I have looked throughout ALBUQURQUE to store my RV and after many visits with many locations, I found this one to be second to none!!!! Let’s first start with the initial call, was stellar. I talked with the owner and He answered all my questions to detail! Made an appointment with him and from the presence from afar approaching the facility to the tour of it was much more than what I expected!!! 24/7 Security is top-notch, cleanliness, what can I say, “WOWED ME” An enclosed Catwalk bay to wash your RV, this was amazing. Totally paved throughout!!! If you need Electric, it’s available! Mr. Dan the owner did an amazing job with this project!! One that was needed in the Albuquerque area!! Where I parked my baby to sleep, I have no worries! Now I go to sleep, knowing that my RV is being well taken care of!!! If your looking to store an RV or vehicles of any kind, you must visit this place before pulling the trigger! The Price is affordable!! Right off I-40 interstate!! Easy in and out!!

I wanted to take a moment to review Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage. Reviews go a long way for a small business. What an amazing world class facility!!! Not only for their all inclusive state of the art amenities but also for their customer service. From the first moment I contacted them, you could tell how great everything was going to be!!! Kristy was amazing. She took us on a guided tour and showed us everything they have to offer. I especially like the RV wash and dump station. It’s nice to be able to clean and empty your unit before storing it. Any issues you have, you can call and email them. I got a response via call or email usually within 12 hours. I even got to talk to Bonni in accounts who was as sweet as could be and Dan who checked in to make sure everything was taken care. Rarely do you get world class service and state of the art amenities at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be back!!!

My wife and I spent a big chunk of early 2021 traveling the National Parks. We took a break for a bit of work back in NC and fortunately I had arranged to store my Travel Trailer at Albuquerque RV and Boat storage. I have business envy after experiencing the perfect space to use as a home base. Incredible service and communication. Everything from triple filtered drinking water to a spotless dump station. A oversized was bay with stairs to clean my roof and solar panel. Even overnight camping if required. This place was meticulously clean. So thoughtfully planned even free ice! I was a rookie when I arrived but ended up coming back to save the tow back out west on a later visit. This place really is perfect. If I lived anywhere near Albuquerque it would always be my starting point for every trip. Brad

We had decided to fly home out of Albuquerque and see a friend who lived there so we started looking for a place to land for a bit. A google search showed us Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage and it looked good on paper. I could not have found a better and more secure place to park our travel trailer and truck. Dan was a fantastic host. He communicated all the time we were changing plans and updating him. The facilities are clean and secure. There is even a wash station an an ice machine in addition to a dump station and fresh potable water so you can launch and land nicely. We've been there for about two months now. While we are not local, if we are ever back through the area we would certainly go there again. I highly recommend this place.

My name is Jennifer Schoenholzer I have had my RV stored at Albuquerque RV And Boat storage. I was hesitant to store it anywhere. I have had some one try to steal my RV. I must tell you this is the best thing I have done. The facility is immaculate . the wash bay and vacume bay are always clean and ready for use. The facility is free of debree. The staff are very meticulous regarding billing and credits to your account. The cameras and locked gates are a big plus. The location is great as well. The staff are extremely kind and considerate. I must say if you need a secure place for your investment this is the place. Best in Albuquerque in my opinion.

This is a beautiful well built RV storage facility. There is covered parking high enough for even the tallest of RVs (mine is 13'5" and there was plenty of clearance for my A/C units), though the sites are a bit narrow. They are even building fully enclosed units. There is power at the sites for a battery trickle charger. They have an RV washing bay. The walls and automatic gates are very high and strong, there are caretakers living on the premises and many security cameras - I have no concerns about security leaving my RV here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well! I highly recommend this place.

This facility is very well maintained & they are meticulous in their care of the sites! Was pleased to learn that I received a discount after being a tenant for awhile…. was contacted by the manager to inform me of the monthly discount which was a pleasant surprise! They have a really nice facility that is conveniently located right off Unser Blvd. close to I-40 so access for folks living on the West Side is great! Additionally they have power for their covered sites and a really amazing wash basin that is no charge for tenants! Easy to work with & very accommodating facility!

