I would like to share my negative experience visiting this store. I am extremely disappointed and cannot overlook the rude treatment of customers and the violation of consumer rights that I witnessed. Firstly, the store staff displayed a complete lack of respect towards the customers. They were impolite, rude, and showed no interest in assisting or serving. It took me several minutes to seek help, and when I approached a salesperson with a question, they waved me off and walked away, completely ignoring my request. Furthermore, I believe the store is violating consumer rights. When I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I purchased and turned out to be uncomfortable, I was told that returns were not possible, even though the item was unworn and had all the original tags and packaging. This is a blatant violation of my rights as a consumer, and I was deeply disappointed with such an attitude. Overall, the shoe store provides a terrible shopping experience. The rude behavior of the staff and the violation of consumer rights make it unacceptable to visit. I do not recommend this store to anyone and will happily find another place to buy shoes where I will be treated with proper respect and my rights will be protected.

Schreckliches Personal! Nicht alle natürlich, als ich Schuhe hier bestellt habe hat mich nette Verkäuferin ( Zypriotin) bedient. Heute bin ich gekommen um die Schuhe abzuholen und bin beschimpft worden von eine Verkäuferin die selbst Ausländerin ist , das mein Englisch schlecht sei usw… sie wollte mir Schuhe nicht mal zum anprobieren geben und war allgemein sehr sehr unfreundlich, wahrscheinlich weil ich sie gestört habe - sie hat sich im Laden mit ihre Freundin unterhalten hat . Ich frage mich, wie kann man solche Leute im Verkauf einstellen??? Ich bin 30 Minuten zum laufen gelaufen und habe dann so ein Zirkus erlebt und nach Hause gegangen ohne Schuhe
