I’m sorry to say that after MULTIPLE mishaps, I can no longer recommend this place. It was so convenient bc it was walking distance from my house and the office staff were nice, but the doctors’ incompetence keeps showing and now it’s to the point that my dog has to go for an emergency procedure. My dog had an anal gland abscess, she’s had one before and we took her to her old vet in QC and then lanced it, drained it, did all the work and she healed perfectly. Years later we’re now in phx, the same thing happens and we go to All Creatures. They sedate her, and then just flush it rather than lancing it. When we went to pick her up, she had a weird wet spot on her neck (very far from the anal glands) and we asked what that was about they said they didn’t know…. What? Anyway we took her home and the bump was still there. We figured it needed a couple days. Then after almost a week and a half, we check and now there’s black spots, it’s swollen, it’s bleeding from holes in it. It was clearly never properly drained. we schedule a visit for the next day since it was after hours and they call us that morning to tell us that since they close at 1pm on saturdays, the 12:30 appt isn’t enough time to do what is needed and that they can get her in Monday or go to the emergency room. Wrong answer, a GOOD vet would help the patient they messed up and stay an extra hour to clean up their mess. We called our old vet in QC and they said to head to them right away and that they’d squeeze her in. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to All Creatures ever again.

I have finally given up on All Creatures Animal clinic. They lost a good customer because of greed! I took my mini dachshund mix for his vaccinations, he had an allergic reaction to them last year, his face swelled, so the vet suggested giving him his shots separately, not in the same visit. I took him in for his rabies shot and was charged a $72 for a wellness exam which I was fine with. Two months later I took him back for his distemper vaccine and was charged another wellness visit for $72. My dog is a one year old, why would he need a 2nd annual wellness exam 2 months after the first? I did the first shot before the due date and the 2nd around the due date. So they could be spread out. What made me even more upset is the fact the vet didn’t even examine him on the 2nd visit, she just gave him the vaccine. I expressed my concern for being charged a 2nd wellness exam to the tech and she let the veterinarian know my complaint, obviously she let greedy takeover rather than doing the right thing! The answer I got is because I saw a different vet in their practice for the 2nd shot. It’s not my fault the vet he saw in June resigned and I had to see another one. That is an awful excuse! My son and neighbor also bring their dogs to this office. They just lost three customers which is 5 dogs! I hope my $72 was worth it.

Awesome job getting us an appointment at the last minute. The staff here is awesome. The front office staff is so considerate and so good at getting back to you when you have a question. The people out front always remember us and are so kind and friendly. It makes it much easier for me and my dog to come here. The vet we have at this office does a great job with our giant dog and really goes the extra mile when we need imaging done, or any other diagnostic that’s really hard to do with a giant dog. For a general Vet I think this office is excellent. The fact that I can just text them with a question is really nice. They’ve definitely embraced technology, which makes it really easy to get an appointment in or just get a random question answered in a timely manner. When we recently were a bit worried about our dog, they got us in the same day and any time during the day that an earlier appointment was available they would let us know. It was just really nice to know the front office cared for our pup enough to let us know of earlier appointments available.

I can't say enough good things about All Creatures and their staff! My cat Meyer had been throwing up for 4 days when I made an on-line appointment on Sunday for what I thought was a 7:30 appointment on Monday. Meyer and I arrived bright and early only to find I screwed up and had made it for Tuesday. The front office staff must have seen the anguished look on my face and told me to sit tight and she would see what they could do. Low and behold, they got me in at 8 to see Doctor A who was so caring and thoughtful and looked after Meyer like he was her own little fur baby! To make a long story short, the outcome was good! I won't take either of my little fatties anywhere else unless it's an emergency and All Creatures isn't open. Just a wonderful veterinarian office!!

When our guy was having GI issues it was really hard to find someone who would see him! (Most vets in the area only see dogs and cats.) We finally found All Creatures and Dr. Wynne. They were super easy to book online, I was even able to get a same day appointment for our first visit. Everyone there is really nice. Even though we had never been the women at the front desk were so excited to meet him and already knew his name. All of the staff is friendly, and they always call us the day after his visits to check in on how he is doing. It is very sweet and my guy is definitely well cared-for here! Just had him neutered a few days ago, Dr. Wynne and her team answered all my questions and gave great post care instructions. He seems to be doing well!

Took my dog here for a new patient visit. Front desk staff were so friendly and informative. We didn't wait too long before being taken back to a room. The vet tech was very friendly and professional. The veterinarian was amazing. She was gentle with my dog, examined him all over. Answered my questions and didn't push any extra tests for him. He got the allergy injection he needed (the main reason he was there) and he got a BONUS nail trim! The whole clinic is well cleaned, doesn't even smell like animals are there. The clinic is open later during the week and on Saturdays! This is fantastic & helpful. I'll be sticking with this clinic for all future visits.

