The salesman understood my needs and directed me to really good shoes and helped me pick the best fit for my needs. The selection was incredible and I love being able to try on the shoes to make sure they work for me. I might’ve been able to get it cheaper online somewhere but I could not have gotten a better fit or better service.

Came here from out of town while visiting famil I’ve heard wonderful thing about this place!. Everyone seemed very nice except the older white guy. Something seemed off with him. I’m all for inclusion but this guy should probably be working in the back not with the public until he can be trained better. Nice selection.

I've been shopping at Alamo since they opened! It is the best shoe store in Chicago, in my humble opinion. The staff is friendly and professional. The selection is outstanding, and the prices, yeah, they may be a bit higher, but you get what you pay for. This is the only place I'll get my shoes.

I love shoe shopping. This place is the pinnacle for my middle class a**. My u-lock bounced off my bike somewhere on the lakefront on my way there. I did not discover that until I was in front of the store. They graciously let me bring my bike in. And what a grey selection of quality!
