Disappointing service. Handed in laundry to be done for in the evening of the next day which was agreed. We turned up and told it needed another hour to dry, but we had plans so said we would attend on opening hours the following day. Shop was opened 45mins later and told it was still wet due yo an electric issue ( not just an extra hour then as the night before)waited till partly dry and then just had to take damp clothes as we were leaving the country. Price was ars3000 for 2 medium bags of washing. Terrible service but surprising given previous reviews. Another customer seemed to have similar issues around collection times. Experience caused more stress as leaving the country in the afternoon

Ani and Eduardo have a great service here. In addition to the excellent laundry service they offer, they have a wonderful human quality. The truth is that I would always choose them. Extremely high quality, it really is as great as the reviews. I have used quite a few others in the microcentro and some are OK but….Alis stands a bit above the rest. Prices are very reasonable. Family owned business offering an unusually warm, friendly customer service. I see absolutely nothing that needs improving. You cannot go wrong here. -Roberto

Needed one-day laundry services I could trust. Reached out to Anny and Edward because of the positive reviews. They were understanding about me situation and clear about when my clothes could be ready. Ended up moving to another house in a different barrio, so never used the service; however, the communication and professionalism were top notch.

Wonderful laundry service! We dropped off our clothes which we needed back the same day. Folded nicely. Smelled great. Even got out some stubborn spots. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us, even delivering our laundry to our hotel - which was right around the corner. The owner speaks English. The best!

The service is very good. The staff can speak English. Also, the detergent they use are better than other laundry company. And they react very quick. I send my cloths out at 12 and they return at 7 without additional cost
