bit dusty and not as clean as it should be. It seems like they don't fix a broken tool/toy for a long time. Very poorly maintained. It could be better.
Really good experience one time, and then no one opening the doors the next time? We arrived at 9:45 when they state online they open at 9:30, no one answering phones and no sign to say when they open? There's a sign on the door saying they can be closed at any time but this is a bit inconsistent for young families.
Keeps the kids busy. Would be 5 stars if there was propper booster seats and high chairs for the children to sit and eat, rather then a bunch of picnic tables indoors..... Not sure who came up with that idea! Normal tables with chairs would be more effective at least this way you could safely use a booster seat.
Came with 3 kids 5 years 18 months and 9 months. All the kids had great fun, the infant areas were nice and padded, had to remind a few big kids it was a baby area but no fault of the owners. The 5 year old loved all the playgrounds and huge slides. Under 2 was free and 20$ for the 5 year old can’t go wrong.
Great playplace for the younger kids as they have more slides and activities that toddlers and small children can use. It's no frills compared to some of the other places but definitely our favourite for the above reasons and it's less busy with older kids running around risking injury to the little ones.
We used to be there when it was a Frenchies location for Amazing Adventure, had once arranged a birthday event, you can bring your own food or drinks which is good. Good for small kids up to 12 years. Separate areas for little ones. Comfortable sofas couch around play area to relax and watch kids.
My kids loves here. They enjoyed celebrating their birthdays here and the toys are well rounded from baby to big kids. Big place but you can never loose your kids. Bathrooms are decent clean. Not so many options on food though but overall seeing my kids having a great time was all that matters.
This is my son's favourite place to toddle around. They have a lot of fun games, and it is all accessible by parents. They consider kids of all ages, which is nice, given my son is only 18 months at the time I write this. The foam ball areas are especially fun. It could be better maintained.
This place is so much fun! I had my sons 2nd birthday party over here. Not only is it good for children but adults can also be a kid again and enjoy all of the fun slides. The whole venue was super clean with very friendly staff. Looking forward to coming back, thank you Aladdin Adventures.
We had a great afternoon at Aladdin's Adventures. We arrived at around 2:30 and it wasn't too busy, despite 2-3 birthday parties on the go. It's very spacious inside and well lit. There are COVID prevention measures in place, though they could do more make sure everyone is adhering to them.
Large indoor play gym. Lots of different structures for different age groups. Some items were broken/out of order (mostly the arcade games). Ink stamps instead of wrist bands are used on the way in. There are couches throughout. There is also plenty of party space, and there is a snack bar.
Fantastic birthday party venue and very reasonably priced compared to most other venue options in the Hamilton/Halton areas. My boys had a blast at their first big party since COVID and we would definitely return in the future. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and helpful!
Went at 6pm on a Friday for a toddler playdate. Young girl working says they are closing early (7pm instead of 8pm). They still charge full price….so $20 for 1 hour for a two year old. The negative reviews on here all paint the same picture. It’s a ripoff…. best to go somewhere else.
Pretty good place but they need to fix their broken equipment and games. It reflects poorly on the owners and makes them look cheap. I've been going there for years and the previous owners would replace the broken stuff so there was something new for my kids to look forward too.
Wonderful time for all kids and adults. Couches and oversized chairs are spread around the play areas for the parents and there's a locked gate to get into and out of the play/party area that can only be opened by a staff member. It was fun for all ages. Very clean and safe.
Pretty fun place! A bit worn down but We took Our 1.5YR OLD and She had ablast on the slides and rides! The rides are mostly out of service so hopefully that changes and maybe a few better options, never busy in the summer so great for a few hours for some Fun!
It's clean, it's colourful, the playground equipment is super fun. The three slides are a little steep and you can't really see if your child is coming down the slide because if the cover but it's a great place. Affordable and the snacks are not overly priced.
We had our sons birthday party here. It was a wonderful experience! The staff member that took care of us was so kind, helpful and very prepared. We booked the whole place and I would definitely do it again! Well worth the money and the kids had so much fun!
It used to be much better! None of four air guns work and the foam balls tubes do not work either. The place got a bit cleaner though. Kids are still demanding the go back but I hesitate since nice my last visit was a bit of a disappointment.
These guys are across the road from us and always packed! Nice to see local companies doing well! Keep up the good work! We have recommended our friends and family to this place! Let’s get you guys massage chairs in the future! ( Relaxacare)
Good variety of play structures for kids to explore. However, the couches are extremely worn out which makes the place look not so well taken care off. Also the snack bar has very limited selection of snacks and lacks any healthier options.
Went for the first time today with our 14 month old son. It was his first time really seeing other kiddos and playing anywhere else other than our house and it was perfect! He absolutely loved it! Would recommend this place to anyone!!
