Response to Clinics Reply to my Review I did not abuse the clinic staff. That's a lie. Regarding my bulk bulling eligibility for telehealth while overseas, like I said before you guys need to get your facts right. Its not mentioned anywhere on Medicare website that people cannot be bulk billed for telehealth while overseas. The only rule about location in relation to telehealth, mentioned on Medicare website, is that the distance between patient's location and clinic should be more than certain KMs. Regarding the unprofessional and incompetent staff comment, my original review and above response proves it. Its pretty straightforward. No rocket science. Regarding my block, I am glad that I don't need to deal with unprofessional and incompetent people like you and others at the clinic. ------------------------------------ Original Review I will not recommend this clinic. Very unprofessional and incompetent admin staff and GPs. Recently I booked a telehealth appointment, online, while I was overseas. The GP was aware that I was overseas and I also told it to the GP during the consultation. The GP went through the consultation. However, after the consultation, I got a call from clinic admin that the consultation cannot be bulk billed because as per Medicare telehealth policy patient has to be in Australia for bulk billing. I told the clinic admin that if I had known that consultation will not be bulk billed, when booking the consultation, I would have obviously not booked it, however the clinic admin insisted that I need to pay for it else I cannot book future appointments at the clinic. I then called Medicare and could not get any information about any such rule. I then requested clinic admin to provide me with a link to the Medicare rule or a copy of their communication with Medicare that states this rule. The clinic admin then provided me with a link from a web search which was not from Medicare. Instead it was from a private law firm stating that patients have to be in Australia to be bulk billed. Basically the clinic admin was lying that they have confirmed this rule with Medicare. The GP was saying the same thing and kept insisting that it's a Medicare rule when infact they haven't even confirmed this rule with Medicare. Now the GP has blocked my entire family with booking an appointment at the clinic.

Don’t recommend Dr Jessica (doesn’t understand bodily autonomy apparently, must be up APHRAs backside) advertised herself as holistic & she is NOT. Don’t recommend Dr Myra either, who doesn’t know how to keep judgemental comments to herself outside medical needs. (Commented on how many kids I had & some other things unrelated to the appointment) Can’t comment on the male doctors there yet. Wait times are ridiculous, I watched one of the doctors I was meant to see, slowly walk her way to the staff room, heat up her food & walked back to her room while eating the food & then seen me. Despite my app being 47 minutes behind already- don’t schedule patients in when you decide to take lunch. One of the receptionist is nice. The others need to learn inside voices especially when handing over private medical information on paper to a patient. But I do think I will come back but only to Dr Priyanka, she was amazing. Gentle & a calm personality about her. Shame I cannot give more stars because of her. *yes I will be making formal complaints*

Very happy I found this medical centre! Would highly recommend Dr Zhang and Dr Choy!! I booked in with Dr Iwunze but was literally out in 2 minutes and seems like she didn’t really care about my concerns but in contrast my booking with Dr Choy a few days after made up for it and was a positive experience as Dr Choy really cared to find accurate diagnosis which I really appreciated! He is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns which made me feel at ease! Dr Zhang helped me when I had sinusitis and listened to my concerns and I recovered instantly! Also very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The reception staff are great and Dr Zhang and Dr Choy are fantastic and extremely professional as they provide thorough diagnosis and treatment. Best service from these two doctors!! Lots of parking available too! I highly recommend this medical centre!

A friend went to see a GP here about sudden weight gain and without looking into her history or asking my friend what her diet is like the GP 'recommends' the basic dietary requirements and exercise requirements you can get on many websites. When my friend complains because the GP did not assess her adequately, the GP reacts angrily and is rude to my friend. I get that the GP thinks she is an expert, however, unless you know every thing that the person is going through, advice such as 'eat this' (when she already is) and do this (when she has four children, one of whom requires additional appointments because of special needs), it makes the GP sound like she chose the wrong career and has absolutely zero compassion for her patients. I am glad my friend has taken my suggestion to go elsewhere.

95% of the time they say they are fully booked when you try to book an appointment and when you ask if you can walk in , they try they best to convince you not to by saying it’s going to be a long wait and even when you say is fine they just keep saying you might have to wait more than an hour. I had to walk in last time to an empty waiting room because they didn’t book me and I had to see a doctor but the receptionist still was saying you are going to wait too long. I said sorry I have no choice and I didn’t even get to sit and doctor already called me in !!! I think less patients less work for them ‍♀️

Went to this clinic as it was closer to our home as my usual GP is not local. We saw Dr Choy & he was wonderful. My 10 year old daughter was the patient & he put her at ease so quickly. He was very thorough with his consultation & took the time to explain everything. We have seen him a few times now & will continue to do so as he has been great.

Excellent experiences right from the moment we walked into. The clinic is clean, the receptionists and the nurse are friendly, and most importantly is the professional and friendly treatment we received from Dr Ogaji. He examined my son throughly without any hesitation and He made us feel so comfortable knowing that we are in a good hand

Dr Kevin refused to give me an extended letter of care for AACS even when I said I could provide police reports, avo reports and a report from dhhs saying my child is in need of this. He is lazy and a terrible doctor. Go to somewhere that has been established longer, these doctors get there qualification out of a cereal box.

The receiptinist didn't confirm my booking as I told her . I just kept waiting in their waiting area for an hour and nobody called me . When I asked at the reception she tried to make up some excuse to cover up herself which led me to wait half hour more .( She didn't hear me correctly) Utterly disappointed

Dr Onari has been our family doctor for many years. We are so glad that he is now in Werribee. The new clinic is lovely and the staff very friendly. He is always very thorough and patient. We highly recommend him …

Attended for the first time today and the facility was very welcoming and clean. The doctor I seen Dr Ogaji was very tentative to my concerns. This will be my new go to medical facility if required.

I m visiting from a year the service has improved a lot, they have pathology and more GPs now, visited Dr Priyanka, Dr Onari and Dr. Moses for various reasons all are doing good service.

I went there for first time and was so impressed with customer service, cleanliness, wait time, doctor Onari's consultation everything. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Wasted half an hour just to sit in the waiting area for a 5 mins appointment just because the nurse didn’t mark us as arrive after we checked in.

All the doctors in this practice are highly dedicated and committed. Dr Onari has always gone over and beyond when attending me and my family.

My doctor was kind and attentive, very lovley interior, and receptionist were great even after I accidentally missed my first appointment