Been a client here for almost 3 years. Dr. Erin Miyamoto is beyond fantastic! She never makes me feel rushed and makes sure all my questions are answered. The clinic staff has always been polite and helpful. The clinic overall is always tidy and welcoming. I just had an unexpected health issue with my dog arise over the weekend and they fit my dogo in with Dr. Kyndall Zieglowsky. I was pleasantly surprised when they took my dog to the back for treatment that Dr. Miyamoto recognized my dog and she took a moment to assist Dr. Zieglowsky with her. Dr Zieglowsky was wonderful with my dog. I'm very grateful for her care and concern over my dog's condition.

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. It was my first visit. The entire staff that I had contact with was professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Bob was very impressive. He was extremely thorough in his exam. He communicated well and was patient with any further questions I asked. The doctor took the initiative to take extra diagnostic steps, during this initial exam, to rule out any other concerns with my dogs health issue. In doing so, he diagnosed a greater concern and referred me to a specialist. If he had not done so, I would not have known. His approach is representative of a great clinician! Rose

Love this place! We always see Dr. Cara Wynne (mostly so my dog gets to see a familiar face each time) and she is wonderful. Very warm, thorough, explains everything clearly and without making anyone feel dumb. Every time I've been, it's been a pleasant experience. We're able to go in with our pup (instead of our past vet which is still doing curbside). They give you all of your options, but they won't make you feel like a bad pet owner if you choose not to do something. All of the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Area is always clean and roomy. Definitely recommend and enjoy coming to this vet.

This place is 100% amazing. Drove 1 hour each way to go here twice. Well worth the drive. I had to put my beloved skinny pig down and while it was heartbreaking, the staff was absolutely amazing. They have a welcoming room with its own door. This makes things easier so you don’t have to see other customers while grieving. They gave us the most memorable paw prints to take home. The staff all have huge hearts and are so sweet. I will definitely be bringing my other pig there from now on. Thank you All Creatures for being there for us in this hard time.

Absolutely love the staff. The love they give to my dog when she walks in makes makes her so happy. Dr. Bob is the only veterinarian I could say is actually trust 100% with Sane’s care.She has never been seen by any of the other vets, I’m sure they are awesome too. Dr. Bob never sugarcoats anything which I appreciate! He straightforward about what the plan and how it’s going to help her, his techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist are very welcoming and always make it a point to make Sane feel special when she walks in. Thank you!

Dr. Bob is the best Vetinary an animal can ask for! He is very patient kind and knowledgeable when it comes to my English Bulldogs. As a caring owner you only want the best. Dr Bob and his staff are very top notch with excellent care and treatment of my puppies. I would not trust anyone else with my furs babies. Dr Bob has treated my pups since they were 6 week’s old and they just turned 10 yrs old. Dr Bob treats and cares for them like a member of his own family! You couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian.

We Absolutely Love and adore Dr. Bob at All Creatures! We just had our 12 year wellness exam and as always it was very informative! Dr. Bob has been seeing Rocky since he was a baby. He has always treated him with soo much love and kindness. He directly connects with Rock through his eyes as he relaxes him with touch and tone. We have been going to All Creatures Animal Clinic since 2010. We love Dr. Bob M. He is professional, courteous, and personable. He cares as much as we do for our dog. He spends as much time as necessary with our dog Mimzi. He knows her and calls her by name. He continually talks to her while performing her annual health examination. It calms her down. He answers all your questions that you might have and does not rush you. Highly recommend this particular location.

Dr. Bob was an exceptional attentive, genuine professional dr patient He went above and beyond to ensure the right amount of time was spent to work with his new patient my baby carlos. The entire living creature staff team was amazing; very personable, kind and efficient. Overall a very positive experience for my first visit and found great comfort inn establishing this new relationship for the benefit of my three Chihuahuas I know they’ll be in good hands.

All three of my English Bulldogs see Dr Bob He is very through with their annual checkups And has excellent specialists to refer if a specialist is needed. Dr Bob answers all my pet parent questions. He has seen my puppies since they were 6 weeks old. The best part is he gives me options for their care. Dr. Bob is excellent at what he does I wouldn’t trust anyone else as he really cares about their well being and truly understands they are a family member.

We just had our first visit to All Creatures Animal Hospital with our 9 week old Pekingese and I felt compelled to write this review. Dr. Bob, who was highly recommended to us and now our new Veterinarian, and his staff couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and informative. We’ve had dogs before and gone to different vets in Scottsdale and Portland, OR and this really was a very pleasant experience. Thank you all.