Great place they have equipment to keep kids of all ages entertained and it is very big. The only things i would say is they should have more than one staff member especially for a weekend and birthday partys. It could be cleaner.
It was a great experience having my son's birthday party here. Everything went great. However there should be more staff to help. Other wise awesome place for kids all age to have fun...party and normal days. Will be going soon.
Big place, lots of slides, nice staff. Only downside is they tend not to fix things. There's oodles of 'out of order' signs and things that are just duct taped closed/off. Could be an incredible place but needs some maintenance.
Fair enough your kids will have fun here. My complaint is that we were there last weekend, and my entire family has been sick ever since. My little guy got it first 20hours after visiting. Major sanitization concerns....
We hosted our child’s birthday party at Aladdin’s adventures and the children had a wonderful time. The place was very clean, safe and the staff was great. Definitely recommend. Thank you Aladdin’s adventures.
I had my son’s birthday party here today and it was amazing! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My son’s birthday went very well! Thank you Alladin’s Adventure Playground! We will definitely come back!
Not the best indoor playground out there. All the toys for toddlers are broken, parts of the climbing area are not padded, there's no in and out privileges. We will be sticking to Lil' Monkies in the future.
Brought my 2 boys here and they had a blast. There is a section for Lil ones which I liked because usually there is not much for them. My 7 yr old really enjoyed himself. It was a clean and fun environment.
Went on November 5,2023 for my grand daughters 2nd birthday All of the kids had a great time and I can't say enough good things about the young lady who works there she was awesome will definitely be back
We had our sons birthday party today. The kids had a blast and the service was amazing. Jacinta was working and was pleasant and she made our experience amazing. Thanks to Jacinta and ALaddins adventures
Amazing lots of space. Tones different slide, area for little kids or children to play, this place is much better then Zoom zoom in my opinion. I would give 10* stars. Nice and clean, staff very friendly.
Very well managed and clean facility. The staff are super friendly and the management have very reasonable policies and fee. We had a alot of fun there with the family and will definitely visit again.
So much fun and a great spot for toddler and kids. Friendly staff. Smaller than a few other places we've been too but i like it more with having a toddler. Wasn't expensive for 2 adults and 1 toddler.
Had my son's 3rd birthday party here. Very fair price. Kids loved it. The new staff here is amazing and very helpful. More for younger kids as there are no arcade games and smaller play structures
Great for young kids. We were there for a birthday party. It was clean, safe and had a variety of options for different ages and abilities. Would go back to let the kids burn off some energy.
Lots to do. Between two families, we had kids ages 1, 3, 6, 8 and 9. They ALL had tons of fun. They have different playgrounds suitable for all ages, and everything is very spacious.
Spacious playground and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you get the season pass (which we did). The kids love the place very much. Keep up the good work!
Huge place and ample stuff for the kids to do. We had the place to ourselves pretty much and the kids had a blast. Zee, the owner was extremely helpful - would definitely go back.
This place is really big, has at least 5 party rooms, and seems to be open to the public during parties as well. My son enjoyed it but it was so busy (we went on a Saturday).
Great place for young kids. The facility and washrooms were clean. The lady working was friendly. There are different sized climbing areas for children. Highly reccomend!
Best play place i’ve been too. Has enough to keep kids of all ages entertained. Lots of slides! The kids loved it and were nice and tired when we left, money well spent!
It was quite dated, furniture is falling apart, equipment out of order and not much to do there. We left after not even half an hour after paying almost $40 for 2 kids.
Went last week for a birthday party. This facility had something for young kids of all ages. The facility was clean and the staff was attentive. Remember your socks!
Not too big and not too small. Lots of space for kids to run around bit you won't lose them either. Very bright and colourful. Party prices are quite reasonable too.
A fantastic indoor playground!!! Extremely clean, two large play structures, a ball blast area which is very unique and endless hours of fun!! Highly recommend.
Good space for kids, something for all ages! Staff is friendly. Only downside is most of the arcade games have out of order signs the last 3 times we’ve been.
Big clean place for big kids and also infant area. There are also machines that can play with tokens. Giving 3 stars because the receptionist has attitude.
Hosted a birthday there for my 2 year old.. Very sweet staff especially the brother who was there helping us Kids had a blast! Thank you!
Huge playplace for kids of all ages. Accommodating staff. Clean and organized. Our kids had a great time! Would come back again for sure.
Amazing place for family and children. Extremely friendly staff. Play areas are all top-notch. My family and I will definitely be back.
No improments just uses duck tap to fix things. Or move in machines that add to the all ready expensive price we paid. Will not go back
