Alex has been treating me for approximately 6 months for chronic back pain that had impacted badly on my life so much so I had to give up my job She had been recommended to me by another physiotherapist who had been treating me but where my progress had plateaued using the treatments she was qualified to use. Alex introduced me to the benefits of electo-accupunture and more recently shock wave therapy . My pain has been reduced greatly and I've moved from weekly treatment to every three weeks. I'm finally getting my life back and the extra benefit of this treatment has been an improved sense of mental well-being. Alex herself, is warm, welcoming and has a good sense of humour, Add this to her professionalism and the range of treatments she offers allows me to fully reccomend her physiotherapy services.

Alex has been treating me ongoing now for about 5 months, for debilitating chronic knee pain caused by ligament sprains and associated inflammation.She has a very friendly but professional approach using her experience,knowledge, skills and use of newer technologies. I just thought at my sessions there would be a bit of stretching and massaging, but no I have recieved accupuncture,electro accupuncture and deep oscillation as well as being given homework exercises to do. All of which has greatly began to reduce my pain, make me feel more human again and see light at the end of the tunnel where there was only despair before. I thoroughly recommend Alex to anyone who finds themselves in such despair from pain and immobility.

I was extremely impressed with how Alex diagnosed my shoulder problem within minutes of an assessment. She informed me that it would be a slow and possibly painful rehabilitation but was very supportive with her extensive knowledge and latest equipment. I trusted her straight away and had total confidence in her as she was highly recommended by a very good friend. Within a few weeks of treatment the pain was easing and I was noticing significant movement of which I had lacked. I was then encouraged to start various exercises of which Alex sent me the link to follow as they would help to increase mobility. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services as I was really pleased with my progression.

Seeing Alex about my plantar fascitis, she has been really helpful in explaining the difficulties with the condition. She assessed the best course of treatment and assesses at each session - changing the treatment and mix of technologies as appropriate. She has given me exercises through a link and given me 'walking with plantar fasciitis' lessons. Alex is always friendly, she listens and explains. I am now well on the road to recovery, building up my walking distances as she advised and even started dancing again (gently). I would thoroughly recommend Alex and would have no hesitation in using her services again should I need to.

Life saver! I was struggling with a neck pain for some time. It came to that point that I had a horrible headache for a whole day (I was literally crying). That was the first time I’ve met Alex. I feel like she literally save my life that day! When I was leaving her office I’ve realised that I have no headache anymore Obviously need more time to sort out my neck problem completely but I’m in much much much better condition and in great hands highly recommended!

Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist! After seeing more than 6 different physio's and spending a significant amount of time trying different treatments for a lower back pain and later a whiplash injury, Alex was the first one that showed a real interest in fixing the root cause rather than the symptoms. Alex is amazing I had a frozen shoulder and after a few weeks of treatment my shoulder is really good no pain and my movement is back she is always friendly and professional and is flexible with appointments gave me loads of advice and exercises to keep my shoulder in good condition very highly recommended Thank you so much.

What a great experience! Alex is genuinely brilliant at what she does. On arrival Alex spent a good amount of time learning about what I do and how that dials into the problem with my shoulder. After 3 treatments I'm now able to work shoulders at the gym. We need her down our rugby club!
