Went here with my partner. First impression is that it felt like a Villains headquarters :D. I think this place is going for a futuristic vibe & design with the design layout, like an immersive modern minimalistic museum. The reception area is beautiful, vast, and smells nice when you enter. Service at reception was great. The complimentary robe is plush. There were a lot of quite "instagrammable" spots in there, but due to the no phone policy and a lot of negative reviews about bad experiences due to bringing phones into the springs we decided not to take them in to take photos, despite many other visitors doing that. Place felt a bit sterile and cold, but it was probably the look and feel they were going for. A lot of the designs were beautiful but not really functional. For example: - The pools were very small despite the large land size the property is on. Yes there is a lot of them however some can only fit 2, others maximum 6 people and more than that it will feel very uncomfortable and overcrowded. Felt like one thermal pool could fit max 2 people. All of them are the same, just different in sizes. 1 is still under construction. The thermal pools were nice and hot but all the same temperature. - Plenty of free parking but pool capacity does not support the ample parking. - There is barely any shade, also because the trees were still very young, so ideally come in the morning or during the sunset (we came during sunset). - Sauna and steam room are not hot at all, it was just lukewarm. The design itself is beautiful but this place is definitely geared for adults only because the sauna had hot rocks on them without any cover. - There is barely any privacy/secluded places in general. - Personally I find it difficult to adjust the temperature in the showers. The knobs had no signs and I had to just guess. -Locker allocation was too close to each other when there is so much locker to assign and barely anyone using it. I had to wait for 2 other people around me to finish before I can access my locker. Can't comment on the restaurants because we didn't try, were discouraged by comments of the premium pricing (and we were not in the mood). In general it is a good place, it offers something different than the famous mornington peninsula but I kept hearing the visitors around me comparing this place to that, which is a completely different market and place. This place, I would say, is geared for younger singles/couples looking to relax, recharge and have a secluded time in a luxurious, clean and artistic environment. Definitely not a kid friendly place, and probably not a place older generations would enjoy.

An Exquisite Wellness Retreat at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa As a seasoned spa enthusiast, I have had the pleasure of visiting numerous wellness retreats, but Alba Thermal Springs & Spa has truly left an indelible impression on me. From the moment I set foot on their pristine premises, I was immediately struck by the serene ambiance that enveloped me, transporting me to a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. The professionalism of the staff at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa deserves a special mention. Each team member was attentive, courteous, and dedicated to making my experience exceptional. In particular, I must highlight the unparalleled service provided by Marian Stratford, who truly went above and beyond to cater to my every need. Marian was not only knowledgeable about the various treatments and facilities, but also took the time to personalize my experience, ensuring that I received the maximum benefits during my visit. The thermal springs themselves are a delight. The natural, mineral-rich waters offered an unparalleled level of relaxation, and the variety of pools allowed me to choose the perfect temperature for my personal comfort. The beautifully designed spa area complemented the natural surroundings, seamlessly blending luxury and nature to create an idyllic sanctuary. Next time I visit, I am excited to try their diverse range of top-notch spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps. The signature massage, in particular, has piqued my interest, and I can't wait to experience the skill and technique of their expert therapists. Aside from the springs and treatments, the amenities at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa are equally impressive. The spacious changing rooms were immaculately clean and well-stocked with fluffy towels, high-quality toiletries, and comfortable robes. The relaxation areas were designed with guest comfort in mind, providing a tranquil space to unwind with a cup of herbal tea or simply soak in the calming atmosphere.

Terrible experience in Alba hot spring and very disappointed. I booked the 90 mins hot stone massage which is worth $360 but totally a waste of money and it seems like all the staff are having different levels of skills even though the price is still the same. Last time I did the same treatment and that time the staff was really professional and was really caring for me such as whether I like her pressure and everything is going okay. However, this time I had a feeling that she might be new and definitely needs more practice. Also, the way she did the massage was totally different from my past experience. She did ask me which part is my main concern, but still her massage skill was very poor and super disappointing compared with other massage therapists. Used a lot of oils but didn't even clean my body with a towel after the massage so I had to clean myself, no hand pressure at all start from the end, and she even used cold oil on my body?! After the massage, I felt nothing different and felt even more stressed by the fact that I wasted money, time and feeling so unlucky to meet this therapist. I think they should reconsider the price that they are charging or either they should reconsider what kind of therapist they are hiring and someone definitely needs to check their massage skills. You cannot just let them work when their work level is so poor. Why do customers need to have a bad experience and lose money because of them and not just that but Alba also lost their reputation too. We are customers who pay for their work and service and have a right to get what we are paying for and our experience must be the same regardless of who is doing it for us. I still said thank you to the therapist considering she at least did something on my body for 90 mis but definitely this is something that Alba needs to consider and take it seriously.

Front desk staff were lovely and even provided a special candle for my partner as it was his birthday - however really was disappointed in other areas though that I wanted to pass on feedback for. I was looking forward to a phone-free zone but all day there were groups of people using their devices in all areas, taking photos with me in the background and posing for selfies throughout. There was no one to politely enforce the 'phone free' rule that's on the website. Lots of really noisy groups too - I recommend having designated 'quiet areas' or a 'whisper policy' to really enhance the atmosphere. Was really hard to relax with lots of noisy groups loudly taking photos and having really loud conversations in all spas. I actually had to reluctantly grab my headphones and device to play relaxation music to be able to enjoy my time and find a bit of peace. Loved the concept but I think it could be improved so much with phone-free policy actually being enforced and a quiet policy (or at least quiet spa areas). Secondly the steam room smelled really bad - like mildew. Just needs a dry out and clean out. Lastly there was a younger life guard in a really loud heated argument with his manager. Everyone by the pool was looking at one another because he was so loud and angry - arguing with his boss about having to work by the pool. The argument went on about 15 minutes and they didn't move to a quieter area or staff room. He was getting louder and more frustrated by the minute and it was really disruptive and unprofessional. Also, none of the life guards wore hats standing in the sun which I'd recommend. Overall it's an amazing spot and I will definitely return on a quiet weekday.