This was our first visit to All Creatures, moving pets to a vet closer to where we live and some fresh eyes on our pets. Appt just general health ck and to set up diabetic dog on poss new insulin reg. Went very well, people were very nice. The only odd thing, I guess, was they required $80 deposit for the appt and did apply that to our bill. Never had that before but haven't gone to new vet in 10+ years

I love the vets and staff here. I pass plenty of places to come here but I will do that because I respect their AAHA certification and their treatment of both my pets and how they communicate with us. My dog is getting older now and is sad to see this in him but when that time comes that we all never want to happen, I know when I've got to take him in he's going to be on the best hands in the area.

Everyone was really great. Our last few vet experiences, before yesterday, were traumatic and I went in unfriendly. They recognized what was going on, addressed every issue and concern and took the best care of Mia. I'm so grateful for them. She's doing so much better already and I couldn't be happier. Their people skills are as good as their pet skills and for that, Mia and I both thank you:)

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr Bob and his medical team were thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. All Creatures Animal Clinic is the best place to trust your fur babies with! We have been seeing Dr. Bob for years with our 2 dogs and 2 cats, 1 of which is no longer with us. He is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and all of animals adore him. Their prices are very reasonable and all the girls at the front are always so sweet! I cannot recommend All Creatures enough!

Dr. Miyamoto is one the best vets I’ve ever met. She helped steer me in the right direction of my dog with cancer until she passed and continues to help me with my other dog. She is so personable and always has me try different things before turning to prescription meds. She always addresses my concerns and makes sure my pups are in the best health possible. I highly recommend her.

I absolutely love this place! They were able to get my cat in when everywhere else I called had at least a two week wait. They were compassionate and thorough with us about our car’s condition and care. They call or text to follow up after visits. The facility was clean and didn’t have any off-putting orders. I felt that all of the staff really cares about the creatures they see!!

I couldn’t recommend this vet more! We see Dr. Hooper & Dr. Bob and have been through 2 surgeries and the attention, love, and care they show to our dogs is incredible. The front staff is also amazing and almost every single staff member gets up to greet our dogs. Our dogs feel so comfortable here and we really appreciate everyone at all creatures giving our dogs the best care.

1st time to All Creatures with a new rescue puppy. Everyone was very helpful and kind, and not only answered my questions, but made sure I understood the answers. And, I did forget to ask something when I was there, but was able to text my question. They got right back to me! I really liked this experience and will definitely be going back. The most compassionate animal clinic I’ve ever seen. My dog passed away a while back, and they made the most uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. They were very understanding and very compassionate. Plus after the death of my pet, they sent me a signed personal card that meant a lot to my wife and I. I will be a forever customer.

I was expecting the vet to come back and give me the run down of the exam I was left with a couple of questions that I initially came in with. The only thing I got to discuss with the vet was the long list of things she wanted to get done and charge for which is okay I can decline but felt more like a transaction that an actual exam.

I’m very involved and aware when it comes to my animals health and making sure they’re okay. I’ve been sending Dr Mielke and Dr Hooper are the best vets I’ve ever worked with, they are caring, thorough, and kind. They don’t overcharge or do unnecessary work. I’d trust them with any of my animals and recommend them as often as I can!

All Creatures is the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. Not only is the staff incredibly kind and friendly, but Dr. Bob is the best!! I truly feel that everyone there really cares about my dog and wants the best for him and they're always accommodating and very responsive. I've referred all of my friends and family there!

The staff and docs are always a pleasure to work with. In the past, Dr. A has gone above and beyond in troubleshooting our mini shnauzers persistent kidney issues. Our mini shnauzer since then hasn’t had any issues and the clinic has been such a big help that we have moved our cat to be under All Creatures Care too.

Excellent first time visit. The front desk was pleasant and the tech was really friendly, quick, and good with my dog. The Vet seemed to really care and provided medical alternatives for my dog that were helpful in being cost effective. I’ll totally use them again and would suggest others to give them a try.

Our first visit went great, our pup was sick and the doctor got him on an affordable treatment plan without running extra (costly) diagnostic tests. He’s doing much better and we even got a follow up call from the office to check on how he was doing. Great all around care from staff and doctor.

We really appreciated the friendly staff, ease of appointment making, and efficient appointment. The vet took time addressing our pets issue, answered questions, and we were in and out including blood work and medication within 45 minutes. They even called to check on our babe the next day.

We love All Creatures!! More importantly, our cats love them. They have been there for two emergencies in the first year. They are reasonably priced, kind, and great vets! And my cat loves them so much she no longer fears the cage… chilling in her cage the day after surgery!
