As mentioned before to Albertsons Corporate about the front end of this store being dirty and not maintained like it should be and getting a response back from corporate and the store itself about how the store is maintained on its cleanliness; have not seen much improvement in the couple times that I have been back to this store so now it's time to make this public. How hard is it for one person to take care of their direct area to maintain it throughout their shift?, Also when it comes to the Deli department when coming in here towards the afternoon and looking at the hot food area with many times the food at this area looks like it's been sitting there and not touched, dry, burnt and left there for no one to buy or a employee to change out or to even take the old food out of the area. This has to be a management problem in this store that fails to overlook the cleanliness and freshness of there products and is ignorant about what a lot of their staff does during the day. Also had seen on your website about this company having competitive wages and at the same time this location itself having several new faces in the door on a weekly bases. Have to ask, is that because of how management treats the staff or because of competitive wages of other places paying a higher wage for the same level position? Would be nice if the general public had made a bit more noise about this with this location as well as company wide about issues they see on a regular bases at this location as well as across other stores they may frequent.
The new Albertsons in Centennial Hills is very nice, however, they never sent out any flyers in the mail, announcing the grand opening and maybe a coupon for a free item. The past two times we have been in the store, it's been practically dead. Probably because the majority of the community does not see it open or know it's open, as there are other areas still under construction. They should have sent out a grand opening flyer or something. Kind of stupid, as the new Grand Smith's in Sky Canyon made it well known. As for the store, again, it's very nice, but for a new store, it's not better than the two in Summerlin, Town Center and West Charleston. Certainly much better from dumpy Cheyenne and Rampart. The salad and hot food bar looked really good. The Starbucks inside is really nice. The fill your own water machine is inside by the registers, but should have been 2 machines in the entry way, where you get the carts, as Summerlin has. The one machine is a joke, crummy location and needs to be on the inside entry. All in all, the new store is nice, but they need to be on top of their game with that Grand Smith's a few minutes away, at Sky Canyon. This new Albertsons for now is going to be rated a 3 until things shake out a bit and really see where this store is going. Have now been observing the past few weeks. Great store, lots of items and clean. The new Albertsons gets 5 stars now.
Do not shop at this Albertsons (or any for that matter). Concerns were brought up about the bar going in this shopping center because of the risk it posed to students walking to and from school/school events. The lawyer for the project specifically said in the commission meeting that if the bar was not allowed to go in that Albertsons would pull out of the project. A representative from Albertsons was present at that meeting and did not dispute that this was the case. Apparently Albertsons thinks it needs a bar to attract business (given their markups you would probably have to be drunk to shop there, but that’s a different discussion). Having this bar there puts children’s lives in danger. This was brought up and apparently they have no problems putting children’s lives at risk for their profit margins. If anyone doubts that what I say is not true, you can search the city planning commission/city council archives and watch the video for yourselves. I believe the date of the city council meeting date Feb 15, 2017 or the Planning Commission meeting dated Jan 10, 2017.
This is my favorite grocery store, and not just because it's the closest to my house. It's not so big to the point where I cannot find what I need, and yet I can get pretty much everything that I need from here. There is a good selection of plant-based and vegan options, which is important to me and my family. They almost always have WIC items in stock, however you cannot use self-checkout here for your WIC items. Everyone is super helpful and nice. Customers are very good about social distancing and wearing masks, and you can tell that the store is kept clean. I prefer to go to the Starbucks inside of this store instead of a stand-alone Starbucks. Their service is amazing, there's hardly any wait, and they always have a good stock of items, plus you can use your Starbucks stars on merchandise here. Shout-out to Lorena for always being so helpful and kind. I go out of my way to get in her checkout lane because she's always so sweet to me.
I was in today to grab lunch for the week in the deli section. I went to the cold meats and wanted to get shredded chicken. But when I grabbed the box and It said sell by March 15. Mind you its March 19th at 1250. So I tried the next box. This time it was the 18th. I tried another box 16th. At this point I decided that I didn't want the chicken anymore. So I grabbed the full rack of chilled St. Louis ribs. That was dated sell by the 17th. NOPE. So I then went to the Grilled chicken again sell by the 18th. At this point I had to notify staff. After notifying a deli team member I helped her remove onto a cart over 20 items. The deli was very apologetic and even made me a new chilled St. Louis rib. But I decided against the meats. I know they are new, and I know they have to work out the kinks. I will definitely give it another shot but I'll have to give them some time.