The most magical experience! My friends highly recommended to go, on my Melbourne roadtrip. I was so glad I did, it was a highlight of my trip! Best $80 ill ever spend. For this you get unlimited use of the indoor & outdoor pools, spas, sauna & steam room for the day, showers w lush products & hairdryers provided. Highly rec bringing yr own slides as theirs are quite loose & floppy & i nearly tripped a bunch of times. Bring a waterbottle to refill, sunglasses & earbuds if yr solo & just want to zen out! I found most ppl respectful & talk low but some ppl were quite loud talking & laughing. There is also a machine that dries yr bathers after so you dont need a plastic bag Great customer service. No booking required as i went on a weekday in May. Autumn & spring are probs best seasons to go. Although, they do have a big cold swimming pool if you do go in summer. They take Apple Pay & all cards. So much parking. Easy 1.5 hr drive from Brighton. The highlights for me were the insane Brutalist design of the buildings & gardens with so many water features & indoor plants , getting a small hot spring pool in the garden with a view to myself for an hour then finding the grotto pool which just blew my MIND SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The design of this space ✨ and had a good 15mins alone in there in the dappled sunlight… The Sauna follows this design & i spent alot of time jumping between the sauna ‍♀️ & grotto ✨ Absolutely go!

Alba Thermal Springs was such a delightful and peaceful experience. As you step into the entrance foyer, the luxurious architecture screams 'time to get pampered'. Every little detail is well thought out. The wrist bands that doubles as locker keys and access card, sunscreen kept at various points all across the place, drinking water fountains, wash rooms and showers placed in such a way that you're never too far from one when you need. The service levels were superb and is a key differentiator for Alba. From the reception staff patiently explaining the things to try out and experience to the friendly staff at the spa and restaurant, we had a whole day of receiving care and attention. One exception was some of the staff at the restaurant who were curt with us. Get there early when the place opens to avoid crowds in the hot Springs. There are around 20 different ones to try out. Private bath experience at the terrace offers better views and a lot more privacy with a glass of champagne served to the bath on order. Massages were relaxing and the staff is well trained on the level of pressure and the experience you are looking for. The facial was not worth the cost though. Food at the restaurant was hit and miss. While the entrees packed flavour and gave a sensory experience with textures, the beef mains had an overpowering sauce. Dessert was good.

So a touch of luxury that you must try. We had a wonderful day here trying all the different spaces and dining space. (If your are dining, you need to wear footwear) So from the moment you walk in, you know the experience is one of sophistication and luxury. The staff are ever so welcoming, and the reception is beautiful. The changing rooms, I assume the same, are clean, spacious and lit by a vast circular skylight. Can I say they need to sell the robes!! Their signature body washes smell divine so much that we purchased some on leaving. The pools are beautifully well-spaced, and the circular one will most likely be in everyone’s Insta very soon. But it is amazing the fact that it’s deep, or you can just lay out and soak up the atmosphere. They even have a lap pool which I’m sure in summer will be something I will be enjoying. The steam and sauna are beautiful. The space will be improved once the gardens have established themselves. But even so still excellent, so much so that we have booked the terrace at sunset in December when we are down for Christmas. I am looking forward to trying the spa! If you are down in rye a space, you need to explore. We stayed down the road at Alwyn Retreat, 5 minutes from the hot springs. We can’t wait to come back. I only wish I could have share the video as a there’s so much to take in.

This place was like being on the set on a Stanley Kubrick movie: the brutalist architecture, the ambient music throughout the building (but not the springs), the ethereal lighting throughout. It was quite a mood generator and very suitable for a day of 21st century-style relaxation. The springs themselves were lovely, albeit there is not much variation in styles/temperature -- go in one pond and the others are pretty much the same. They are important for spacing people out though. I liked the one like a grotto with an opening to the sky and the rear of it looking like a freeway overpass. That would be interesting when it rained. The gardens and mood lighting were outstanding. The dining experience was very fine and I appreciated being able to wine and dine just in our robes and bathers. The restaurant had an excellent visual appeal and the food was good, albeit in small serves - but I'd rather that than large serves of rubbish. Maybe an open fire inside the restaurant would add to the appeal. The change rooms/showers were excellent and very clean. Lockers work with a simple wrist swatch system (though the marker pen numbers rubbed off and everyone in our party forgot our numbers - maybe the numbers could be emblazoned on the robes perhaps). All in all, a fine experience.

Absolutely stunning, the online booking was easy to use, upon arrival the staff were very prompt, friendly and professional. The property itself is beautiful and so calming. The change rooms were delightful and very sophisticated and clean. The hot springs were lovely and going mid week in the evening made it even more special, it was so pretty at night time. My biggest concern reading other reviews was that the hot springs were only warm and not hot. There were many springs at all temps which was really good, as i could go from one to another. Some were really hot which was really enjoyable. The cold plunge pool and the sauna were really lovely also. The only negative would be the steam room, there is an unusual almost funky scent coming from here, it would be nice if they got rid of this and instead had eucalyptus scent instead. If they had this it would be the cherry on top of what was a beautiful evening. Irrespective of the steam room, my experience was wonderful and the staff so friendly, they even gave me a free hot chocolate and free bath salts to take home. I would recommend this hot springs for its sophistication and total bliss. if you want to avoid the crowds, go mid week and at night time!

The one star is due to the restaurant. We waited over thirty minutes from our booking time to be seated, only to be told they couldn't find our dinner reservation. After sorting out the issue, they sat us at a dirty table, surrounded by other tables that were covered in leftover food, used cutlery and dirty plates for the remainder of our visit. They repeatedly forgot our drink orders, when they finally brought our drinks they were the completely wrong order; when we raised this we were hit with attitude by the wait staff, who then proceeded to tell us they were sold out of our original order. Mains took over an hour to come out, and then staff continued to berate us over and over for not sharing our meals, which was strange considering we all ordered the exact same meal. Lastly, they brought out our ice cream to be eaten with a fork. Overall a very frustrating, exhausting experience. If it was any other restaurant we would have walked out but we felt trapped due to already pre-paying for dinner. My advice would be just book the pools and skip the restaurant. Never set foot in that place.

