Unsupervised facility at Pico where it's not only dirty but your physical therapist does not honor your full therapy time and move on to eat, chat or simply care for other patients before your time is up. Worst possible experience. Came in a for an evaluation. The front desk person was so un emphatic. I waited in front of her to check in. To then be told I must check in at a table. Once she called my name, I was told “I was on minute late” so she must reschedule me. I don’t recommend this place.

THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. GASPAR AND RYAN ARE EXCEPTIONAL. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS FACILITY A 3 STAR IS BECAUSE THE WAITING ROOM CARPET IS DIRTY, OTHERWISE IT WOULD'VE BEEN A 5 STAR. IT'S NOT

It’s full of positive vibes and the most of the therapists are knowledgeable and courteous. If you are ready to help yourself post session it’s a good place to make you learn the right exercises

This is a scam business, they will tell you they are in network and that you have a $25 copay, don't fall for that, they are not in any network and will later send you a large bill.
