I want to take this opportunity to take the time to write this thank you note for both of you Yousif & Tarek. As a woman it is very important to express my gratitude to both of you. To buy a car is always a time consuming. You start with google, read info. on and on and it takes a lot of time and then it’s more confusing because of the many auto sellers. In my search I came across your website and because it looked professional I checked the available cars you had to offer. You had several beautiful cars to offer. We did some prior research on the best valued car brands so we had already made our choice on one of the brands that you had on your lot. Firstly, Yousif was very welcoming and went over with us all information and we all tried the car. As a sales person myself I always look at how I feel with another salesperson. Well I am very pleased to say that Yousif is also very courteous and very knowledgeable and make things happen. Then Tarek was introduced to us as the owner and we felt very comfortable with him also about his caring way. We finally bought the car that we really loved and one week after we started noticing a noise coming from the area of the wheels. Tarek took the car to a transmission company and did check it and without any hesitation changed everything. This was much more for security. They didn’t hesitate or negotiate anything with us but took care of providing the necessary service. So this is called Integrity and anytime I call to speak with Yousif or Tarek they are very attentive to my conversation. So I personally recommend to anybody if you are looking for an amazing place to buy your car don’t hesitate. The WORST car purchasing experience I've ever had. We bought a car that was supposed to be certified safe (with 36 days guarantee) according to Yusif who is the owner. Not only did he lie about this because the rear breaks on the car was practically nonfunctional and in a horrible condition, he REFUSED to pay to fix the breaks once we brought it back in. The breaks are part of the safety check. He did not even do a proper safety check. On top of that the car was squeaking when we drove it, indicating that the belt on the engine had to be replaced. He did not pay for this either, and claimed the problem was "because of the rain". Honestly this is the cheapest, most fraudulent dealership I have seen in Toronto. DO NOT visit or buy anything from this place. Yusif will try to sweet talk you and convince you that they are not a "cheap dealership", but in the end they will try to sell you a car that unsafe and can practically get you killed (i.e. unsafe breaks). I will be reporting this dealership to the ministry.

I went with a friend to check out a Honda Ridgeline. Nice vehicle, but we'd looked at quite a few and needed a break to compare notes. We returned about an hour later and asked if we could road test the vehicle. Yusuf told us he didn't have his dealer plate at the dealership and that it would be back the next day. Ok. Whatever. The following day, we called ahead and were told by Yusuf that he's spoken with his boss and that the only way we could road test the vehicle was if we guaranteed that we would buy it that day, after the road test, if successful. My friend, who was buying the vehicle for her husband, refused to guarantee that. Long story short, Yusuf refused to allow us to test drive the Ridgeline. The high-pressure tactics employed by Yusuf were unprofessional and unethical. We were also left with the impression that we were not taken seriously as two women shopping for a vehicle. Based on the evasiveness of Yusuf and his high pressure tactics, I would not recommend this business at all.

I don't ever leave reviews. But this purchase has left me with no car. So here goes. I went to look at ford explorer but it was not in good shape. I saw a ford expidition for 10 000 in the lot. Took it for a test drive and it didn't have good acceleration. The sales person told me is just the spark plugs. Ok. I don't know anything about cars. Took his word for it. Two weeks after buying it I had to have both cam shafts replaced. He did pay for it. No questions. But 7 and a half months and $4000 dollars later I find out the engine is blown and it has been so for a long time. Now I have no car. I am a mom of three and have no way to get around. I had plans for April break coming up and now I will be struggling to get to and from the grocery store on the bus...not to mention to work this week. I have never spent this much on a car in my life. And now I am left with a piece of junk and a broken heart. Very disappointed and broken customer.

Bad business policy - REAL bad! To get a test drive you have to make an offer on a vehicle. I'm sorry, but the test drive makes up 80% of the inspection so without being given the opportunity to do that, the walk-around isn't enough to make a proper judgement on a vehicle. You can't make an offer on a walk-around alone. I might also add that the car we looked at had so little gas in it, I couldn't even idle it long enough to warm up. Maybe it's a communication issue with the staff there but I just asked to get some gas in the car to test drive it and the sales guy replied that I had to make a deal first. Sheesh! Most other dealers just ask for your drivers licence and you get the keys; you don't have to first "make a deal". I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Yussef. I showed up intent on looking at a Jeep. He showed me through the car, let me take it for a test drive and answered all my questions. But what impressed me most was that he went out of his way to get it roadworthy, registered and stickered so I could pick it up the next day and drive it away. He also took the time to give me a no BS rundown on some minor issues with the vehicle to ensure I was making an informed purchase. This kind of honesty is refreshing. I've only had the car 1 week but it is running well and I'm happy to award 5 stars.

EXTREMELY BAD, GOT MAZDS FOR $6000, WITHIN TWO WEEKS STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS, I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO ALEXANDRIA AUTO DEALERS, AND TOLD THEM THAT ENGINE LIGHT IS COMING AND ALSO TRANSMISSION IS LEAKING. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT IS FINE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. THEN WHILE DRIVING ON HWY, IT STARTED TO SHAKE AND BROKE DOWN THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT AND REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY BACK JUST LOST ALL MY MONEY. IF ANYONE BUY FROM THEM MAKE SURE YOU TAKE WARRANTY IN WRITING OTHER WISE YOU WILL END UP LIKE ME. TOTALLY DONT TRUST THEM VERY RUDE AS WELL. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM.