In general, the whole place was just overcrowded… not many pools you can find to comfortably sit in without getting in people way. The temperature in most of the pools were not hot enough, it feels between warm and cold…. My robe was stolen after 10 minutes ! There were so many people, and everyone had same white robe. There were only a few hooks you can put your robes and towels in front of the pool. After that my family spent all their time in the pool staring at their towels, so afraid they would end up freezing in the wind like me… Also the water felt dirty, lots of hair and dirt. All kinds of shoes were allowed to be worn around the pools. And some people were barefoot. However there was no foot wash to be found before any pools. It was not hygiene at all. My partner almost fell down from the stairs (walking down from hilltop pool , he walked normally not running at all) luckily he held the handle, but he still hurt his back badly. In conclusion , I think no control over customers number was the worst of all. Especially when it’s pricey … I expected it to have better quality :(

Beautiful place, Overall good experience with the springs themselves with afew minor things that need to be worked on. Locker numbers on the wrist band in whiteboard marker wiped off before we even got to the change room, we had to go back to reception ask for the locker number. There only afew signs around the site with each pools temperature, no signs near the entry of each spring to say names and temperatures. The restaurant/cafe needs work with service we waited 30+ min for x1 coffee (came out cold) and a bottled drink, we asked if there were any cakes/slice but were informed by our server that it was only what was on the menu full meals, 10 min later we saw some with a slice and croissant? Biggest let down was people on their phones in and around the springs (we grabbed ours to pay at the cafe then returned to our lockers) why advertise a place of tranquility where phones are not permitted and have no enforcement of this. Hard to enjoy springs when people are in the springs and walking around with phones taking photos/videos and getting us in the background.

Went there as a group of 6 on a beautiful June winter's day for bathing. The place is new with nice architecture, change room and views but we were disappointed as out of their "22 geothermal pool" only 1-2 was warm enough for bathing and the warmest pool only fitted about 9 people comfortably. The rest of the pool was absolutely freezing, akin to a normal backyard pool temperature. Some of us even had goose bumps because the pool temperature was so cold in the bigger pools so it sort of beats the purpose of a "hot spring". We ended up back in the one warm pool watching other guests film and take selfies even though phones are not allowed in the bathing area. The change room is spacious and the shower facilities have that upper class feel but there's not much benches to sit and change. We noticed that most guests ended up using the concrete plant boundary as seats. Overall don't think we will be returning anytime soon and prefer the Peninsula Hot Springs facilities across the road from Alba as they are truly "hot springs".

I was a bit disappointed by this place to be honest. Had booked a springs thyme package to celebrate my partners birthday which was $190 pp and included a 2 course dinner with beer or wine. The decor kinda gave me cult vibes but everything was clean and spacious. Robes and towels were provided in your locker but the fluffy robe didn’t make sense when coming out of the springs and it was hard to put on as it attached to anything wet. I was expecting more springs scattered around but there wasn’t much and all the springs were small where if there was already 4 people in one it’ll be too tight to squeeze another 2 in. We got bored after 1.5 hours so headed to dinner early. We ordered the crab and burrata to start then the tuna bowl and steak for mains. The crab and steak were nice and flavorful but nothing else was outstanding. I understand it was locally sourced but to charge $190pp for springs and food it wasn’t worth it. I’d much rather the peninsula hot springs as you can never beat the OG.

YOU MUST HAVE THE ALBA EXPERIENCE! we love this place! it’s an amazing place with a variety of hot spring pools. they have plunge cold pools, hot spring pools, saunas and a restaurant where you can grab a bite. when you first enter the aesthetic is calming. i definitely needed this place so i could detoxify. i love how the package includes complimentary robes, towels, lockers (that you don’t have to pay for), they have dyson hairdryers in the ladies change room and it’s absolutely beautiful. on top of that the food is to die for!! we ordered the whole menu to try the different items and we have to say our highlights were the lime salt chips, the alba bowl (flavours were perfectly balanced) and the chicken schnitzel (we don’t usually eat chicken but it was so moist and tender). it definitely feels like a 5 star experience. i would 110% recommend if you want a day to unwind and relax. i’m definitely going to be a regular. you have to come and visit to have the alba experience!

A weekend getaway from a busy lifestyle, which was highly anticipated for 3 busy and tired mums. We booked a few weeks in advance at 11am and we were not informed to book the restaurant, which was booked out - fine. Ate at the cafe in the courtyard area. The pastrami sauerkraut sandwich (where was the sauerkraut and flavour!?) was $24? Three of us ate lunch and one friend’s sandwich was literally HALF the size of mine (the end of the loaf)!? What….. come one guys. For the price!? Not only this, but $40 extra from a weekday to the weekend is a little excessive. Pools are a little small, so you want to hope it’s a day when it’s not to busy. Works well for intimacy. The robes felt amazing - funny with the fake pockets. I guess they are promoting no phones, which is great however not followed by many… However, we were met by kind and lovely staff. Locker room was great. Design and interiors were clean and beautiful. Just felt a little disappointed with the food and price paid.

Heavenly experience, simple and stunning architecture, much more luxuries than peninsula hot springs and not over crowed. Facility: Alba provides towel, locker and robe with no addition cost. The bathroom are fitted with high pressure showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, as well as Dyson hairdressers. The change area is clean and tidy, with nature sunlight come from roof. Hot Springs: I enjoyed the bathing experience in geothermically heated groundwater, I felt relax, unwind and refreshed. Each hot spring pool has it's own vibe, whether different design/ shapes, fully enclosed or open. I also enjoyed the dry sauna, I dried myself before I went for lunch. Eating: I had a good dinning experience at Abla, the staffs are friendly, good variety in the menu. Food is pretty good with beautiful presentation. Overall, greatest dinning atmosphere. Alba is absolutely signature hot spring in Melbourne, I will come back again.

We loved our night owl bathing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed by the design of the place. Service at check in was pleasant and I love that towels, robes and lockers are all included. Bathroom facilities were great. I had read the reviews and complaints that it felt like a concrete jungle and was not sure what to expect but we loved our time. We started at the top and slowly worked our way to a number of pools on our way back down. The night was not too busy so we had many pools to ourselves. We stopped by the restaurant for our complementary mulled wine which made the visit even more special. The only negative, although reception asked phones to be kept in lockers, there were many ppl taking photos and on their phones around the place. Spoiled some of the ambiance in the pools. But would definitely come back again and maybe in the daytime to appreciate the place in the light. We had a lovely time.

  • Vincenza Rossi

No complaints; it was superb from the moment I walked in the doors until I exited the building. They have thought of everything so you don’t have to (and that is part of what you’re paying for) with things like amazing products, dyson hair dryers, swimsuit dryers, heated floors—and that’s just the change rooms! The actual baths are stunning with a decent selection to choose from. I went on a monday morning and it was so quiet. I highly recommend off peak times if you want some serenity. The restaurant is divine and worth every cent. They have a strong focus on seasonal produce and sustainability, which they balance perfectly with high end service. You pay for the high quality food and amazing service, with piece of mind around sustainability. If your want specifics, I would say the hottest and deepest bath is the Cove where I spent most of my time. The Hide is also a very nice bath (if you can find it).

