Alexandrou Plumbing have now assisted me with two issues: detecting the source of a very obscure water leak and switching a gas hob to an electric one. First, they were very responsive, assisting in person very quickly both times. Second, they were also thoughtful and helpful, providing useful suggestions and completing market research to find suitable new products. Third, they gave me a reassuring feeling of competence and that they actually cared about solving my issue for me rather than simply getting paid for their time offered.