Sneaky and unreliable! My parents purchased an SUV in January which the dealership certified. We took the car to our mechanic and there were numerous problems which had to be fixed to pass certification, including oil leaks, rusted breaks, etc. The dealership refused to fix saying that we accepted it but by provincial standards this vehicle is not safe. We filed a claim with OMVIC because this is unacceptable to lie just to make the sale and put customers in danger on the road. They may lose their license so BE CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM THEM!

I went to look at a car with a friend who's a certified mechanic for the brand I was looking at. I couldn't take it for a test drive unless I expressed interest in taking it and because they didn't want to add a couple kilometers to throw off the numbers to another potential buyer. It was clear from the rust on the rotors that the st hadn't moved it months and they were asking $2000 above the value my mechanic buddy deemed the vehicle to be worth. Rediculous waste of time and not the kind of business you want to give your anything to.

Probably the most unorganized car dealer in Canada, cars with flat tires and batteries, constantly playing with cell while being asked about car, claimed car had full service history from dealership yet could not say when the brakes, which were covered in rust, had last been checked. To top of the visit refused to give a test drive unless the car was actually purchased or allow a independent mechanic look at the car to make sure it was safe. BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK one star because you can't give none

Im not really used to do this things, giving reviews .But im so HAPPY and BLESSED that i found this dealership, coz im a new driver and im zero about cars. The owner is very nice , professional and knowledgable. And one of their saleman (the curley hair) is patiently helping me and answers all my questions. If your looking a good deal and excellent service, in buying used car. i highly recommend this place. I assure u will go home with a smile.

I had the best experience with Tarek! I had another vehicle lined up with another company a week before my birthday.. and 2 days before my birthday the other dealership fell through leaving me stranded without a new vehicle for my birthday! I called Alexandria Auto Sales and Tarek assisted me immediately and got my desired vehicle ready for my birthday! They truly saved the day! Great prices and even better service! 10/10!

Complete waste of time. Drove 2 hours there. I got there and they had no info about the car I was looking at. After walking the lot and finding it myself I wanted to test drive b4 buying and went yo see the sales man again. I was told that I had to give my licence and Down payment and say I was going to buy it b4 I could test drive the vehicle. I refused as anyone would and left. Save your time and skip these guys.

I had a really good experience with this dealer. I found one of their cars on Autotrader and texted them for information. They called me, negotiated fairly and we did the whole deal over the phone and via text. They also delivered the car to me in Barrie from their location is Scarborough. The car was as promised and I was pleased to purchase it even though I'd never actually driven it until it arrived!

Went to view a vehicle listed at 5995.00 + hst and licensing. Upon showing up to view the vehicle the price changed to 6995.99 and there had been a mistake on the listing. Changed the price on the ad after I drove 2 and a half hours to view the vehicle. Said there was nothing they could do price was 6995 plus tax, supposed to be illegal now in Ontario, filed police report.

Stopped by this 'dealership' to test drive a car I saw online. I was told I couldn't drive the car until I made a deal. As if I'm going to spend $10,000 on a car I've never driven. I have a hard time believing they sell any cars with a policy like that. I must not look like I can afford a $10, 000 car. I'll take my money elsewhere. Joke of a dealership.

I don't know a lot about cars, but Tarik was really helpful and gave me a great deal on a vehicle that is going to last me a long time. The whole process was painless, quick, and easy, and I'm so grateful that I found this dealership. I have referred a couple friends and they've also had very positive experiences. Just a great place all around!

I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche in August of 2021. The dealer said they put a new battery in, 6 months later I need a new battery, new windshield wipers and new lifters. Repair costs total $4,000. Yes I know it's a used vehicle but the dealer lied and said he put a new battery in the vehicle. Be aware of this dealer!

Best car buying experience ever!!! Derrick goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is well looked after. I live in a small town with community values but I had to travel to Alexandria Motors, to receive the integrity and care I received from Derrick. He made the process easy and comfortable. I had a couple of minor issues with my truck, that I just purchased and they went over and above to ensure they kept their reputation. They are complete gentlemen to deal with from each and every level of operations within this organization.

Tarik was great and my experience with this place was great. A few issues have popped up with the 2013 f150 I purchased from them within the first week and a half but he assures me he will get them fixed as soon as I can get in to see him. Fair price on the truck and great experience...highly recomend.

Made appointment day before to see and test drive a car. When we arrived, the battery was flat and needed a boost. It looked like a rush job to clean the interior just prior to our arrival. No gas for a test drive. We left disappointed.

I was looking at a SUV on their lot. I heard a salesperson giving a couple a hard time, I sat in my car away from their business and read their reviews. I started my car search all over again on auto trader.

I went there to finance a vehicle but it didn't work out for me but Yousif and Peter were very customer service friendly; they tried to assist me as best as they could. Overall the experience was a good on.

Told us they would fix the rust on the tailgate but only patched it to get through the 30 day warranty. Now its starting to come through the patch job and it's just past 30 days. They can't be trusted.

Cars in very bad condition. So much rust they don’t even allow you to drive the cars unless you make a deal to buy it. So sketchy. Would definitely not recommend.