  • Jackie Brown

A beautiful experience. Springs are open 7am to 10pm (last entry at 8:30pm). Entry from $75 Geothermal pools, where you experience the natural minerals of the water. The architecture is the most striking part of Alba. The landscaping is minimalist with grassy rolling hills. I was surprised how small the pools are, for the amount of people they let in. My recommendation would be to randomise the locker allocation, as it was crowded when 10 people arrive at the same time and are all allocated lockers in the same area. The restaurant, Thyme, was remarkable. The service was friendly and very professional. For a spa, I would have expected the menu to be lighter and healthier. Our meals were oversized and very heavy. But I understand the chef is changing the menu next month. The flavour of the food, was delicious and certainly very fresh. I would recommend Alba.

  • jenny amosa

If you want peace and quiet, then come here. I'd highly recommend going during the week as it's less people. You walk into main reception and it is Def a 5 star vibe. Everything from the bathrooms to when you step outside to the thermal areas. There is a no phone policy, Thou I saw alot of phones out etc, the "life guards" they have patrolling the thermal pools are lovely and not one of them pulled me up for having my phone out, just ask them which pools are the warmest etc I'd love for the drop pools (only 2) to be alot cooler. For the amt of money we pay I should think asking for another towel or robe should be given for free, think the fee for another one is $5? This will be my go to from now on, I also noticed when we left at 2pm that it was empty, so take note that 2pm is a great time to come.

  • elisa m

i cannot say one bad thing about alba. having experienced other victorian hot springs in the past, this one is on its own complete level. you feel like you're on a private island, and if you go at a quieter time, it really feels extremely isolated and luxurious. the staff make you feel so special, welcoming you warmly into the grand reception, provide simple and friendly instructions and let you be on your way! i'd recommend going in the evening, even on a weekday. its more private and honestly more relaxing. go after 6pm for a hot choc/mulled wine to be enjoyed in their cosy restaurant (which you can YES attend in your robe) or buy the fire pit. i loved every minute, and absolutely flaked it as soon as i hit the bed at home. i cannot wait to return again and again to alba!

  • Andie B.

Visited this place for the first time. Staff at the reception were very accommodating which was great for a start. The locker/changing room set up is spacious. The towel and bathrobe were soft and smelled clean. We didn’t get the chance to experience the sauna and restaurant as these areas were a bit crowded. We went around to check out the pools. We tried a few pools and the temperature was low than expected. We finally found a warmer pool where everyone seemed to get drawn hence having 11 people in a small pool is not relaxing. The staff assigned in that area was sitting in a chair in a corner and appears to be sleeping as well. Not helpful. Overall would say the place is less crowded but the water in the pools need to be a lot warmer to serves its purpose as hot springs.

Note: I've tried calling and messaging three times to follow up on some lost property, with no callback. It's a lovely, new and peaceful place, and the service when there as well as the restaurant food/service was wonderful, however needs more shade as there are no trees near the springs. Most of the springs are the same as well, no variety. Seems more focused on looking futuristic and modern than offsetting the beautiful local environment, as they have gotten rid of all the natural Indigenous trees and bush on the property when building it, which is a shame. Would have been a great opportunity to incorporate Indigenous art into the springs and buildings too. Hopefully the plants and trees they have planted will grow quickly. Probably won't be back until this happens.

I have visited Alba multiple times now and would like to share my experience. From the moment you drive in, the gardens are amazingly maintained, it’s clear and easy to navigate to the car park and front entrance. Walking through the main doors, the staff in reception are extremely accommodating friendly and helpful. The baths themselves are immaculate and very relaxing. We also adore eating at the restaurant. The food has been 5 star each time with gorgeous wines to match and a relaxed yet relatively fine dining feel to it. I was able to visit for wellbeing Wednesday recently and must say Sam from Studio Paradise held an incredibly relaxing and insightful breath work and meditation class. Will definitely be back for this experience. I highly recommend visiting Alba.

  • YouHungers

We took advantage of Alba’s bring a friend free promo (promo code: BRINGAFRIEND) and paid $75 total for two people (valid until 31 March 2023). Upon arrival, we were handed a wristband that allows access to a free locker which includes a robe and towel. While the complementary robe and towels were a nice touch, it was a bit odd seeing everyone walking around wearing the exact same thing. While Alba offers a variety of pools, we felt that many of the pools were alike and did not offer a variety of experience. The modern, clinical-like vibe (think concretes and colourless atmosphere) also felt a bit lifeless and might not be for everyone. Overall, experience worth having and their current bring a friend free deal is a pretty good one. ⭐️ Our rating: 6.5/10

  • Chris Nico

I mostly enjoyed the experience. Yes, there isn't a lot of privacy at the moment however a little patience and time and plants will grow. I liked the range of pools although the steps in the pools weren't well marked making it easy to hurt oneself as you misjudged their height since it was all grey - one star off for this safety issue. Food was great and I enjoyed my zucchini fritters. Minus a star for the poor restaurant service. Waited while others who came after us had orders taken and their food served without even a glance given to our table. I don't think 30min wait to be served is acceptable and it would have been longer if I hadn't spoken up. Hence some improvement is required but happy to go again. Get Outlook for Android

The only part I didn’t like was leaving. Was peaceful and really serene and just felt like the right place to spend a day relaxing. Had a terrace for a little bit which was a nice start to the day, wine and cheese was definitely special. Later, got some food from the restaurant- little expensive but definitely worth it. Cam, the waiter was great, lovely and friendly. Here’s the weird thing though, I had this little skin irritation I’ve been trying to get rid of for months, and now I’m home it’s gone. Like it was never there. Which is bizarre I mean my skin feels great in general but this unexpected cure is some kind of voodoo. Thanks for a great day, if I didn’t have a dog waiting at home I’d have stayed until you kicked us out.

Rehab or hotel? Edna Mode's HQ. Minimalistic concrete. 80% full on a Monday night. Very fluffy, not too heavy robes. All the pools, circles, rectangles and one square. Sulfur mostly. Vertically challenged friendly, open skies and amazing sunset views. Steam and cameras don't mix, so make it fast. . The sunset was beautiful, and while it was a little windy when we went, it wasn't that cold (so check the weather and perhaps only buy tickets close to coming). Can't imagine being here when it rains (only one pool undercover) or during the day with peak UV rays (they do have umbrella shades though). . Full review too long for insta, will post on TripAdvisor/google. . @albathermalsprings Mornington $75pp March 2023

Came down to Mornington for a couple's getaway. Previously been to the other hot springs so wanted to try this new place. The moment you enter you are given that barren, concrete, rich person retreat vibe. Ultra modern facades and pools to convey that very vibe. Lots of pools and space to try. If budget permits, definitely get the VIP access so you can access the more private pools and showers. We tried the rooftop terrace, which was really really hot. Plus it was an oddly sunny day which did not help one bit. There's not much shade around the springs here compared to the other springs so bring a hat! Would love to try the salt water pool next time! Food was very pricey but definitely more artisan compared to you know where!

