I have experience here with three separate animals. When I brought in my rat Alex, they immediately wanted her euthanized as she was very sick, which was a bit unexpected as the last vet had told me she would recover fine, but okay as I knew she was suffering. In total, it was about 500 dollars for that trip including thecremation. I later discovered they charged me for a small animal, as if she were the same size of a dog, which is like 250 dollars for cremation and 100 for euthanasia. I brought my rat Poptart in, and they told me repeatedly she needed to gain weight and also had some weird issues with the shots they were giving her, as well as unclear instructions with a lime sulfur bath where I had to call repeatedly and was given the wrong instructions twice and they put their own instructions overtop the other ones that were still wrong. Just called for possibly getting my cat spayed, and I've gotten estimates about it before but am interested in doing the spay soon and lost the info. She absolutely refused to give me any kind of estimate whatsoever of how much it could possibly cost, and interrupted me repeatedly when I tried to explain that I wasnt looking for a definitive number and just how high it can sometimes go, as I want to make sure I have enough. And clarifying that they have given me these numbers before with no issue. Overall, I'm not super pleased with how I've been treated and i still wonder if i made the right choice bringing my animals here.

Been meaning to write this review for some time now. We noticed a lump on our baby Thumper’s belly and was searching for a vet that would see her asap. After NUMEROUS calls and declines, All Creature’s great and small said yes to us and made her an appointment immediately. Dr Davis and her team were amazing with Thumper! They were gentle and knew how to handle her. We Found out it was cancerous so they immediately scheduled her surgery. They kept us updated the entire time with her surgery. After some time the cancer came back and our sweet girl passed away in September. One thing we appreciate more than anything that Dr Davis was straight with us about the cancer and the possibility of it coming back and how much time we had with her. With knowing that information the time we had with her was spent together with my wife and I letting our rabbit know she is loved and she is a fighter. Our rabbit was pushing 9 years of age. Even her being an older rabbit there was no hesitation for doing immediate surgery, Which we are thankful for. But we know Dr Davis and her team did everything they could to take care of our Thumper and we will always appreciate what they did. So my wife and I recommend Dr Davis and her team at all creatures great and small because we know they will take care of your animal and do everything they can to make them better.

I am so grateful to Dr. Davis for her and her staff’s sincerity, kindness and caring today; and for squeezing us in at the last minute. My sweet cockatiel became suddenly ill, and knowing how quickly birds can take a turn for the worst, Veronica made time for us. We had already called through 9 other avian vets, who either weren’t in the office today, or were booked solid. The situation with “Squeaky” was very complex, but Dr. Davis was ‘cautiously honest, yet hopeful’ — characteristics that made her easy to trust. No one wants to hear that their beloved pet may not make it, but her gentle candor helped to set my expectations, and prepare me for the coming hours in terms of how intense my efforts to save him will need to be. She methodically, and deductively ruled out the usual suspects, and helped derive a plan based on how much we thought Squeaky would be able to tolerate. Additionally, you can tell their kindness comes from a deeper office culture, as evidenced by their Sticky-Note rainbow of positive affirmations framing the bathroom mirror. I’ve included a pic for reference. Now, I’m off to do everything in my power to help him recover. Thank you again, Dr. Davis, Vanessa (our vet tech) and Veronica (taking care of the admin).

I took my newly adopted puppy here for routine well check and to finish up on her vaccinations. The clinic's interior was older, but clean. The support staff were very friendly and efficient. Once we had filled out the paperwork, our appointment took less than 20 minutes which was great since my pup was a little anxious. The well check was reasonably priced at $46 and the toenail clipping was around $9.00. Relatively reasonable. However, the veternarian, Dr. Davis, although very knowledgable seemed like she couldn't get out of the exam room quick enough and didn't really foster an environment where I felt I could ask questions. She made me feel silly for the few questions I did ask even though I'm highly educated. We will probably continue to use this facility as it is close to our home as long as my puppy just needs routine check up care. For anything more involved, I may consider somewhere else that would make me feel more comfortable.