I have been customer for years at Albertsons . I was shopping Sunday afternoon with my three dogs. My dogs been always going everywhere with me , two of them registered service animals. My other dog I just rescued from shelter. I am waiting for her to finished her training and she’s going to be a service animal as well. But obviously some woman have a problem with my dogs and I got kicked out from Albertson with my dogs. I don’t appreciate it the behavior and the action was done against to me and my dogs, especially my dogs didn’t do anything to nobody. I will never will be shopping in North Hualapai Albertson. It is too much hate going in. Zero stars for Albertson and also for the guy ,he was so rude to me.
What a beautiful store! It's bigger than it looks from the outside. Open 24 hours (which is rare anymore), thank goodness! A welcome addition to the northwest, this Albertsons store opened March 13, 2019, and aims to keep their standards high. Clean, brightly lit, and a large selection of items. There's an olive bar, a sushi bar, Starbucks, and a REDBOX!! Finally, one close to Providence. With The store being opened 24 hours, you can get your Blu-ray fix even 3 in the morning! The staff here is incredibly friendly. I look forward to getting to know them as they're part of the neighborhood now.
I am so impressed with the Albertson's staff's integrity and helpfulness. I requested cash back during my self check-out transaction 2 days ago. Today, I realized that I inadvertently left the checkout without pulling my money from the dispenser. I called and talked to Darren. He got my name and number and minutes later I rec'd a call from Kristie (sorry, I may be remembering her name incorrectly). Anyway, they had put my money aside and it is in their safe awaiting me to pick it up. Thank you Hualapai Albertson's team! I appreciate your honesty and diligence!
Beautiful store...but watch to make sure your coupons go through. The items I scanned and loaded to my card, only a few went through. Went to customer service and the girl working acted like I was lying about the size of product or I didnt load correctly (when it was in front of her face) I always make sure the sizes are right and don't go over the limit. They ended up owing me almost $8.00 Frustrating experience..think I'll stick with Smith's where I know the coupons and sales work correctly and customer service doesnt treat you bad when its their mistake
Albertsons seems to always have fresh-looking produce and have products that you can't seem to find at other grocery stores. However, I feel that the biggest drawback to Albertsons is the price - though it's not outrageously expensive to shop here. I don't shop here often, but whenever I visit, the store is kept clean. I definitely hate coming here close to dinner time because the parking lot gets so congested due to customers coming here and other businesses utilizing the same parking lot. Aside from that, I have no major issues with this store.
DON’T SHOP HERE!!! Rude racist employees. I was refused help do to a NON EXISTING policy. The old lady at customer service Tami S. Refused to give me my produce back to continue my shopping. Then I was followed around the store by the incompetent store manager Tom and other associates. It’s sad that in 2023 as a African American I had to experience being followed around a grocery store and refused help. The minimum wage workers here are miserable and rude. I will NEVER give this underwhelming place any business EVER.
Beautiful store, well laid-out and very well stocked. The deli area is particularly impressive, and the Starbucks is spacious and filled with natural light. It's smaller than most Albertsons, but I feel the store doesn't lose anything for it. The only issue here is the blinding sun in the produce area in late afternoon; they desperately need heavy tint on the large main windows. It was so bright I could barely look towards the front of the store when I was browsing the produce. Other than that, great store!
Normally, I try to avoid Albertsons because they are so overpriced in comparison to Smith's, Sprouts, and sometimes Whole Foods believe it or not. However, I needed some sauce for my sandwich and figured, one thing wouldn't break me. Luckily, I found something on sale for 2 for $5. The store was clean, well organized, and the cashier was friendly. This store is MUCH newer and cleaner than the one on Cheyenne. Even though, I never get my groceries here, this is a good option if you only need one or 2 things.
