I went to Alfred & Mina beauty salon on 10/08/2023 to do a hair balayage and this was at least to say the worst hair salon experience I had ever had throughout my life. I wished if there was a rating score less than one star to be given to the service they have provided to me as I do believe that even this one star wasn’t worthy and they do deserve a much lesser rating score. I’ve asked for a specific hair colour (caramel) and this was agreed with the hair dresser. To my surprise he did a completely different colour without asking my opinion or clarifying why he decided to change the colour without discussing this with me. I was shocked when I saw my hair colour at the end specially that the colour was weird, greenish, very light and doesn’t fit with my skin tone. His explanation eventually that he thought that the colour I have chosen doesn’t fit with me and this kind of hair dyes colour I have chosen usually change and fade over time. They offered to dye my hair again in order to make it darker, therefore to be on the safe side I’ve simply shown them a picture of gold highlights and asked them just to try to fix my hair as same as the picture but again they failed and the result was very disappointing ( the final colour pictures are attached here). When I went home I was terrified when I found that my hair was heavily damaged and destroyed from inside, I had to see a hair specialist afterwards and he explained to me that the powder load they used to light my hair was very heavy that’s why it has spoilt and ruined my hair badly and this will need a long time plus heavy treatment in order to restore the damage. I’m really regretting the day I’ve seen their salon account on instagram and wishing I’ve never been to this place from the start. I have paid 5200 EGP in total but what they have done to my hair could be anything apart from hair balayage or highlights. It seems that they either didn’t know what they were doing to my my hair or they weren’t bothered about the outcome at all which is an absolute lack of professionalism, honesty and integrity.

فى البداية كانوا مهنيين و حبيت المكان و اللى بيعملى شاطر فجأة بقالى مرتين باروح مديرة المكان "بوسى" بطفشنى حرفياً لما باطلب اعمل اى حاجة سواء شعرى او عند بنات المحل…انا مستغربة ان ده تعامل ادارة محل باسمكم عموماً الاستخفاف بزبونة او تفضيل غيرها عليها بيقلل منكم …

Used to go to Bekky Barbers until they started hiring people that didn't know how to cut hair. Tried this place and been coming here ever since. Great haircuts, service 6 the coffee is good as well.

جربت في الصالون عدة شغلات كلها كانت رائعة تنظيف بشرة عند تومتا شغلها متميز ماشاء الله وصبغة شعر و رينساج وتريتمنت شغل بروفيشنال والتعامل كان راقي كل العاملين فيه

Very bad service, a young girl was vaping next to me and it was very disrespectful and disturbing as the smoke was all over my face when getting my hair done.

Very nice experience, they have a wonderful professional staff for all the services, I recommend miss Gena ( madinaty branch)for haircut
