My first interaction with All smiles dental surgery was a phone call after searching for an emergency denist in my area. I had a chronic tooth ache on a sunday a few months ago and after a phone call to a voicemail I had a mobile number for Dr Ash who fitted me in straight away and saw me within the hour. How lucky was I... I made my way to All Smiles off Bromley High Street and saw Dr Ash in person. Turned out I had a double abscess going on. He was brilliant. It was that one visit that led onto my dental implant journey. When I got home I did my research and learned of his knowledge and expertease in this field and was very impressed to say the least. I have a family member who works at Guys Dental and when I mentioned his name she also looked him up and and said oh yes Dr Ash, you have struck lucky there. She knew of him and his training so that confirmed it even more that I was on the right path. My next appointment was for the removal of the two decayed back teeth and the underlying abscess situation. Both were removed and the area cleaned. I was dreading this proceedure but Dr Ash removed them painlessly and from that day to this I have had zero pain. Absolutely nothing. This area will take a few months to heal properly for the two implants to be fitted. Dr Ash noticed I had a gap from an old previous crown from a few years ago that had constantly fallen out and said he could fit an implant there for me so yesterday I had the abstraction of a broken tooth and then the implant ready for the next stage. Again no pain throughout the surgery and nothing since. Presently waiting for everything to heal before continuing with which will be a total of 3 implants. I cannot recommend Dr Ash and his staff enough. They are thoughtful, kind and considerate and have taken away any nerves that I had about starting these dental procedures and from someone who was really not looking forward to it at all I now feel completely worry free. If any one reads this review I highly recommend Dr Ash and his team.

I have been Dr Ash Deved's patient since about 2011, after a different dentist extracted a painful molar without any regard for a serious infection lodged under my tooth. I visited Dr Deved when I was on the verge of an osteomyelitis in my jaw as a result of this, & he quickly provided the correct antibiotics & pain medication to treat my condition &, with the consistent dedication for which I have come to know him over the years, constantly monitored my condition until I was restored to full health. I've never looked back for dental care ever since & over the past ten years, Dr Deved has diagnosed & treated my severe aggressive periodontitis with bone loss masterfully, provided effective advice to slow down its progress & worked to save as many of my teeth as my condition has allowed & it's thanks to his expert treatment that after all these years I still smile & eat normally without implants or prostheses. Moreover, he never takes risks with a patient's treatment & though he is also a skilled implantologist, he has declined to push expensive dental implants on me, explaining frankly that due to the character of my condition, implants could have adverse effects he would rather avoid. Dr Deved is also a qualified GP & uses his medical knowledge to evaluate & treat patients holistically. He has often liaised with my own GP to address potential medical causes of my dental problems & genuinely cares about his patients' general state of health. I have also been treated by other practitioners & hygienists at All Smiles Dental Bromley & the expertise & friendliness of all the staff there is unmatched, & they have a true knack for making you feel welcome & relaxed on every visit. I would higly recommend Dr Deved & All Smiles Dental Bromley unreservedly to anyone who wants affordable, considerate & efficient dental care.

I cant adequately describe how totally petrified of dental treatment I used to be until I found Ash & his Staff at AllSmiles! After suffering facial trauma at a young age & some terribly painful detail repair work I couldn't even watch dentistry on TV! But after 2 decades I urgently needed dental work & I walked into AllSmiles. From the off I was warmly welcomed & I didn't feel judged. They gently coaxed me & I was never pushed into anything I wasn't comfortable with. AllSmiles did absolutely everything in their power to make me feel relaxed & reassured. I was able to have intravenous sedation which was wonderful!! They even have a TV screen on the ceiling & you can watch a video with headphones which totally distracts you from everything else! I'd always felt so stupid & ashamed but Ash & his nurses have so much patience & empathy that gradually my nerves have disappeared. Its really obvious how much they care. Ash makes sure that I can't feel a thing at all & still keeps checking that I'm OK! On my last visit I was so relaxed that I actually almost fell asleep in the chair :D Its a far far cry from the shaking, crying, nervous creature that I was & its all down to the AllSmiles team. I actually ended up with implants & the attention to detail, the precision & care that they took now I have such natural, beautiful looking teeth people even comment on how nice my teeth are! I never ever have to worry about my teeth again and I simply can't recommend them enough!

I was so pleased to find this dental practice and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of every member of staff. I was interested in having dental implants. After a lengthy period of time on strong medication for a back problem, my teeth had been badly affected by a lack of saliva. They were discoloured, I had several gaps and needed urgent treatment to resolve the issues. Dr Ash spent so much time talking through all the options with me, he gave me confidence to go ahead. I had several sessions of treatment over a few months. My nervousness was overcome with constant reassurance from every member of the team. I am delighted to say how thrilled I am with the final result. I can smile properly again, the wonky smirk has gone. I can eat almost all foods as long I am sensible and leave the chewy caramels in the box! I would be so happy to recommend this surgery to anyone considering implant work with Dr Ash, or needing routine dental treatments with Dr Dennis. The nursing staff and administrators give such good and friendly support and really take trouble to get to know you. Look no further, this is a first rate surgery at the forefront of modern dentistry.