Great store, great staff... should be 5 star. But your app is equal to a bate and switch. Once again when I checked my receipt I have paid more than your advertised price. This happens weekly. Such a shame. Why is it the other large chain market, Smiths does not have this issue with their apps. If every customer pays between 1 to 5 dollars more a visit multiplied by every app user.....this should start a state/federal investigation into the honesty of this corporation.
This was the grand opening of the newest Albertsons in the valley. It was very clean and had many more choices of brands than my usual location. A huge Starbucks was in the store with lots of seating. I was a bit frustrated that some items on my list were off the shelves without any in the back areas. I'll be trying the store again. Watch out for the 15 items or less signs at checkout. They blend into the posts holding the signs - you will miss them.
Had to have my order re shopped after contacting Albertsons on the App because the delivery service that is used had decided to deliver to a different address not provided to them. After contacting the store everything was finally delivered and was told during that conversation that this is a frequent problem. Leaves the question of if this is a frequent problem, maybe its time for this company to find a different service provider for delivery.
Seriously? You have a pharmacist who goes against HIPAA rights. Talking about the customers who call the Pharmacy asking for information. Talking about them to other people and making it public you're criticizing people for their choices on yes or no for the covid vaccine. If a customer requires a covid test for their place of employment, it's none of your business. Nor the place of a Pharmacist to spread a customers private information.
Good location, it's a bit of a smaller store I think but I could be wrong. Great alcohol selection! Prices of everything else is a bit on the higher side compared to Smith's but this is "in" the neighborhood almost so it's a quick and easy stop. Staff is friendly enough and have been helpful the few times I've had interactions. The parking lot is a madhouse but that's normal these days. Great parking spot for "pick-up" groceries though!
I love this place. This place is very huge. It's like the supermarket of Albertson's. They have a whole aisle just for wines. They even have a lock room for special and branded ones. Next aisle is other alcohol like liquors and beers. They have a bakery and sushi section where consumers can order some party packs. There's also a Starbucks inside. Bathroom was maintained clean. At the very end of the store there is a clearance cabinet.
While driving through the parking lot a young, white, male employee riding the electric cart looked directly at me, stepped out of the cart and began talking to another young, white male employee blocking my path to the Curbside parking spaces. Angry, I told the third young man who delivered my groceries about the incident. His response was “thanks for the tip.” Dual meaning or not nothing has been done…
This is a very nice Albertsons. It is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and inviting. They have self check out kiosks to make life easier as well as regular cashiers. They have a huge organic section for fresh veggies. A large bakery section with fresh pastries and you can order custom cakes. They have a good butcher as well for meat. There is a starbucks as well inside the grocery store.
The deli people are in their own world. You want some sliced meat? Prepare to be ignored. However, if you want meat service, they are awesome! I think the meat counter should train the deli people! They give steak suggestions and try to save me money. They always try to upsell (I'm in sales so I recognize) and the Deli people want you out of their hair. Go to Smith's for a better deli experience.
I tried telling the management at this location about their employee literally looking into and taking pictures of items on the inside of multiple customer vehicles and got completely dismissed. Safe to say if you go to this location keep an eye out and as always lock your doors and dont leave any valuable items laying out. Oh and dont expect any help from the management.
This location is conveniently located off the N. Hualapai 215 exit near the Providence and Skye Canyon communities in NW Las Vegas. Good to see a newer major market closer than going to Durango or Smiths. It has a small town store feel and friendly staff. Parking is ample and close to the entrance. Get the Albertsons app or rewards card for more surprise savings.
This is a beautiful, well stocked, well staffed Albertsons. I'm deducting two stars because it has a critical flaw which is almost unbelievable in 2021; this location only has six self-checkout kiosks... How is it that they can't get with the times and match their closest competitor, Smith's? The lines are usually abysmal as result of this ridiculous oversight...
Really enjoyed this new Albertson's. I normally wouldn't have went to this location being almost 6 miles from my home when I have one less then 1 mile gettin my house. I went because I had gotten some great coupons for .99cent water and cereal. They had better bakery selection then my Albertson's self checkout. I definitely will be going there again.
I usually shop at the farm location even though it’s further and will moving forward which is too bad. Their quality is terrible from the deli and bakery. Two times I’ve bought chicken tenders and they were old and dry. I bought in store tortilla chips which I love and they’re stale and salty. This store needs higher standards to match their prices.