  • Nina Beerling (Nina)

The facilities and spa staff were 5 star. The massage was superb and earned 6 stars! The pools in the Springs were well positioned so it didn't feel cold on a cooler day, however the size of the pools were quite small so there wasn't much room to fit many people in. It was a pretty quiet day and we had trouble trying to fit into many of the pools so I wouldn't want to try on a busy day, unfortunately. The main let down was the cafe at the end, maybe our expectations were too high as it was just a cafe but with restaurant prices and we left feeling hungry. Meal was nice but just too pricey given the atmosphere. Overall it was a lovely experience as we came away feeling well looked after, it was just let down by the dining.

My husband and I came for our first wedding anniversary on Saturday and we came across a number of wonderful workers who were all generous with their time and treated us so well. There was a lovely person with blonde hair and a fringe at the front desk who was so helpful and kind, among others. The facilities were clean, comfortable and much quieter than the peninsula hot springs. The general vibe is more classy and while the pools are generally smaller, on a Saturday across the day and night they were significantly quieter. We were even given a candle as a gift for our anniversary- this apparently happens for birthdays too so make sure you tell them if it’s a special occasion! We loved our experience!

  • Matt Finn

Great place and experience. Went at 8:30am. Was rather quiet at this time. Picked up with larger crowds from 10am to 12pm. Staff are exceptional. More of a 5 star resort than the competitor across the road. Facilities are immaculate. Gardens will establish more over next few years and be amazing. Great to see crowd caps so it is not overcrowded. Great range of pools all shapes, sizes and temperatures. Also has paths with are disability friendly (not relevant to me, but could definitely have a wheel chair or walker or similar on the paths). A baby and a few small kids inside with other visitors but they were well behaved and no screaming or tantrums. Highly recommend. Definitely will be back.

Pleasantly relaxing and surreal experience. Entering this place felt like entering a new world. 'Tranquility' was the highlight during our visit. The staff appeared very calm and relaxed themselves, so I felt calm too. Apparently we came on a 'busy day', but there was probably enough for one pool per group. Even though there were people around, it really felt like we were in our own world. Phones and photographs were highly discouraged, but the area was exactly what you see in photos and extremely clean. Facilities were high-quality and you can tell they went over-and-beyond carefully articulating the entire experience from entrance to exit. Will definitely come again! Worth the drive.

Alba is beautiful and modern. However I really wish it was adult-only. Sounds of screaming children in the background really defeats the purpose of coming here. Tranquil enough until you hear the sounds of children crying. I hope management can do something about this as I really don't think it's appropriate for young children to be in these spaces. Also the thermal pools in the Peninsula just across seem to be so much more hotter. The temperatures across the pools feel the same. There is also no indication of the temperatures of each pool so not sure it even varies at all. Sure there is a map at reception but you wouldn't really wanna be carrying a map around would you?

  • John Herbert

Great reception staff, excellent lockers and changing/showering facilities. The pools and landscaping superb. Lovely fluffy robes and towels. Fast friendly service in restaurant reasonably good value. However people taking photos annoying. What really spoiled what had been a relaxing afternoon was a person who was so ignorant of other bathers by holding a long and loud conversation on her mobile which was on speakerphone. She rudely ignored requests to be quieter. I simply cannot understand why phones are allowed in the spa's. Consideration should be given to allowing the people who don't understand the concept of relaxing to use phones in a designated space only.

  • Nicole Volaris

Relaxing and luxurious experience! Travelled our way up to Alba Thermal Springs and Spa to enjoy a nice and relaxing Monday. We arrived early morning which we were happy about because we got to try out the different springs before it got too crowded around 10am. We also enjoyed a light and refreshing breakfast in the Thyme house to break up the experience, which was nice to sit back and have a coffee in our robes. And the views were amazing… so peaceful! The place was beautiful and so calming since the moment we walked in… will definitely recommend to friends and family. Would love to try their spa treatments so we will definitely be back!

  • Tim E

Overcrowded. Every pool was overloaded. We had to keep bypassing pool after pool while more and more patrons arrived. Sadly we reported this, we were promised a call but nothing came. After trying the geothermal pools across the road and having a fantastic experience we thought we would see what ALBA had to offer. Over the phone, promises of no crowds and never overbooking was made at around $400 (2 adults, 2 kids)Yes they have spent a pretty penny on the fit out that looks more like a modern museum or a campus but they have left the experience lacking. We were surprised to find out not all pools are geothermic but just heated pools.

  • Stan Veloutsos

The new hot spring venue is very beautiful and artistically decorated really well and modern. From the entrance to the change rooms to the outside pool areas, it was pleasing to be around. It’s a surprise and disappointment as to why there is no temperature information by each pool to help decide which you wish to go to, this was confusing as it had me walking around dipping my foot in everything trying to figure out what was warm, hot or cold. The staff were all friendly in my interactions and the place was clean. Thyme restaurant was nice, however highly overpriced with the food in my opinion, drinks were priced well.

  • Annabelle Hassall

Alba thermal springs was nothing I have ever experienced before. My sister booked the spring so I had no idea what I was arriving to. On first impressions I thought I was on the set of westworld, but found that it was much more relaxing and therapeutic. The architecture is stunning and the pools followed by the massage was super relaxing. The pools are especially great to disconnect and chat in with your friends. We decided to have lunch there at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals I had during my stay in Mornington peninsula. Definitely so glad we had this one on the itinerary - will be recommending to all.

  • Leung Mark

Have their Night Owl at special price $65 for 2 ppl. Nice experience . All staff were friendly and we enjoy our bathing . View was excellent . I can enjoy the sunset . Also visited the restaurant for light refreshment . Expected that it is little pricy . However taste was great . Tried their prawn toast fires and it was delicious . I appreciate their Dyson hairdryer . Where are some commend for their improvement : -label the temperature of the breathing pool -put some label on top of the shampoo , hair condition and shower gel as their lighting in the shower room is very weak . It’s hard to read the bottle label .

