The manager Gianell is rude and ineffective. The digital ads are difficult to use and the rules aren't clearly stated. The staff also doesn't understand them. I had three workers give me different reasons of why my digital add wasn't coming up including having me run back and forth to get extra bags of chips. Finally the manager was called she was very rude and said we must have used it. This is possible, I have multiple family members using the same account because we didn't realize it would limit our ability to use the advertised sales prices. It also says nowhere on the ad that there's a limit on the amount of times it can be used. I mentioned this to the manager that they should include on the signs stating that it's a one time use so people understand. She told me to call corporate, it's not her job. She's just plain lazy and unpleasant I don't understand how she became manager I guess businesses are desperate for ANY workers they can get.

New development about Albertsons. Once again my daughter was checking out and the cashier, Cynthia asked my daughter a question and when my daughter replied the cashier said, "i didnt hear what you said, it sounded like blah blah blah". How inappropriate its that? My daughter has no teeth due to a condition. The proper response should ha e been..."excuse me, i did not hear you". My daughter who has a disability has been treated horrible while working in the Deli. The day and afternoon managers have been accusing her of things she has not done and now the manager of the store says she was eating "on the floor". Mr manager take a closer look at your employees in Deli. I see the manager, Cindy eating back there all the time. I also see and hear them gossiping and on their phones and they have the nerve to tell my daughter that she is not performing well. Maybe if your managers were trained better things would run smoother.

I don’t know if it’s just the side or town or what but this is the most hostile grocery store towards trans/queer folk I’ve been to in this city, hateful/disgusted stares from employees and customers, asking for help is met with annoyed and frustrated short unhelpful answers,isles are crowded employees act like you’re in the way. Today over heard two employee talking about how much they can’t stand people on ebt because “they’re working so should everyone else “ some of us can’t. I’m avoiding this place in the future, suggest other queer folk do the same.

Clean and well stocked. The pharmacy lines move much quicker than Walgreens or CVS, though the selection of vitamins and supplements isn't as good. The gluten-free section could use variation as well. The produce section is well organized but could also use a bigger selection of products. Though, I will say the staff was very helpful in locating a good substitution for what I was looking for :)

VERY VERY Disappointed at the flowers I received from Albertsons yesterday. Not only did they send the completely wrong arrangement from what was ordered, it was also full of dead flowers and greenery. My incredible surprise was completely ruined by this complete lack of care when someone thought this was a good idea to let out the door. Not cool at all.

Big store with Lots of choices. Very strange layout and difficult to find things, as the groceries are not logically organized or grouped. Dairy supplies, for example, are scattered from one end of the store to another. I like to get my refrigerator items last, but it is not possible in this store.

Overall, this store is declining significantly in customer service. Perhaps the merger will make a difference in how the store is managed. I am forced to go out of my way to drive to the store at Cottonwood to avoid the store at Riverside Plaza. Hopefully it will improve with the merger.

This is a regular type of Albertsons with both self check out and cashier assistance check out. Prices were reasonable for the most part except for the eggs which seems to be the case everywhere else. Also found a new drink called Kuii and definitely one you need to try.

Here You can find a Hot Food Bar, with ready to go food even Lottery. There is also a Sushi section. And Oh 'שלום ' there is a Kosher section a tiny one, but its here, and the same can be said for vegan items. Helpful staff, well at least the ones I met.

Bailey and manager extremely rude. Manager implied I couldn’t read. Bailey ignored me when I apologized for the situation and then when I explained that to manager Bailey called me a liar!! Customer service skills need major improvement.

Terrific grocery market. Fully stocked. Meat and fish section very nice and fresh, produce section is fine, but not great. Selection of greens is low. Employees are quick to help. Check out process is fantastic …

They have great value packs of meat.We got a tray with 4 burgers, chicken thighs, chicken breasts, and pork chops for $20. Also tried a chocolate cake and it was delicious. Bakery lady was very helpful.

Great selection and fresh produce, but overly crowded for now the store is deigned. Many small choke points that make the store difficult to navigate.
