The entire store is incredibly overpriced, I don’t care to know how business is going lately but I can’t imagine it’s doing too well considering there location. And the customer service is horrible. Why are there 5 different people lounging on the second floor (where check out is apparently) and only one customer in at the time (me) and yet I still had to wait for service. They didn’t even notice I was there; waiting on them so I could pay. I honestly wanted to walk out, thinking about it now I should have. I originally came in looking for a bed, but when I saw the prices, matched with there lack of customers and the poor customer service shown; I pocketed my money and googled the nearest furniture store in the area. I made the right choice.

My girlfriend and I was doing laundry. So scarfs on our heads. We walk in the furniture store to kill time while clothes dry. Not only did the workers ignore us. They whispered Spanish to watch us. Everything is to heavy to steal. So my homegirl replied in Spanish. Ooh the shock in their faces. For what a lot of people speak different languages. A week later we are passing by fully dressed to go downtown. 2nd time in this storethe guy stayed on the phone at least 35 min while I walked around alone looking for help.

Horrible customer service, everything was great when I was at the store but once I paid and left, no one is available to speak. I purchased over 3,000 dollars in furniture and now no one picks up the phone to let me know when my items are supposed to be delivered. I have been calling since last week and I live out of state. Now I need to make the trip back to NY to return to the store to request a refund.

Terrible customer service. I called about 1 month ago to get a quote on dining room chairs, I was told to send a picture of the chairs through text. Like I said it's been 1 month still waiting for a reply. I just got off the phone to get an update and I was told she's too busy to call back later and hung up on me. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Avoid these people, I went to the store and placed an order. They priced me a sofa for $1,200. I went online and on their own website and the sofa was half priced, I then called to cancel the order and the rep said it could not be canceled even though it wasn't delivered yet.

Cuando vas a comprar a esa tienda y no vas con una pinta de millonario ni te miran, pero si vas a reportar un problema con tus muebles son peores, le compré una cama a mi papá y a los 6 meses se daño, no me quisieron atender, se hicieron los desentendidos.

Very bad quality I bought a sectional sofa (a leather sectional)and 18 months after and is already rip,I called to asked about what can they do about it and Ana the sales person just said they can’t do anything about it.Not a goo place to buy anything.

I bought a bed, and the delivery took over seven weeks. Ohh! Yeah after they complete the delivery, they will not take the trash to their warehouse. So be mindful about dealing with a lot of boxes after you get your stuff.

They are not honest about there products, they lower you into a scam and mess up your credit just to get a sale there prices are way over price I don’t recommend this furniture store at all horrible experience.

Amazing customer service, they helped me find a couch and they pleasure me. I will definitely come back the owner even came and gave me a free BMW m3. They even gave me free pizza.

I went to the store to ask about a sofa bed and the lady just completely ignored me and I left with nothing. Complete wast of time terrible service.

Do not go here. They will take your money and never deliver your item 6 moths later… If I can give zero stars I would. Stay far far away from here