We continue to be more than pleased with the excellent service and care our pets receive at ACGSVH. We had to make the difficult choice to euthanize our Border Collie Laura last week. Dr. Davis and her team had been caring for her in recent months as she suffered end stage kidney disease. The staff treated our pet and us with heart and dignity throughout. Dr. Davis educated us about Laura's condition and was clear about what to expect and the best ways to keep her tail wagging until the very end. Dr. Davis, Angela, Veronica, Simone and Lyndsey were a comfort to us and helped us endure Laura's last day as we peacefully said goodbye. We will continue to take our other pets to ACGSVH for all of their veterinary needs. There are many vet clinics closer to us but the drive is worth it for the compassion, expert and efficient care our pets receive during every visit.

I cannot express, with enough conviction or gratitude, the appreciation I have to this establishment and its staff. For years I have trusted them with the care of my furry companions. They have always treated me with respect and courtesy; never once making me feel unwelcomed or concerned. They always provide me with a thorough explanation of what kind of care will be administered. They were consoling and comforting during my cat's last days and kindly presented me with all the final arrangements. Kinder still, they sent a me condolences letter which I keep with my cat's mementos. I appreciate everyone I've interacted with, and I am confident others will find the same hospitality and competence that I have encountered with each of my visits.

This place was so rude and uncaring. My kitten hadn't eaten in 3 days and was lethargic and sick and I thought he was dieing and this place told me they couldn't get me in for a week and that they wouldn't even be able to see him anyways they would have to send him to another hospital in which they then didn't even attempt to give me that hospitals number or refer me somewhere else or even try to help me or my kitten nor did the lady sound empathetic then to top it off she hung up on me. In the end I called to Texas veteniatian hospital on nw military Rd and they rushed me in right away and saved my kitten who was almost dead. And they were affordable too!

I do not like changes and was unhappy to learn that Dr. Ernst was retiring but have been completely satisfied with Dr. Davis, her facilities and her staff. Everyone there is very caring. I have 4 dogs and they all go to All Creatures Great and Small. Dr. Davis and staff always give me time for any questions I may have and are full of great advice. I never have to wait which I love because my puppies and always anxious. Prices are better or comparable to anywhere else I have checked in the area. I highly recommend All Creatures Great and Small for all your animal needs. Give them a try and I am sure you will be satisfied.

It has been a while since I was at this vet clinic but I wanted to share my experience. I visited the clinic last year with my newly adopted kitten Dash. He was 4 months old at the time. He was time for his annual appointment and I had already went to VCA Castle Hills for his initial appointment and I wasn't impressed with them. I wanted a vet that is personal to my pet because my cat is family to me. So anyway, the price is fair and I really liked that Dr. Davis gave me tips about how to feed my kitten and what to feed him. I really enjoyed my experience with this vet clinic and I will be coming back!

Very nice place. The staff are also very friendly. I have a hedgehog and it makes me feel very comfortable to see that Dr. Davis is willing to hold my hedgehog with her bare hands. My hedgehog is timid and gets startled easily, but he's not aggressive. With a little patience, he'll typically uncurl. I've had 2 vets handle my past hedgehogs before and usually they'll use gloves, a towel, or a fleece blanket when handling my past hedgehogs. Its nothing against their expertise, but it does make me feel better when the vet is willing to actually handle my pet.

I took my cat in for a visit and to get her vaccines, total came to almost $200. Not sure if that’s expensive or about what the prices in the area are, but it was super convenient. My girl gets car sick and the drive was less than 5 minutes, so that was perfect for us. When we got there she was able to get seen pretty much right away. It was very “get to the point” with them and it wasn’t a friendly feel for us. I’m hoping it was just that one visit because I really don’t want to have to drive farther and make my girl get sick.

If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Davis and her staff are top notch. They are always willing to help and are great with animals. My gliders have been going to her for a bit and when it was time for one of them to cross the rainbow bridge her and her team explained everything in detail and you get as much time as you need. If you go to any other vet you will be doing your pet a disservice. She will now be the only vet any of my animals will go to from now on. Thank you Dr. Davis and your staff.

I am so thankful to All Creatures Great and Small. They were so compassionate towards me and my baby precious Majji when I had to put her to sleep after a 17-year friendship. I had never visited the clinic before, but I sought their help in an emergency and they got me in quickly. The staff was awesome, their services were affordable, and they were efficient and effective. I HIGHLY recommend All Creatures Great and Small to anyone with a fur baby who is looking for a trustworthy vet.