After many years of problems with my front teeth loose crowns loose posts, caps falling out i bit the bullet and consulted DR Ash about dental implants. Dr Ash explained all the alternatives available the pros of everything and after due consideration I opted to have a final solution and replace my 4 teeth with implants. The main procedure was a big operation and I was in the chair for over 4 hours but I honestly can say the most pain I felt was getting the initial anaesthetic. Once I was properly numb I didn't feel much. In fact at one point I drifted off. All throught surgery Ash was checking on my well being and any discomfort. After the procedure I was given ample pain relief products to see me through the next few days. I have now had sutures removed and things are settling down I won't get my final teeth for a few months yet .For anyone considering implants I can totally recommend Dr Ash and his team. His professional manner and expertise put me ease and I felt confident that my decision was the correct one.

My experience with all smiles has been exceptional since I started my dental treatment with them in May 2021. My last visit was to have my gum extraction stitches removed. My experience was superb, I was treated with tender loving care, I did not feel any pain, they kept checking on me during the process, all the staffs customers service was fabulous and exceptional. Just received the first of my treatments, for a tooth removal and preparation for a implant in six months time. Can I Start by saying that I was absolutely terrified of having this treatment, which included having A CT scan and bloods taken and the actual tooth removal. As soon as I meet Dr Ash and his amazing team, I was instantly put at ease which isn’t a easy task as I suffer from high levels of anxiety. At every point I was treated with kindness and every procedure was explained to me in great detail to eliminate my fears. I was in very safe hands and my procedure went very well. Dr Ash rang me the next day to check up how I was feeling and I was given his phone number to call if I had any problems, this made me feel valued and well looked after. I would recommend using them 100%, am so glad my dentist referred me to them.

3 weeks ago on a Saturday morning I woke up to the most awful pain in my mouth, I contacted All Smiles Bromley and spoke with a man who offered me an appointment that day!! I went to my appt and met my life time dentist Carolina, I could not believe how confident Carolina made me feel as I am terrified of any dental work. Not only did I leave pain free, I have booked a dental plan to get my teeth fixed as I left this for years due to fear, Carolina not only made me pain free, but I actually look forward to going now has I have finally found a dentist that I have so much confidence in to help me with my dental problems. Having researched a few dentists locally, I went to All smiles to have some cosmetic dentistry work done. On the first appointment I met Dr Dennis who talked me through the treatments available, & discussed which one was right for me. I was surprised that he didn't attempt to sell me the most expensive one, but encouraged me to take my time & make a decision. I had treatment over four appointnents, & at each one all the staff were pleasant, professional & very welcoming, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I have recently visited my normal dentist for a check up & after a thorough inspection of my mouth, he said "I don't know who did this, but it's excellent work". Thank you All smiles

I have always had issues with overcrowding since I was a teen and recently it got worse. I developed severe gum disease as well substantial mobility in my front teeth. Dr Ash had a very challenging task ahead of him to partially retain some of my own teeth and place implants for my front upper and lower jaws. After months of seeing myself on Zoom and being dissatisfied with the amount of wrinkles and rather haggard look I decided to something about it and have Botox and filler treatment. I was slightly skeptical as to whether there would be any difference, however, I was delighted with the results I think it takes years off me and I look less tired and worn out. I also thought that Dr Carolina Vasquez was extremely professional and made me very comfortable with the procedures. I have been a satisfied customer of All Smiles Dental Implant Centre for several years, having had 2 separate implants and a replacement crown fitted. Dr Ash makes the whole process easy from start to finish, ably supported by his excellent team. Everything is explained in as much detail as required and visits are always pleasant and friendly. I have had many tooth extractions over the years and can safely say that the 2 performed by Dr Ash prior to fitting the implants were the most gentle and painless I have ever experienced! I honestly can’t recommend All Smiles enough. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Carolina and Zaneta today for an emergency appointment. They’re so friendly and non-judgemental, and are very clear and honest about their recommendations. I felt really looked after and listened to! I have struggled with finding the right dentist to suit my comfort level throughtout the years. However,after reading very positive reviews about this place, i decided to go ahead. I had amazing help from Dr.Carolina who ensured that i was attended to and treated very well. Cleaning and filling treatments received were immaculate and very stress free. I was very anxious to get braces but Dr. Carolina and Dr.Eslam have been supporting me in starting the process and i would definitely recommend this place as the staff are very warm and place is very high standard.