  • Eveline

The interiors, architecture and landscape of the springs are absolutely stunning with a minimalist aesthetic. The bath experience is pure luxury. The service is top-notch and the bathrooms are immaculate and spacious, lit by huge circular skylights. The entry fee covers everything incl. robs, towels and lockers - even the Dyson hairdryers! I took advantage of the Early Bird discount ($75pp), arriving at 8am and pretty much had the whole place to myself. It's less packed compared to the Peninsula Hot Springs, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I had the best nap after the visit!

  • Kira L

Modern, minimalistic hot springs in Mornington! They have 15 different pool areas with their own unique aesthetic. Some had jets, others overlooked scenery, some had interesting shapes - make sure to have a look around to see what is available. The vibe is very tranquil and intimate, so would mainly recommend for couples or smaller groups. They provide you with a locker, robe and towel on entry, so all you need to bring is yourself, swimwear and slippers! It is quite different in experience to the Peninsula hotsprings opposite, so give it a try :)

  • Mo Aviation 787

Best hot springs spa resort I have ever been too! Amazing modern facilities with calm relaxing music as you enter the reception. The smell from the candles and diffusers are really nice and smoothing. Massage therapist were very professional and excellent. Food at the restaurant 5 star quality. Every staff had a smile and provided amazing customer service. This place is just right for couples who want to relax. Certainly better that the other hot spring and far less crowded which is what I prefer. Brilliant job Alba!

  • Victoria Strong

This was an excellent experience and really good value for money. The 22 baths are naturally earth heated and they have a few different temperatures. They are terraced over a large area and I was lucky enough to go late afternoon so got to enjoy the sunset and stars. They close at 10pm and they have dinner options in the very well heated cafe. They also let people drink in the spas, in plastic glasses and plastic cocktail glasses. Very cool! The common areas are stunning. Highly recommended.

  • susan dodd

A couple of days away in Blairgowrie was made extra special by a visit to Alba. On arrival the architecture resonates luxury. (Very MONA esq) The luxurious experience continued throughout the entire day. With 22 different pools to relax and unwind in, all nestled in the beautiful landscape. The food at the restaurant was delicious alongside excellent presentation. The day was finished off with a calming meditation session. Definitely recommend you treat yourself to this uplifting experience.

  • kellsmore kim

Wow! What an experience my family and I had today. The interiors, architecture and landscape of the springs were simply stunning. The restaurant offered a simple but refreshing menu which is what you need after swimming in a hot spring. We enjoyed all the baths and found that they weren’t overcrowded, which was great! Another great option we saw today was the steam and sauna room and a cold pool which is great to cool off in. The kids loved it, and we will return during the holidays.

  • Tim Huggard

Brilliant thermal springs. Would highly recommend people to make the journey. Very minimalist design and the landscaping is really well done. Not too crowded, plenty of parking and a heap of different pools and experiences to choose from. Restaurant was actually pretty good too. Maybe I picked lucky? I had the swimmer crab crumpet as an entre, which was the highlight. Also had the chicken schnitzel which was also very good. Spoil yourself and enjoy a relaxing day with your partner!

  • Aust Bowy

A place to distress and relax the body. I personally recommend the Luna pool and the forest for the ability to lie down and the smell of minerals respectively. The staff were friendly and regularly checked the water quality which was nice to see. The complimentary robes and towel provided were also fluffy and had a pleasant texture. The showering elements were nice too with a machine to dry your wet clothes too was a nice touch. Thanks to Alba for such an amazing experience.

  • Bree Trewin

I recently spent a Monday with my friend at Alba day spa. All of the spa pools are ultra nice. The dry sauna has a great outlook and the plunge pools and cold long pool were great after the sauna. We also enjoyed lunch and sitting outside under an umbrella in the fluffy robes enjoying the scenery and it was not too crowded. The lovely staff also gave us an Alba candle to take away! Overall it was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’ll be back. Thank you

  • Julide Ersoy

On the 26/07/23 my husband and I had a spontaneous trip to alba spa, we paid $75 each; we both had a Centrelink concession card. The place was so quiet and so clean. The towels and robes were so soft and clean. We went for dinner and spent $112 for four Gluten free dinner. The sauna was my favourite. Thankyou for a lovely day. Ps. You guys should call up to make a booking it avoids any fees at the desk or online. Obviously not the surcharge for the holidays etc.

  • Mary

This place is just wow and i haven't stopped raving about it to my friends Highly recommend you try it out for yourself. Please do follow their conditions, by not bringing you phone with you in the spa area. It's meant to be a time out and relaxing space, make the most of it. We noticed quite a few people with mobile phones which was annoying. The onsite restaurant Thyme is also a treat to drop in for a healthy bite you eat, cocktails and wine are optional ;-)

  • H Woolfrey

At first it is quite afronting, the hot pools are set in the lair of an evil genius who intends to take over the world... But the staff set you at ease and are very caring about how you experience the pools. I would recommend you start with the salt pool experience and a nice glass of bubbles, it sets everything off with a smile... Clean and exceptionally well cared for, I would say Alba is the best thermal pools I have been to in Australia to date.

  • Hossy BK

It is a great place to refresh and relax your soul and body. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. However I tried their VIP which includes spa and oil massage. Everything was good except the therapist that was assigned for me, she had a bit long nails which caused some scratches on my back and my legs! I was expecting much better than what I got during the massage therapy. But overall it was great to experience such a nice place like there.

  • Ashford Edison Nikolaidis

Had an amazing time yesterday, the reservation had a bit of a mishap and was fixed straight away and i had the day/night exactly how i had it originally planned. Amazing service by all but would like to give a special thanks to a lovely worker who goes by the name Elise, she was so nice and helpful with me and my girlfriend. The pools tgemselves were awesome and very relaxing and i finished the night off in 'the terrace' private spa. Great time.

  • Graham R

An upmarket competitor to the hotsprings over the road. It was quite busy when we were here but it was a public holiday. The restaurant was really pricey for what you got, but the food was yummy, and I'd recommend some improved signage showing the temperatures of the various pools for bathers. The design of the venue is stunning though. I got some Mona vibes here. If they dropped the prices a little bit then this would be a 5 star review.