I love All Creatures Great and Small! I went there first because it is located so close to my home, but once I went, I decided to make them my regular veterinary hospital. Dr Davis and her crew are so gentle and understanding...and very, very helpful. I have a rescue dog and cat, and they've helped me keep them healthy. I can't speak to cost because in the past, I used military veterinarians, but ... their prices seem reasonable--anything to keep my family members happy and healthy!

We just took our beagle to All Creatures Great and Small for the first time and it was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a vet. The staff was so kind, we were seen immediately, and the atmosphere was great. They made me feel comfortable that they were treating our little doggie as if it was their own. To top it off, prices are incredibly reasonable. I will tell everyone I know to go here and will bring our pets there from now on. Couldn't recommend more highly.

So happy to have found Dr. Davis and her wonderful staff. Very convenient to my home. My Chihuahua had to be muzzled at our last Vet before he could touch him which was a little sad to see, but he would always try to bite him so I understood. Well when Dr. Davis took him in her arms I guess it was love at first sight, he didn't make a sound and just let her do whatever she needed to do. What a great relief for me. I take two dogs at once at there is never a long wait time.

They reply very quickly to emails (even when they're closed, Dr. Davis will respond to emails), they have great pricing, they stay up to date on all recently released information from sources like the FDA, they've offered flexible appointments for urgent issues (drop off at 7:30 am and they fit your pet in when they can throughout the day), and I always get the impression they really care about my pets and know them offhand.

I have always had a hard time finding good vets that are personal and care about your pets, but I have been taking my dogs here for about 4 years and every-time it is a great experience! They are super professional, friendly and caring. When my dog had a procedure done, they made sure to thoroughly let me know the after care and to call them with any questions or concerns. The staff and dr Davis really cares and it shows!!

Dr. Davis, Veronica, and other staff here are amazing. All of them are very kind were gentle towards our dog, Rosie. Rosie came to our family with quite a few health problems and the staff here helped with each one. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize Rosie but this team made that goodbye very special and peaceful for us. Thank you to the team at All Creatures Great and Small! We will be back with our future fur babies!

Last visit for dental cleaning and tooth extraction was expertly administered by Dr. Davis and her office staff. Vet Tech kept me posted on the dog's recovery and time of pick up for both English Pointer and the wife's Lap Dog. Only Vet that I have visited takes time for some TLC by taking the dogs out for a potty trip before going home. Good Customer Care program.

I visited All Creatures Great & Small last week in order to get an international health certificate for my dog, who would be traveling overseas. Dr. Davis is fantastic, as is the staff. My dog made it across the pond, and I would highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone looking for a caring, efficient, friendly group for their pet's needs. They are wonderful!

Dr. Davis is NOT Dr. Ernst. She has a serious lack of knowledge about what prescribed prescription medicine is actually used for. She prescribed medicine for one of my beloved Pet dogs that later died. her lack of knowledge cost me time in the proper treating of my beloved Dog. I would never use her again and have not used her since my Pet died.

Wow wow! I took my kitterino here after being referred by a friend. They were fast, VERY sweet to my cat, and the vet was INCREDIBLY thorough even though I had limited time! They didn't try to overcharge me, explained exactly what my cat needed and why, and were just overall incredibly nice. This is definitely my new vet :)

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and take extremely good care of my pets. They have helped us out many times even when we had random pet health related questions. The staff are very accommodating and the location is very convenient. They also provide boarding services which has come in handy many many times.

Have been going to Dr. Davis for many years. She is very kind, gentle with my dogs and very knowledgeable. She does not try to push products they sell. Also love her nice staff. Honestly Best experience I’ve ever had at a vet. They were super patient and It did not seem like I was rushed at all. The vet took her time with me and my pet and even reiterated the information to me. She made sure I was compatible with all the information before I left.

I found a little kitten with a severe eye infection dumped at my office this morning. This fantastic team got him in quick, took care of him, gave me a treatment plan and all at an affordable rate. I can't recommend them enough.

They were able to squeeze my baby in on a weekend same day and were very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. Pricing was very very fair. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for my baby and I will definitely be recommending.
