I am autistic and was very fearful of going to the dentist after not having been in almost ten years; I was deeply afraid of being criticised about the state of my teeth and overwhelmed by the thought of anything that would have triggered my sensory issues. I desperately needed work done on a tooth that had decayed to the nerve that was causing severe pain and I was extremely grateful that the dentist did not say one negative word about my teeth and explained everything in a very direct and concise manner. I needed a root canal which was done in a little less than 30 minutes; from consult to temporary filling and whether intentional or not, the dentist even made sure the bright light was directed away from my eyes, which I greatly appreciated due to the sensory issues that come with being autistic. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone, especially those with autism who may have similar struggles as I did.

I want to give more than 5 stars ! But google won’t do it A+++ for Dr Phillip Ajaje for being the most caring , gentle, amazing guy! I have not been to the dentist in 18 years I have been seeing Dr Philip Ajaje at All Day All Night for 2- 3 years going onto 3-4 years not sure but around that time and I can tell you one thing I have never felt safe in a dental chair but with dr Phillip and his team at All day All night mascot I felt welcomed … and cared for I have had 2x major surgeries with dr Philip one with 7 tooth extraction last week and they have been nothing but caring and supportive with it their after care is amazing thank you for helping me and I look forward to my journey being done with the help of you guys! I don't usually write reviews but thought this one would help others as nobody likes going to the dentist, right? Well, I thoroughly recommend going to All Day All Night Dental at Mascot! All staff I initially dealt with were above-excellent (phone service, booking and information), the surgery itself was immaculate and comfortable, and my dentist (Dr Phillip Ajaje) was exceptional - caring, considerate, professional but also friendly. In regard to cost I've been to cheaper and more expensive dentists, but factoring all of the above I 'd say it was excellent value for the overall experience. So much fun I'm going back next week for more surgery - blergh ; ) Thank you very much, Dr Ajaje and staff! : )

Absolutely fantastic service. Rang up Friday evening (5:30pm) regarding a tooth issue. They called back within a few minutes and had an appointment only 2hrs later. Ended up having a broken filling replaced on the night. Must say the whole experience was brilliant. Credit to the great young lady who took my call & to the wonderful dentist (Dr Ajaje) who was Fantastic. He certainly knew what he was doing and most of all my visit was pain free from start to finish. Would highly recommend Dr Ajaje and his clinic to everyone & I will certainly be back. Dr. Ajaje saved me from my wisdom tooth pain again. My original appointment was Wed 6pm but my wisdom tooth suddenly decided it was going to get nasty and keep me awake all night. I called the clinic around 8am on Sunday and Dr. Ajaje kindly offered to see me at their Liverpool clinic straight away. I drove over immediately and within an hour my wisdom tooth was removed. Although my cheek is still swollen, I know it will only get better from now on. Thank you so so much again and I cannot praise Dr Ajaje and his clinic enough!

Dr Phillip Ajaje and his delightful offsider Feda...were my saviours at Xmas after an infected, cracked tooth(& Google) directed me to one of the only dentists open. He was gentle, deft and helped stop the unbelievable pain (& save my tooth). With his crazy high-tech equipment the Xrays etc were done withe finesse and expertise. He finished my final root canal treatment yesterday..and has definitely found a new ongoing patient in me. Highly recommended if you need a great, highly skilled dentist!!

Last night at 2230 I had the most pain in my back tooth. I burning hot and my tooth was so loose. My husband called the after hours service and Dr Phillip was absolutely amazing, the best bed side manner & caring. He explained everything in great detail made sure I fellt safe and extracted the tooth. Seriously cannot recommend this dentist enough. Almost 24 hours later and feeling like the recovery be good. Thank you so much.

Dr Ajaje is without a doubt the best dentist EVER! I have been seeing him for about a decade now, and will not see any other dentist again if I can help it. Not only is he completely professional, staying up to date with the latest education, technology and developments in dentistry, he is also one of the kindest individuals I have met. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough! (Plus his staff are fabulous too!)

Dr Eddie Abussaydeh Dr Phillip Ajaje is professional and supportive. He is always accessible, caring , explains to his patients options and makes them comfortable. His staff are friendly and helpful. We have always been happy with the high standard of his work. I highly recommend him.

Called multiple times. made first call 10:30pm. Also drove to the place. No one was there. Was waiting till 0:30 near the door and was trying to buz in. No activity in 2 hours. No one responded to the call, no one ever gave call back or at least text. not 24/7 for sure.

I can't give enough praise to Dr Phillip f.Ajaje from all day all night dental in mascotnot only was the process easy and pain free but also cheap. If anyone ever needs to see the dentist I would highly recommend all day all night dental especially dr Phillip F.ajeje

Definitely not 24 hour all day all night clinic, called at 1am with horrific toothache, was told nobody was available and they would mark as urgent and get somebody to call back, 6.30am and still not heard anything. Shouldnt advertise as all day and night.

One of the best dentistry clinics I’ve ever been to. Living up to its name, I was able to schedule a last minute appointment and get treated within a matter of hours. The full wall of accolades does not do the level of professionalism and service justice.

I highly recommend Dr Phillip Ajeje and his dental surgery, Dr Phillip Ajeje came in after hours so I could get one of my teeth extracted and was very friendly and professional and did a really great job as well. It’s hard to find a good dentist.

I was in so much pain, and couldn’t handle it anymore and it was a Saturday close to midnight! Dr Phillip mad me feel so comfortable and my tooth was taken out fast with no pain! Best dental clinic hands down!

Absolutely fantastic. In Sydney for just 30hours. Root canal had flared up again. Found them on Google maps. Within an hour of getting there I was walking out minus an annoying back tooth, my choice.

I got my tooth broken on a Saturday night and was desperate but Dr Ajaje gave me a new tooth! So satisfied with it and the fact they are open on Sundays:) He was very supportive and reassuring

They have amazing staff and offer the best professional dental services around the clock. The facility looks amazing and I'll always come back for regular checkups and dental work.