  • Lisa Fordham

Such a relaxing experience, we had the perfect day here! Every staff member was so lovely and helpful. We got the spa and 2 course lunch package it was incredible, we loved the food, and drinks. It was my partners bday, and they even added a candle on his desert. <3 An extra towel, at no extra charge. We couldn't believe how nice the bathrooms were also. We will definitely be back again soon! Thankyou Alba day spas for an amazing time!

  • Holly Thomas

Alba springs was lovely - we went on a Tuesday and it was very quiet with a lot of choice for pools. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The only negative points for me were that the food in the restaurant is quite fancy and we found some of the staff to be a bit patronising and overly formal for the relaxed setting so I didn’t feel at ease eating lunch. However overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely return.

  • Rosa Hidayat

This was what I expected and more! As you walked through the doors the atmosphere was very relaxing and very calm. We went and had the early riser entry, and it included a fluffy robe and towel. Don't forget your slippers from home! The space was clean and spacious. There are lots of heated pools, but can get a little crowded during busy times (10am onwards) but it is worth the experience! Would definitely come visit again!

  • Melissa Morris

We visited on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed the facilities. Unfortunately it ends there, we didn't love our experience as we found most baths overcrowded given the small sizing of them. The larger baths we did not get to experience as we witnessed couples getting quite intimate in them, and it was very off-putting. When we advised the reception on our departure, it was a fairly average response, so we will not be returning.

  • Samantha See

New place for hot spring. It's clean, amazing view, marvellous facilities, outstanding service and comfortable hot spring. They really trying their best to fulfill visitor/client wish for their convenient. Abit lack on their shower facilities. No direction for public to queue for shower. The food place was great. Really love it. For sure will recommend to all friends and family. Looking forward to come again

  • Jason Webber

The pools are small there's no real theme or temperature ️ been in the open is nice and peaceful however lots of people with sunscreen so the natural environment and experience suffered. The saunas were not that hot. This set up would work on a clear day but would be cold ❄️ on a wet day. They have spent the money to make it classy but left out the important things that make it a spa. The staff are amazing.

  • Seisia Lee

From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is wonderful with welcoming staff. The entirety of the thermal springs was aesthetic from top to bottom and the bathes were wonderful. We did the early bathers time slot and it was great as the baths weren’t overly busy which is a huge positive. Plenty of hot springs to try along with plunge pools, cafe and steam rooms. Highly recommend for a sophisticated experience.

  • Simon Ballekom

My wife took me here for my birthday. Neither of us had been before. Yvonne and the staff were all exceptional, making us feel welcome. The facility was quite modern and clean with plenty of open space to relax, both in the mineral pools and around the area. The hot chocolate by the fire pit was a perfect way to finish the night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and relax.

  • Katie Ruthven

Serene bathing experience, with beautifully designed facilities and walkways. Highly recommend for a day trip, you can stay as long as you like, it's especially magical at night. The food at the restaurant is very overpriced though and service is often slow. The more affordable snack bar outside isn't always open, but I'd recommend getting smaller food from there rather than sitting down for a full meal.

  • Varsha Rags

Second time around still love this place but it could turned into a very expensive version of the peninsula hot springs if they don’t manage the crowds Food: The food is of course expensive but they have a captive audience but it’s tasty and does not disappoint. Pro tip ask the waiter about the sizing before order some dishes are pretty small. Highly recommend the chips with green chillie mayo ! So yum.

  • Ed

Absolutely stunning place but there are a few shortcomings. The pools are relatively small and intimate but get very crowded as a result. Would be great on a hot day as many of the pools are not particularly thermal. As already mentioned a lack of info about pool temps certainly makes it a challenge to find the warm ones. Fortunately the water testing guy pointed us in the direction of the warm pools.

  • Sandi Grace

Wow! Just wow. This place is amazing. Next level up! Waited for ages to be served but once we were the customer service was excellent. Such a beautiful location and building. So impressive. So tranquil. Was spoilt and visited the private bathing. We were outdoors and ordered from the menu. Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely could have stayed here all day!! Amazing experience and highly recommend.

  • Shruti Lad

My partner and I visited at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The space was really beautiful and will look great in a year when the foliage has grown. We really enjoyed the steam room/cold plunge/sauna and repeated this a few times. The temperatures of the pools weren’t listed in signs so sometimes it too a while to figure out where to go. Downside was people using their phones and ruining the ambience.

  • Janine Chan

Had a great experience at Alba. We felt so calm the moment we walked in, the interior and exteriors are well designed and made the space feel clean and spacious. There are plenty of pools so it didn’t feel crowded. We had the 2 course meal at the restaurant. The staff were really attentive and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend Alba for a relaxing hot springs experience

  • Cici Wright

Relaxing, peaceful and got a pool to ourselves a majority of the time. We went on a Sunday evening and it was the perfect way to end the weekend. It feels luxurious, the robes are fluffy and the aesthetic is sleek and modern. Slightly more expensive than it’s rivals but worth the extra money for the relaxed feel. Would definitely recommend a trip out here, nice way to warm up in winter.

  • Pippa Keeghan

Nice and quiet compared to another close by springs. A lot more of a man made feel though, which isn't a bad thing, just a different environment. Seemed more of an adult retreat, despite allowing children, which was a nice thing not to be overrun with children when trying to have a break from them! Staff were very professional and friendly. Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

  • Miles Tsoi

View is good. Well architecture design. However rooms to improve like bath robe are nothing absorbant at all, which makes it very cold at such windy environment. Opening hour of the restaurant and the outdoor food bar are so strange. Restaurant close at 11am but nothing can be order arround 1030. However, the food bar is only open until 11am. Between them, nothing will be served.

  • Cat B

This place is perfection. The architecture, the service, the layout of the pools. Each pool has a different aspect across the gardens, and different temperatures. Do yourself a favour - get up early, and enjoy the place to yourself (pretty much). With your entry, you get a locker, towel and a robe. The bathrooms are lovely - nice products in the shower, and Dyson hair dryers.

  • Scout

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Alba. It’s located in a tranquil location & is stunningly beautifully designed in its natural setting. While your body relaxes in the warm thermal springs the songs of birds calm your mind. The Asian fusion meal was delicious. The staff are all lovely & attentive. The other Hotsprings nearby are too noisy & crowded. Do yourself a favour & go.

  • Solomon Kaplan

Beautiful place with 22 gorgeous hot springs jpools. The whole place is architecturally amazing. Everyone is in white bathrobe, looks almost dystopian but comfortable and appropriate. Food in the restaurant is great, tasty and beautifully presented. Service however was painfully slow. We had to continuously ask someone for service. Seemed understaffed. Great day out.