This place is fantastic! I couldn't recommend it more. Their facilities are the best I've seen. Secure, easy to access, and the RV wash station is so nice. The location is perfect. Being so close to i40 makes life so easy to hop into our RV and get on with our trip. I am looking forward to when the campsite is ready to open just across the street too! Sounds like it will be a perfect place for when my family comes to visit with their RV. The two owners of this place are genuine, good, friendly people who are really making something special for all us RV enthusiasts.

Awesome customer service! They answered the phone right away. We had been calling all the places in town and getting answering machines - understandably- since it is Thanksgiving Day. Only place in town that we could fill our propane tank on Thanksgiving Day! We really appreciated that they were open. For us it was kind of an emergency since we have family visiting and staying in our travel trailer but the propane ran out overnight so with this weather and temperatures it would be impossible to stay there without propane. Thanks so much!

This is the nicest RV storage in Albuquerque! Completely paved, plenty of room to maneuver your rig around, generous parking spaces, and available electrical outlets to keep the batteries charged. I like that there’s employees there 24-7 watching over things and they are located conveniently on the west side just off I-40. The best part is they also have a huge covered wash bay, with filtered water for filling your fresh water tanks, dump station, vacuum station, restrooms, and free bagged ice. Very satisfied with this storage facility!

I cant say enough about Dan and Albuq RV and Boat Storage. I am very impressed. We have stored our RV here for over 2 years. Dan is professional, and very kind. His place is secure, clean, and easy to access, right off I-40. He offers a RV wash, dump station, air, vacuum, propane and water. We have been storing our trailer at Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage for almost two years now and could not be happier. The location is very secure and the entire propery is kept in immaculate condition. The dry climate is perfect for trailer storage and the range of amenities provided onsite is fantastic, everything from a trailer wash bay and air for your tires to free ice and a cup of coffee for the road. They will have propane soon, this is truly a one stop shop for trailer or boat storage!

We moved here because our previous place suffered break-ins so security was our top issue. Very impressed with the security and the amenities, especially the wash and vacuum/dump bays. We simply towed the trailer through both bays after our first trip from this storage site and it greatly simplified our post-trip cleanup. Plus, there is excellent on-site support very day. Only negative is site width prevents us from accessing interior of our fifth wheel trailer when our neighbor is parked.

Dan helped us out earlier this year and he came thru for us again over Thanksgiving. We needed a place last minute where we could leave our rig while visiting family in OK for the week. Dan gave us a great rate on a covered spot where we could plug in so we didn't have to empty our fridge. Good neighborhood, great security, excellent facilities, excellent management. This really is a top-of-the line place and we will always call Dan first when we need a place to park our skoolie RV in ABQ.

As my husband and I traveled though the states (he’s a truck driver) we ended up buying a 5th wheel. We had a difficult time finding a place and once we spoke with the manager at Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage he was able to accommodate at last moments notice and helped us through our entire stay. It was in a great location, secured, free ice and coffee, and 24hr. I highly recommend Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage. If I need to store again I would most definitely come back!

Absolutely loved stating here. At the time we called we had not realized it was more for storage then sleeping. We are not the traditional campers so this was awesome for us. We were actually in Albuquerque during one of the few days it had rain, the covered bay was very much appreciated. Before leaving we took advantage of the trailer wash and was able to use the walkway to inspect our travel trailer roof ( awesome feature). Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I needed only a few days of RV storage while I was in town to visit family. The folks at Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage treated me and my short term needs as though I was a top-dollar paying client. They are responsive to every need, professional and competent. The facility is amazingly organized, easy to get into and out of, clean and tidy. If this storage facility doesn't meet your RV or boat storage expectations your expectations are unreasonable.

Great place! Likely the cleanest RV storage in town with the most to offer amenities-wise. You get what you pay for and this is definitely on the higher-end of the spectrum. Definitely a premium location, so if you want a dusty dirt lot with no shade and a only a guard chihuahua, go elsewhere. Near Petroglyphs on the west side was far for us, so we didn't stay. Would definitely look into this company if there were a closer location, in the future.

Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage has been great. Secure lot with exceptional customer service. It is fully secure with cameras and onsite manager. The location is fully paved and I can't stress this enough MAINTAINED! The owner goes to great lengths to maintain the property and ensure that customers are fully served. There is a spray RV wash on site and also ice for your trips. Customer service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with them. Stored our RV for a year, never had any issues with management or the facilities. Convenient location to the freeway, full RV wash station, included elevated standing area for getting the roof. Dump station, vacuum, tire air, the works! Staff was always courteous, polite and helpful. Would be happy to store with them again, and wish every storage location had these amenities and staff.

My opinion is that this is the nicest RV storage location in town. Our space is well covered with an opening only on North side. There is an RV Wash Bay, dump station and Propane fill location. The whole area has asphalt and great security. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that the spaces can be very tight. We are next to another large Class A and squeezing in between it and the column takes some patience.

Nice facility, friendly staff, great facilities. Conveniently located to hop on I40 for your next adventure. Only reason for leaving was we switched to a long fifthwheel and I was concerned about the uneven drive paths (designed that way for drainage during rain storms) causing issues. If we ever downsized I would definitely go back. I would recommend giving this place a look for storing your RV.

My experience with Albuquerque RV and Boat Storage was extremely positive. Very clean, well maintained with questions/needs attended to immediately. Along with paved storage areas, I always felt safe loading and unloading my motorhome no matter what time of day or night I used the gate code to let myself in. Very secure and has enclosed storage as well as canopy or open space for your RV.

Having stored our Class C motor home here now for several months after our initial purchase, we are very happy with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the storage area. In spite of nearby construction, the storage area has remained very clean. In addition, the management is friendly and helpful if needed! In addition, the wash bay was very convenient, thorough and clean!

Fantastic. Very modern facility. Asphalt lot. Layout allowed me to easily maneuver my 40’ 5th wheel. Complete with pressure washer and vacuum system so I could clean my RV on the lot. Most importantly security was awesome. Never worried about my camper because storage facility is very secure with cameras, fences, gates and security guard. True 24 hour access.

Newer to RVing, we had poor experiences elsewhere and happily found Albuquerque RV and Boat. Dan was amazing finding the right spot for our 38' 5th wheel. This very clean and organized RV site has everything you need. During time spent organizing our rig, I've met several other RVers using this space. Fantastic storage facility. Best storage management yet after 45 years of RVing! I am using covered storage for the 1st time and this facility offered great coverage for blocking the intense Albuquerque sun! Facility has a large RV washing station on site. I also selected this facility for it’s security, full pavement, cleanliness, and location.

Albuquerque RV & Storage was amazing. They were very helpful when i set up my lease and when i vacated the unit. It was very clean storage and brand new. I had no problems with any pests getting into the unit. The extra monthly car wash and the on site around the clock security was an added benefit. I highly recommend this place.

I used Albuquerque RV and Boat for a temporary storage of my camper. We arranged everything over the phone since I’m from out of state. On arrival day everything went as planned. Facility is spotless, well managed. Security is evident, and we felt very comfortable leaving our camper . We would use Albuquerque RV and Boat again!!

Great facility !! Dan the Owner really cares about his customers and it shows. We stayed for one night after boondocking at the 60th Balloon Fiesta. The facility is clean and safe. Dan provides ice and snacks free of charge. He is building an rv park across the street and we will stay there when we return. Great experience !!!

I looked at several RV storage facilities in the Albuquerque area and this one is definitely the nicest. The facility includes an RV wash, all paved spots and full security. With great proximity to Hwy 40 it's been a great place to store our 5th wheel. The owner and on-site staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent storage facility for RV's/boats. Extremely clean and well kept. Electricity available at each location. Indoor storage is great but the covered outside storage is a bit tight for the large RV's. Dan, the owner/manager, is extremely helpful and always available. I recommend this storage facility.

We're very happy we found this spot. The price is reasonable, the services offered makes it easy and secure for us to leave our RV here while we take care of a ton of other things. We wish they had a place like this in Bakersfield or Los Angeles. Only suggestion would be to have more covered spots!