I'm a frequent shopper.. They have awesome employees, great salad & hot bar, very clean, & never too busy in the parking lot or at checkout. Lost my wallet there and they called me to pick it up. I hear that Albertsons is expensive, but I only buy items when the price is reduced with the benefit of getting reduced gas prices and free food.
Very nice store. Clean, well stocked, good variety. Departments and aisles are well marked. Empty checkout lanes with the cashiers standing in front letting you know they're open with no waiting. Starbucks employee was by herself but she was friendly, quick and didn't ignore the next customer in line even though she was preparing a drink.
This is a really nice newer store. They have great departments. I’m also thankful for their expanded vegan section in the produce department that has cheeses, “meats”, etc. They carry items that the other local stores do not. My only complaint is the self checkout only has four registers. There is *always* a line at the regular registers.
This store exemplifies what Customer Service should be at EVERY company. Clean, spacious, but most of all the most welcoming staff - willing to listen to your request. Micah at self-check out actually taught us the most amazing tricks for the App and didn't rush! He personifies excellent customer service! Gracias! Thanks!
Lavonne is the kindest most caring person my husband and I ever encountered inside the store. She should be given employee of the month or even year. Her customer service skills is amazing. She's just so genuine and so nice. She Made the end of our shopping trip very pleasant. Thank you Lavonne for being so sweet. ❤️
Great employees. Very high quality produce, meats, and other fresh food. Easy access because of a super location. This Albertsons and a Smith’s are both the same distance from my house, and I occasionally go to Smith’s, but I consistently find myself preferring Albertson’s. You’ll like it, I’ll bet. :-)
The fact is that there is no bar at this Albertsons in fact it is small and has a parking lot the size more suited for a seven eleven. The store is great for convenience but is not for me on a Saturday or Sunday shopping trip. Trying to fit an airplane in a 2 car garage oops way to big for the space!
I shop all over - Albertsons, Smiths, Vons and LaBonita, too. All have great groceries, produce, meats and seafood. So, I shop the sale items and compare sale price. That's why Albertsons is top notch! Their sales are on useful household and items families use a lot! Way to go, Albertsons. …
This place has the beeest brownies! The staff are very friendly, it’s very clean, returns have never been a problem. One day they were all out of the soda I like. 12 packs for $1.88 max 4. They took my info and made sure I still got the discount for when I went back the sale being over. Great store!
Awsome new store! Their wine department would rival any liquor store. The Cellar is temperature controlled and very well stocked. In the Pharmacy department all the shelving is lighted and that made it easy to find items. This was a fun experence I look forward to shopping more at this new location
The mobile order service at this location is awful, instead of them sticking with the brands you request they always substitute with their signature brand without notifying the customer or seeing what I asked for substitute. I had cancel the entire order because of how rude the employee was being.
The digital clip coupons are a great money saver. But rice a roni is a crazy 25% higher than Winco. Same with lots of stuff. Just watch for sales. It's a tough time for families on a shopping budget. The check out clerks are VERY helpful while I'm still learning how to navigate the mobil app.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love how people have adapted and are complying with the covid rules. The store is very clean and easy to maneuver around in. The food is fresh and inviting! Special thanks to our Albertson's Heros especially to Caitlyn who was especially helpful!
Great new store. It is huge and very clean. The staff was friendly and the layout made sense. They have a huge salad bar and fresh sub shop for easy meals on the go. They do not have clothes like the Smith's marketplace down the street. They have the staple Starbucks up front as well.
The items that I was going in for because of on-line coupons were unavailable and out of stock. But the store is Big roomy spacious and employees very helpful, however Albertsons and Vons have higher than necessary prices. I guess we have to pay for shopping in a very very nice store
Called to speak with pharmacist. No one picks up at this point 18 min into call to even say "please hold". Not first time. When I've gone in to pick up my meds too often phone just rings. I get busy but you can at least acknowledge the caller. They just don't even pretend to care.