  • Eva

Such a beautiful tranquil space, wish they would show how hot in degrees each spa was but I appreciate the minimalism. I really enjoyed and steam room and dry sauna!! Not many people when we went on a weekday so a lot of the time we got a whole pool to ourselves, facility is top knotch clean with around the clock cleaners all day, this I can definitely appreciate.

  • Jade Wahalathanthrige

Beautiful place for hotsprings and food was amazing!!!! We could not take photos cos they dont advise us to bring phones inside for a more peaceful and wonderful experience, which i completely agree. Theres not much people, which is nice cos its not packed and crazy in the pools. They have nice facility. the restaurant is a must try! high recommend this place

  • Judi Everett

We had a simply wonderful experience at Alba Spa. On arriving the staff were very welcoming and this continued on throughout the day both in the restaurant and in the meditation room. We found the natural settings of the pools so relaxing and the landscaping was so well done. Our lunch was beautiful and we would thoroughly recommend Alba to others.

  • Stephen

Great new venue. Love the discreet architecture and design. Lots of space. Staff are fantastic. Great spas some with good views. Body felt amazing after the recuperating powers of the minerals salts. Showers are great Cafe was a real highlight. The food was great. One entree was top 10 I've ever had. High praise. Deserved. Just a great day out.

  • Ros Hardy

Amazing experience. We went on Monday which was a great time to go and it was not busy. Such an air of luxury. Plush complimentary bath robes were much appreciated. Restaurant was outstanding. Fabulous range of pools, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend Alba if you are looking for a day just to escape or relax or restore or celebrate.

  • Adeline Ting

This became my all time favourite place in Melbourne. The architecture, the customer service, the facilities was absolutely top notch! The scenery was incredibly beautiful. My partner and I enjoyed every single moment we were there and we felt completely relaxed after our first visit. It was a very memorable experience!

  • BRAT Local

Early bird is Defs the way to go! Arrive 8am and it’s nice and empty. Enjoyed a few hours with pools to yourself before it started getting packed around 11am. This was midweek Wednesday. Was relaxing we enjoyed the variety, sauna and cold plunge. Wish there was another cold plunge but overall amazing experience. Would recommend.

  • Pharsa

Amazing night experience share with my partner in Alba♨️ I feeling Peace &Quite in there no naughty kids just enjoy this moment. The night like totally crystal clear purple germ , hot spring warm my tense body give me power and balance my mind. Good Customer service ,Modern Atmosphere and hygiene locker room .Thanks Alba …

  • Warren Kok

What a gorgeous facility! Overall rating 9.2/10 One of the best geothermal hot spring experiences complete with facials and massages along with hamman spa in Australia right in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula region.. Superb! And the food here at Thyme is just simple fantastic.. what can i say! loveit

  • Alexander Wendt

Cool contemporary design. Pools were nice though a temperature listing would be nice next to the pool. Also seems to be a lot of unused space and more light on the paths at night would be good. The restaurant was real nice (if expensive) with good food. This is definitely more geared towards adults than kids.

  • C GS

Beautiful Beautiful architecture and surrounds, the bathing experiences were relaxing, serene and the perfect way to unwind and release stress. Thyme restaurant was fantastic, food and service 5 stars and the highlight was dining in our bathrobes! Highly recommend Alba Thermal Springs, can't wait to be back!

  • Sharron Life experiences

We had a package which was the thermal springs and then a couples bath. Great place to go not as busy as others in the area and a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly Yvonne made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend the extra bath or massage that area is so peaceful. Left Alba completely relaxed.

  • Francis Ferriols

Attended at the perfect weather being 23 degree partly cloudy most of the morning. The terrace was an absolute feat where you are able to share a private and intimate experience. The architecture and landscape complimented one another which that “sense of space”. Came out very rejuvenated!

  • Dimitri Riganas

Amazing Experience, Large selection of pools to bathe in followed by 2 nice cold plunge pools, still using 100% geo-thermal water and refrigerated which was invigorating. Followed by a very spacious Sauna and Steam Room. Overall all a 10/10 experience, will definately be returning

  • Alice Kim

It was absolutely one of the best spa and hot spring experiences I've had. Not crowded at all and no children running around. It gives you a great relaxing atmosphere to unwind and enjoy. 100% recommended. Special thanks to Adrian and James for our amazing massage experience …

  • Yan Lai (RandomRabbit)

This is the place that you can relax yourself! Super clean pool and spring! It is a hot spring with amazing view and natural The spring are very similar to each other. I wish they have more spring option to make it more interesting. But overall is great option to chill and go away.

  • Somm

For hot spring - Early riser is probably the best decision coming here. From 11am started to get busy and too many people to enjoy the experience. Recommended do the private bathing instead. We will be coming back to do the spa and massage plus other services another time soon

  • Amanda King

First time at Alba, absolutely gorgeous. Design is beautiful, plantings look great and will be amazing in a few years. Staff at the coffee/ bar outside restaurant were lovely. Gardener was very thoughtful and picked up my fallen robe and popped back on hook as he passed it.

  • L

Beautiful sunsets at the top of the waterfall. They provide bath robes and towel. Bring thongs. Need to be comfortable sharing the pool with others with general admission and some groups are loud. Womens sanitary bins were full which was gross. Otherwise a nice experience.

  • Albert Hernando

You will feel so relaxed and comfortable here. A bit quieter than the other place. The dining restaurant is beautiful and the best part is you can get in with just their provided robe straight away from the bathing area. After dining, we can get back to bathing area again.

  • Eddy K

Such an amazing experience definitely worth the trip down. Only caveat is that it was very crowded as it was a school holiday. Lunch at thyme was delicious and so much better than expected. Portions were generous and everything was cooked well. Would recommend.

  • Tee Ngata

This place is beautiful. The staff are friendly, professional and personable. Highly recommend the restaurant Thyme and The Clouds. It was raining today, but I really enjoyed it. Definitely check the map to see which are the warmest pools for the cooler days

  • A. L

We had a very relaxing experience in Alba! My 1yo and 5yo daughters enjoyed the hot springs very much and didn't want to leave. The food tasted amazing in Thyme the restaurant next to the hot springs, every single dish was delicious! Can't wait to be back

  • Mia Goreng

Absolutely loved alba - a lot more tranquil and less people. The bathing experience was great with the variety of pools of varying temperatures. Absolutely loved the bathrobe - so fluffy and soft. The restaurant also has some delicious food and beverages