7 weeks ago I booked an emergancy appointment here . I was seen within a few days off using the online emergancy system All smiles had . It was one of the best dentist trips I've ever had ( despite lockdown ) . They were compassionate and caring and booked me a further follow up that very afternoon . I have just had a second appointment with Bianca Agirbicean and she is wonderful . She is enthusiastic about teeth being happy and health , and she is great at demonstrating the best way to use your brush . I work and live local and would recommend them to anyone .

I had a very traumatic incident where I lost my upper left central tooth and the staff were really calm, friendly and professional from the minute I arrived to the clinic. Lovely staff and Dr. Ash is a perfectionist. Very pleased with my two front teeth implants to replace the two I managed to knock out last May. I now have the temporary crowns fitted which will be replaced with the permanents in a few months, which I am told will be even better! To be honest the temporary's are great already. 3 months later and I have my permanent teeth fitted. Slight modifications over the temporary's suggested by me, have been done. Very pleased!

This company shouldn’t even get a 1 star! I am absolutely frustrated and annoyed by the poor service I have received this evening! There was no contact to let me know Dr Ash was running extremely behind schedule! I have wasted my time and £40 in cab fares to sit outside for just over 1 hour and 40 minutes. I totally understand we are going through a pandemic but this isn't acceptable. All smiles have had months to prepare for a reopening.. Very disappointing!

I have received implant treatment from Dr Ash. I was especially nervous because I have had bad experiences with other dentists. From my very first contact Dr Ash and his colleagues were not only professional but so caring as well. I was really well looked after. The results of my implants are fantastic, I have my smile back again, I felt so self conscious before. I would never go to another Dentist now and I have even moved my young daughter to his surgery.

Fast at taking you money for X-ray and giving you antibiotics but for doing anything is a joke got told I would get a phone call the following week and got nothing so phoned in got told he was busy and that he would phone me by end of day and nothing again still been left with tooth that needs root cannel or to be taken out and something else done on holiday tomorrow so got to put up with it til I find some where else

We are all patients of All Smiles but I wanted to leave a special comment for Dr Fabi. She looks after children and my son Ben is excited to see her and sits all the consultation perfectly. She is not only an excellent professional but as well such a warm person that children immediately can tell. As a person that had bad experiences when a child with a dentist I am so happy that my son is not going through it.

Superb dentist in a nice easy to find location on the high street. Had to have a molar removed. Was put at my ease. Offered a coffee. Didn't feel judged when I asked for sugar! Was given a pioneering treatment where they separate a sample of your blood in a centrifuge and then use the plasma as a healing balm on the gum. My gum healed with no pain or complications. I am so grateful to Dr Ash and his fine team.

I cannot recommend my dentist Dr. Carolina Vasquezamd her assistant highly enough. She has done a great job on my teeth and she always makes me comfortable whenever I have my appointments. I had a few dental problems and was very nervous of dentists, but he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He talked me through the procedures and explained everything to me. Private dental care is not cheap, and tha is a fact, but if you need to spend, do it well. All smile dental care really take care of you. They follow you all the way; they tell you as it is and give you options. I've been using them for years after I was forced to change LOTS of dentists in the past. I had several and different types of work done with them. Best choice ever.

Dr Ash & Aziz took excellent care of me from the emergency, diagnosis and treatments. They calmed me and I felt no pain when I was injected. found the surgery quiet good,however,what I don't understand,is referred by NHS dental practice,so twice I've had to pay for assessment ,then quoted a ridiculous price for treatment,think NHS dentist refer you to her contacts,that rips you off,there is something going on here,have attempted to contact NHS surgery,but they have not bothered to make contact,.....

Was very frightened of dentist in the beginning but with the help of all the staff was made comfortable with the procedure I was going to have,my in plants are amazing and can’t recommend all smiles enough,still attending this dentist for hygiene and check ups so they must be doing something right,even sent my Doughter there for procedures to her teeth.

I could not recommend Dr Ash and his team high enough. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to go anywhere else for implants. I had 5 visits for my final implants alone, as Ash is such a perfectionist, it had to be completely correct, he was seeing imperfections my own eyes could not see. Find the money, do not go abroad and give All Smiles a call.

I had dental implant treatment here and the care was fantastic by all the staff. This is very invasive treatment and I would be wary of going anywhere other than to somewhere recommended by my own dentist - All Smiles was and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The implant looks great and I would definitely return if I needed more treatment.

This is the best dental practice I have been to. Fabiani and Samatha were warm, highly-professional and effective. They addressed any concerns I had and clearly explained the treatment process. Absolutely brilliant. Carolina went through every question I had and even went beyond by giving me suggestions. This was the first I had botox.