Great store. The meat department is very good compared to other Albertsons I’ve shopped at. Staff is super nice and helpful. The deli staff is wonderful. I recognized one of the managers from my prior Albertsons which would explain why that store has slipped and this one rocks!
a lot of seletion of wine-nt big but pretty good seletion here- but these days lot of suff increase price little by little every few days (probably any other market price go up too-but why? gas price doesnt go up any more ,cut down employees — but why food price still go up??
This is the nicest Albertsons in Vegas. It's pretty new, and it's HUGE. No matter how early I get here, at least one cashier lane is open. Bonus: They trust their customers enough not to lock up the liquor. (I'm looking at you, Sky Pointe Vons and Skye Canyon Smith's.)
First time shopping at this location. Very nice, clean and well organized. The deli section was checked regularly. Large selection of goods and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I stay in the area I will continue to shop there. Found everything I needed.
Be careful when buying pre bagged potatoes, opened a bag just bought and one was past rotten, brought them back, was given a bag with golf ball sizes. Picked another bag but it also had a few rotten ones, at that point I just picked up loose ones from a pile.
Store was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful, but we purchased crab legs and we all know they are very expensive and they were so salty we couldn't even eat them.will probably never buy them there again.. probably a supplier issue but still..
It's a fantastic store. Very clean and organized. People are friendly and always helpful. The staff goes out of there way to make you feel welcome and will assist you with your needs. I love this store, it's has easily become my new favorite place to shop.
Great store, very clean, helpful staff:also great prices including their weekly sale. During these times of the virus, please respect their safety and mask up. They were there for us, and it's only a MINOR inconvenience to wear one. They have families too.
I came here for the starbucks to get a quick coffee and a frap for my daughter, but there was only one employee working behind the counter, and two kids were sitting on the dining area tables without masks. Drinks were fine but most likely wouldnt go back.
Great store, all staff except for one particular pharmacist are very friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and carts are stocked! Self checkout always runs smoothly, bakery and deli are fast and helpful. My favorite local grocery store.
Okay so if they have issues with coupons or anything app related Albertsons goes above and beyond to fix it. The managers didn't have to but they did and I am appreciative of that. Staff is always helpful and kind. Thank you thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Is a very clean and bright location. i like that i get off from the 215 and is right there. I feel is a little small since covid i like to keep my distance but is hard since all the hallways are small and it's get crowded at times. …
Eh, they're without question way more expensive than Smith's. Their fresh sliced fruit is better and surprisingly cheaper and their stores laid out nice and clean, but other than that, I'll do my major shopping at Smith's and save money.
Mike in the meat and seafood department was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted and suggested other things. He was very helpful and really made me feel welcome in this store. I’ll return just because of him.
Albertsons on Hualipai is my go to for the best flower arrangements. I have never been disappointed. They are always fresh and beautiful. The picture I have isn't the best since it's next to other flowers. 5 stars for sure
I can never find what I need. Maybe the aisle names need updating.. I walked up-and-down trying to find one more item and couldn't find an employee to help me. Not to mention, their berries always seem very old and dingy.
Love this Albertsons... The quality of their food is best I have seen in a long time across the valley. Been in Las Vegas 22 yrs.. I will travel from the southwest to shop here. Clean, courtesy of the employees 5 stars.
It's one of the main grocery stores in Vegas. Download the app. You'll get points and discounts 9f some items. There's a Starbucks in most of them and some gaming. The people who work there have been helpful and nice.
Dropped my rating down to 2 stars mainly because they always seem to be out of pasta and other foods since March 2020. Most of the stuff I am looking for would need another trip to Smith's to get. Really disappointed.
Very clean modern store. Has food on the go and variety also. Well organized. Lots of parking spaces even though they share it with a about 15 other businesses. Will definitely make a stop every time I need something
weekly sales items are really great buys, and the just4U sales are incredible. The deli meats are always fresh and very good quality.Employees are always on top of everything and friendly.Love this store . Maxine.
Very nice store. Fairly new, but it's coming along nicely. Extremely friendly helpful staff. I'm only taking one star away because the hot bar items sometimes are left a little too long and can be a bit dry.
Pros: makes it alot more convenient for people in this area. Other Albertsons was over crowed due to lack of grocery stores near by. Very clean store. Cons: parking lot is smaller than typical grocery stores
Big shout out to Monigue and Chloe! They were such a big help and went above and beyond to find the product I was searching for. Great customer services these two girls are great assets to your team!
Layout is a little different than you'd expect, but they're always very clean. What I like most is that this store isn't always slamming busy. Great for a chef who likes quick constant in and out.
Great service at the self scan register. We had a few issues but the staff service person helped us each time and even coded in our coupons when we couldn't get our phone app to work. Nice job!
Thankfully open on Thanksgiving (till 5pm) when we found ourselves in a gravy emergency. Despite being at work on the holiday, the employees I encountered were all smiling and friendly.
Cake station her name is brandy,,, I think that how her name spell lol.. but I went there with my kids and she was so great to us... we liked her a lot she just has a great personality!
This store above all has the cleanest restroom more clean than most people's houses are I love it here and the customer service is fantastic good job at this Albertsons store
I so enjoy shopping at the Hualapai Way store. The store is clean, well stocked shelves and always friendly, helpful staff! Happy to have such a nice neighborhood store!!
Best Albertsons in Vegas. Very well stocked, good size meat department, friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Has everything you need! Quick full service checkout too!
Love this new store. Very well layed out. Produce is really fresh. Meat and seafood department is really good. Deli has breakfast items now. Starbucks has sitting area.
Be aware that their Starbucks inside has additional fees that you won't pay at a regular Starbucks. Nice clean store though. Albertsons staff was very friendly.
This store is always busy and a little hard to get in and out of but the store itself and the staff are great. Today I used the US Bank kiosk for added value.
Got this strawberry shortcake cake from the bakery last weekend and it was sooo good! Moist and fluffy and delicious, thank you ♡ (I added the motorcycle lol)
An Amazing Starbucks awaits you inside!!! It's the Main reason I went there and The Drink was Amazing! ☕ Better than My Usual when Dunkin makes it. …
This is a really nice Albertsons. The only thing that's annoying is the parking lot is a bit small for a large market and quite a few other businesses.
Albertsons is our favorite grocery store, it is clean and well-stocked. The employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful if you have questions!
This is a fairly new store and it is really nice inside. It's really clean, the shelves are nice and the employees I have dealt with are very nice.
First time shopping at this Albertsons and I liked it a lot. Very nice, had everything I needed, and it's not to big so shopping was fast and easy.
Rewards are great. Selection for items is 7/10 Pharmacy is 4/10. A lot of mistakes and DR calls. Meat and produce, very fresh. Very slow at deli.
Great Store. Not a huge store but really good selection. Great Wine aisle. Great Floral dept. Super clean. Super Friendly staff esp. Cashiers.
This is my favorite grocery store location. It is always clean, friendly workers, and always have a good selection of items. Produce is fresh.
Deli closes early despite the store manager stating it will remain open during all store hours. At least their very condescending about it...
The customer service is awesome! The store is clean and well organized! The produce is area is above average, and the fruit is always fresh!
This is Sooo much nicer than my store on Cheyenne. Whoever came up with small maneuverable carts. You are a genius! Get with it on Cheyenne.
The managers accommodate my request for an item the store was out stock. The customer service and there professionalism was shown. Thank you
Very clean store. Bakery associates were very nice and accommodating with my last minute request. Will definitely go back to this location.
Floral depth always catches my eye when I arrive, always fresh and new floral arrangements. Very new store with helpful and friendly staff.
It’s been a nice place, but the prices have gotten out of control. I don’t shop here anymore. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of.
Wow. GREAT FRIENDLY CLEAN STORE. A+++++!+! Produce fresh fresh fresh. 8 self checkouts! Great Starbucks lounge! Starbucks is …
Beautiful store with products I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Prices are a little high but there are deals to be found.
This place is very clean and organized. The fruit and vegetables are so shining and neat. The prices are reasonable. Great visit.
Wonderful produce section. Friendly and nice atmosphere. Some specialty items available like gluten free and vegitarian products.
This store is new and clean, the interior setup is really nice in comparison to other albertsons. Plus it has a huge selection.
It was pleasant, I found what I wanted and the store is always so clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Everything was easy to find except the rest rooms. Clean and well organized and great selection. Plus, no waiting at checkout!
